Had a rear brake job at MCM. The day after i noticed two brake emergency icons illuminated. Called the service center and was told to bring my Mazda back in. Icons were intermittent so diagnosis was difficult. MCM gave me a loaner to take home so we wouldn’t have to wait for repairs. Super nice folks.

Hughes Auto service Fixed my Hyudai, the part was put on wrong then they charged me again to put the right part on when the manager agreed to waive the service charge, the charge was on the bill anyway. Also Dean Team Hyundai did not fix my service problem back in November when they first had, said they did not have time.

We bought a brand new F-150 Lariat for three weeks, and they have had it in the shop for one and haven’t even looked at it. The truck had flat spots so they were supposed to change the tires but apparently JT hasn’t been at work so nothing can get done, no one else knows what to do. We have called multiple, multiple times just to get an update and all we get is “We will call you back”. The sales department was ok but this has been a nightmare trying to get a hold of someone when the app is telling us the truck hasn’t even been moved since we dropped it off. I would understand if there was communication, or they found something else wrong but a week that they haven’t even looked at the tires is ridiculous. I am beyond frustrated and would not recommend this dealership if you like communication or having the truck you just paid for to work properly. 1/10
