Although we had a small "ouch" when we had our Ford Ranger in for a small problem, all went well after we had a discussion with Mr. Bowlin and we were happy with the results. My initial experience with this dealership was horrible. Shannon and Thomas are service writers at this location and their customer service and professionalism are far below sub-par. After three months of calling, stopping by, sending emails etc and neither of them returning my call regarding replacing the parking brake cable (which they had the part for) on my vehicle. If my last interaction with this dealership was with either of them, I would not go back and would file a complaint with Ford. Having said that I attempted one more time to get the needed repairs done. When I walked in the service department Kayla met me with a smile and instantly got me in front of the service manager to resolve this issue. I met with Scott (the service manager) and after explaining how his staff behaved towards me insured that the needed repairs would be done two days later and we scheduled an appointment. The driver Ron was very pleasant as well. Kayla made the drop off and pick up process a breeze. Each time I was there she met me with a smile, handshake and paperwork. She maintained excellent communication during the entire process. I would like to give Sons a five-star rating because of my final interaction with them. However, it did still take three months and a lot of headache and annoyance to get a three-hour repair done. In the end Kayla and Scott went above and beyond to improve my experience. I would recommend this service department but I would not recommend dealing with Thomas or Shannon. Not sure how they still have a job there.

Jeep giving all kinds of codes,then radio would go off, clock would go back to 12:00, then engine would shut off but not always. Happen over and over. Took it in they pulled the codes and when I ask what they were. They said old codes. They cleaned battery cables and tighten then up. Drove it 20 miles nothing. Told me couldn't find anything wrong. Husband drove it same thing. I put it back on my mail route. Started back coding. I do have to say in the past they have been good to me. But it seems like they have lost some really good people that worked their. They also need to upgrade the mechanics equipment bad. They are so far behind other dealerships. Just seems like to me they should have known what was wrong with my Jeep. It's still giving codes and still not fixed. But that is my work vehicle and I can't take off for days at a time for them to fix it. They never have parts sometimes they even get the wrong part in and that cost me another days pay. They also need to train more than on Chysler person to work on Chysler products. That would help so much.

Great dealership great service. We were traveling back home to Michigan and blew out a turbo hose They got us right in and repaired our truck and had us back on the road in no time. All the employees were very nice and helpful. Would highly recommend this dealership.

These people are the real deal!!!!! They were able to get me in with a full schedule on a Friday after lunch and get the Ford F-150 back to me before the end of the day.they fixed it fast and fixed it right the first time....... They also were able to do better than their initial quote,..... which is always nice...... I will recommend thesr guys to my friends and family!
