The entire buying process, outside of taking delivery of the vehicle, was completely done via email with a few phone calls later on. We live near Birmingham and made the drive up to Huntsville. Dealt with Henry initially, then Roger on the day of pick-up, and finally with Travis on financing/warranty. All went very smooth and the staff was attentive and professional.

This review is primarily for Taylor Nunnally (Sales Professional). I also want to acknowledge and thank Brad Horton (New Car Sales Manager), Kara Killough (Finance Manager), and Zoe Lockhart (Customer Experience Manager) for their individual contributions to making my new truck purchase enjoyable. Let me tell you, I despise going to dealerships to buy a new or used anything. Perhaps "loathe" is a better word. Regardless, within the first few minutes of meeting Taylor, I knew she would be different from other sales representatives I've dealt with. Don't be fooled by her youthful appearance (I can say that because I have a daughter her age!). During casual conversation, I was impressed with the way she listened to what I wanted and her technical knowledge-- I've walked away from "mechanics" who weren't as knowledgeable. I know this is a long review, but it's also my first review. Ever. I'm writing because more people should know about Taylor. If any of my friends or family are considering a new car, I'm going to insist they talk to Taylor and the dealership staff who support her.

If only there was a way for no stars or negative. I bought a BRAND NEW Ram, 7 miles on it. After ONE month started feeling hard shifts & abnormal rumble. Took it in, was told I had a perfect truck, nothing wrong with it. 16 point inspection everything was great!..... not even ONE MONTH later I take it to another dealer to find there was a hole in my oil filter ( which happened during shipping the manufacture called the dealer when my vin was entered) so my brand new truck had ZERO oil. oil was covering the underneath of the truck. so 1.) Dothan did a 16 point inspection and everything was perfect just 20 days before???? 2.) never called to tell us to watch for any issues with a hole in the oil filter. Now, no one wants to help me out or make anything right when I have a brand new 60k truck that has already been totally out of oil & still having issues with the transmission. I STRONGLY do NOT recommend. the staff will tell you about their Cocaine addiction, their family life & keep you talking so they can make their sale & then help you no further.

There was no price decrease to this effect. Dealership said they didn't know anything about it but detailed it twice before I got it.

If you buy from them, don't expect a lot after you sign and close the deal. My grandson bought a 2019 Chevrolet Tk from them with an extended warranty and they have had the truck about half of the time he has owned it. It has transition trouble and has been there 6 to 8 weeks now for warranted repairs and they still don't know when it will be ready drive. He is still making payments and having to borrow a vehicle to get to and from work. While I understand they can't have loaner vehicles for everyone bringing a vehicle in for service, you would think that they would attempt to work something out for this type disruption in their customers lives. But, I guess not. My advice would be DON'T BUY YOUR LEMONS FROM CHAMPION Chevrolet IN ATHENS and expect much from them.
