Great Internet Experience - Weather Dude
I requested internet pricing with the cost break down on the Civic LX CVT with Honda sensing to include all costs, i.e. tax, license, dealer delivery charges, and three specific add ons from multiple dealerships in the Valley. Some dealerships were clueless, but Arrowhead's team put together exactly what I had asked for - no hidden charges - bottom line pricing. In today's hustle and bustle, time is everything - give the customer what they are requesting so dealer and the customer does not waste time.
Upon dealership selection, the next part was easy - Brian Alexander was my point man and took care of everything from financing to delivery - I believe I was in and out within two hours. Awesome experience and very professional! Definitely a dealership to buy from.

We purchased a Honda Pilot from Chapman Honda after visiting couple of Honda dealers in Phoenix. Although the end we did not trade in any vehicle for this particular purchase they made a reasonable offer compared to trade in value we were offered at a dealerships in Phoenix. Those trade in offers at Honda dealers in Phoenix were an insult to one's intelligence especially in this day and age when people have access to information online.
We worked with Eric Rodriguez. From the beginning he was courteous and friendly. He was listening to what we needed and looking for rather than selling us what was available on the lot. He ordered the proper model for us. He explained how to operate various functions and options on the car. Our financing also was smooth and we were not forced into purchasing warranties and other things we did not need. All and all was a smooth and enjoyable experience. Thank you Eric and Nathaniel!

Most Spectacular Salesman Ever Experienced ! - BZB225
While waiting for a report on my 2008 SUV, Moses Onciu greeted me and showed me features of a new HRV which were much better suited to my needs than the SUV. He listened to my list of needs, including a smaller vehicle with good ground clearance and a backup camera, cloth upholstery, blue or green color, seat belts that held me in without crossing my neck, 4 doors in a list of about 20 features. We took a test drive and he showed me everything! He made sure all my questions were answered then showed me features I needed to know but was unaware of.
He was the most patient and thorough salesman I have ever experienced in about 17 automobile purchases! He told me to call if I had more questions, which I did the next day.
My 2008 experience was so miserable I did not intend to purchase another Honda but Moses turned everything around!
The car was purchased with a CostCo connection.

I came to the dealership looking to purchase a new car.I was greeted by Mike the salesman,and after telling him what I was looking for,we test drove the accord. I liked it so we went inside to start the negotiation process,and that's when Paul enters the picture. I expressed to him that I had my own financing when he begins to tell me that he thinks he has a bank that could beat my credit union rate.He said he would get to work on it while I went to get some lunch. I get a call about an hour later saying give him another hour.I never received a call back from him, so I found another car to purchase.When I called the credit union to pick the check up for my new car,I find out that this guy shotguns my credit app.Even submitting the app to my own credit union that he knew I had my pre-approval through.The loan officer told me that there was a contract already ready to sign. Keep in mind I never received a call back from this dealership.A Slimy way to do business in my book.If you're in the market for a new honda, give Lawley Honda in Sierra Vista a shot.Not only was the salesman laid back, but the whole process was painless.I was also able to purchase the car for almost 2000.00 dollars less.Well worth the drive.I will never buy another car in Tucson again.Shame on you Autonation Honda
