Fullfullied our expectations - Dan
It had been years since I had bought a car from a dealership. I was honestly not looking forward to the experience, but Brian Alexander changed my mind and made it very easy and pleasant. He was never pushy, was truly interested in helping us find the right car, and was very patient throughout the process. I would highly recommend you go see Brian Alexander if you are wanting to buy a new or used car. You'll be glad you did.

Supreme Service thanks to Tommy Durante - Andea Taylor
My husband and I have purchased 4 vehicles from Superstition springs Honda and service has always been excellent. However Tommy Durant made my regular service even better. He has always been able to listen to my concerns and provide me excellent supreme and genuine service. I would not want to see anyone esle but him for my service. He cares about his customers and that's what really Matters to me. Time and time again he has gone over and above for me to get me the answers I need or provide me the right service. Additionally, our sales experiences there at Superstition Springs Honda have been exceptional which is why we keep returning back there for purchases of new vehicles. The sales people are kind and courteous. Yes there are incentives to sell a car but the sales guys in all my experiences have been outstanding! They listen and work with you to make every car purchase a win win. And they are friendly. I felt like by the end of our vehicle purchases we became friends with the sales and finance staff. I could not say enough to commend the entire staff there at Superstition Springs Honda, more specifically Tommy Durante.
Great vehicle, great dealership. - DollyWally2
Recently my wife and I purchased a new 2016 Honda Accord, EX-L, and was so impressed with the vehicle and the dealership that buying a second Honda from Chapman was a natural thing to do. Ashur "Ash" Davoudikia was the individual that guided us through our first purchase and was also instrumental, along with Adam Lind, in the process of purchasing a Certified 2016 CR-V, EX-L.
We now own a perfect combination of a beautiful sedan and a CRV. We're extremely pleased with the way we were treated in through both purchases. The Accord and CRV allows us to satisfy all our vehicle requirements with style and efficiency.
I have not used the service dept. yet but I'm sure from all those I've met that Chapman takes care of their customers.
Thank you for two beautiful vehicles and a delightful experience working with excellent young men like Ash and Adam.
Great, friendly service - mtan3
Travis did a great job. So did another associate who helped me initially and then
brought my vehicle to the front when it was done. I'm sorry I didn't catch his name.
Travis knows who it is. Thanks again to all of you and best wishes.
Saleman, Drew, was awesome! - Beth
I want to say what a great salesman Drew is. He is personable, listens to his customer's needs and does all he can to get the customer the deal they are looking for. I will send all my friends to him and to this dealership. I have bought 2 new cars from Drew at this dealership and have been impressed both times. Everyone is very friendly and works with customers to make them happy.
Again, the dealership is great and Drew is excellent. He made 2 different car buying experiences wonderful encounters. I have been very impressed.
Wonderful Experience, Highly Recommend Them - D. W.
Fantastic customer service. No high pressure. Wonderful "car buying" experience. I highly recommend this dealership. I hope you go to this dealership and see for yourself why this is such a good business and pleasurable buying experience. If you read highly rated reviews, believe them. Sean, the internet manager, was fantastic on the phone and in person. He was knowledgeable and personable and a valuable employee to have at this dealership.
Great service, great people! - EMTSR
My experience at Prescott Honda is always exemplary! The people are great, and so is the service!
My only disappointment is that my wonderful salesperson was not available the same day as my service, but that is my loss.
'Tis always a gain at Prescott Honda!
No customer service - Robert Bircher
Wanted to cancel an extended warranty, finance personal dropped the ball. Financial director didn't do much better. GM got involved. Still took 3 months.
