Around Nov. 2013 I went to the Kingman Honda dealership and was looking at a used Chevrolet Pickup that they had on their lot to trade in my Dodge Pickup. I didn't like the deal that they offered me so I went to Las Vegas and found a better deal. That was almost 5 months ago. Today 3/5/14 my wife said she wanted a Honda Accord for her upcoming birthday and 26th anniversary so I went to Wells Fargo and pulled $10,000.00 from my savings to surprise her for her birthday and our anniversary on 3/20 but give it to her today. I wanted to trade in her 2009 Toyota and lay down money on a new Honda Accord. The same salesman that helped me in 2013 (middle eastern looking guy) don't remember his name but he started rambling and being rude and mouthy stating that me leaving last time "left a bad taste in his mouth and I won't help you" and he said all that before knowing that I had the money in a Wells Fargo Bank envelope in my wife's Toyota Camry to put down on a new 2014 Honda Accord.....I guess he should've waited before acting and speaking like an idiot because I drove off their lot and will never go back. Tomorrow I'm going to take my wife's Toyota to a Las Vegas Honda Dealership that will smile, be polite and courteous when I walk through the door. You see ...this is what happens to your business when you hire a moron. He lost a commission and the dealership lost a sale and return business.