RIPPED OFF AND DECEIVED - M.M
Very disappointed with my first car buying experience. Bought an over $20 K 2014 Cr-V I was told the car would be great for a mom with two young kids, Reliable, it would rarely brake, blah, blah. The car still has 4 k bumper to bumper warranty and about 30 000 more miles for the included warranty (don't know the name). After more than 3 long hours at the dealership, I finally got to meet Ed, the finance guy. He made sure I felt concerned about my car breaking and me not having the Extended Warranty. He said, my A/C would cost me $1800 to fix if it broke, and came with all these scary numbers that my car would cost to fix! Guess what? My kids were hungry, tired, annoyed after bring there all afternoon and I was exhausted....so I agreed to purchase it. He even mentioned that the sales man used the employee discount to give me a discount that I still cannot find on my documents. I was offered $2500 for trade in and ended up getting $2000 because they were going to fix the $100 radiator plus the $100 cost of labor??? SO where the xxxx are the other $300???? I didn't know what a Low Jack is but when I signed the docs I saw it was on he price, I learned a day later that they just put it and included it on the price without asking if I was purchasing it. Of course, they saw the naive mom desperate to buy a reliable car right?
I bought the car last Saturday, called them on Monday to ask to cancel the EXTENDED WARRANTY, the sales man said, he would call me, never did. I ended up leaving work and paying for after care for my kids to go and see the people at Honda in person. I was sent to see "Ed" the finance guy again. He was no longer super nice, friendly, Ed. He said I could cancel the EXTENDED WARRANTY but I would not be able to get the money on my pocket. Ed said it would go towards my principal in a couple of months. He was dry and annoyed. Just FYI, those extended warranties now I know, you can buy them if you really need them for less than $600. In my case the total cost for the warranty after the term of the loan would be costing me nearly $2700 with Honda Tempe (their back end profit).
Here is the million dollar question: If you kept telling me how amazing and reliable my new car was going to be, especially because it is a Honda and SO NEW, why did you insisted NON STOP on me buying an EXTENDED WARRANTY when the car still has so much warranty left?
Rather than feeling happy for my new car, I feel so stressed about the enormous amount of a loan I ended up with. I put $10,000 down payment and they still ripped me off.
And here is the best part, they told me my old car was so old it was going to go to the auction. GUESS WHAT? They already have my Ford Escape on their website for sale for over $5000!!
Zero customer service - AzLinda
We had 9am appointment for our Honda crosstour to recalibrate the camera. By 5 pm they couldn't figure out the problem so they charged us $220 and we left. Ridiculous that a Honda dealer can't calibrate their own vehicles. No warning lights were flashing when we arrived but LDW and FCW and a warning message were all flashing when we left. Internal camera failure or something. There is a # to call if not completely satisfied so I called and left message. Two days later I received a call back. He took some information and said he'd call back Monday but did not.
Marcus did me right.... - DTom

Don't trust the finance department - grdone1970
I came to the dealership looking to purchase a new car.I was greeted by Mike the salesman, and after telling him what I was looking for,we test drove the accord. I liked it so we went inside to start the negotiation process, and that's when Paul enters the picture. I expressed to him that I had my own financing when he begins to tell me that he thinks he has a bank that could beat my credit union rate.He said he would get to work on it while I went to get some lunch. I get a call about an hour later saying give him another hour.I never received a call back from him, so I found another car to purchase. When I called the credit union to pick the check up for my new car,I find out that this guy shotguns my credit app.Even submitting the app to my own credit union that he knew I had my pre-approval through. The loan officer told me that there was a contract already ready to sign. Keep in mind I never received a call back from this dealership.A Slimy way to do business in my book.If you're in the market for a new honda, give Lawley Honda in Sierra Vista a shot. Not only was the salesman laid back, but the whole process was painless.I was also able to purchase the car for almost 2000.00 dollars less.Well worth the drive.I will never buy another car in Tucson again.Shame on you Autonation Honda
rip off - DP
After I told them the internet price they added every thing possible to bring up the cost. I was told the back up camera cost 300.00. They charged me 999.99. Useley the dealership pays tax, title, license. I got charged it all and a documentation fee of 499.00. license 400.92,tax 897.12. I argued the price but Spencer did not care. We were tired and stressed. Every thing from my car was loaded to the new one. I had children with me that were extremley tired. I just wanted to say no and get my old car back. I still do. To make it worse, when we got home there was no blue tooth or dvd system. It was on the sticker. I made a copy of the sticker and dropped it off the next morning. No call no nothing. They do not care!!! I feel ripped off.
