Got the best deal for my first car in usa.. - Sahahondaaccordse2017
Thanks to entire arrowhead team specially to Gary Hamilton who without being considering whether i will buy then and there took me for a test drive withtout wasting any time of mine with unneccessary talks which other dealers do..also helped me choose my car color as they have so many options. Also had taken test drive in my own car..after owning it also he explained me every bit of the car..I really appriciate his salesmanship as well his gentleman attitude..he is the best salesman I had come accross and not bothering me by calling at odd hours of the day rather doing all the communixation thru mail or txt... and also cris who agreed to my quote.
Always happy with Findlay Honda - Kburdiss
I have been taking my Crv to Findlay for the last three years and have never been disappointed. I am always treated with curtesy and I feel the prices are fair. The curtesy shuttle and free car washes are a bonus as well.

David Danisi - jessicabeeler
David is my go to service advisor at Bell Honda. His customer service is one of a kind, someone that goes out of there way is always much appreciated. He is always very polite and positive when I come there. He always does everything he can to help me out as much as possible and keep me up to date with things. And when I get my car back its always shiny and clean!
Great Customer Service - Caroline314
I went in recently for a recall on my 2005 CRV. While in the waiting room I joined in a conversation and found out that there was a miscommunication in a previous service that I had paid for a couple of months earlier? I took my question to Tommy Durante, he listened to my concern and told me that I would have an answer within a couple of hours. I received a call from Don Poling, Service and Parts Director, within an hour and was told that Honda of Superstition Springs was going to give me a full reimbursement of my payment. I was very impressed with their genuine concern and honesty. Thank you Tommy Durante and Don Poling! I will definitely be returning for service on my vehicle!
Adam Lind is AWESOME! - Salinahiggins
Went to look at a new car but was convinced I wouldn't be able to get out of my older car...not only did I get out of the older car, I drove a brand new car off the lot with only 7 miles! Adam made this possible!!! He kept looking til we found the car that would work! I will be referring to him!!!

Cody was great! We visited many dealerships and bought a car from him. His customer service definitely helped us made the decision of purchasing a car from Kingman Honda.
Saleman, Drew, was awesome! - Beth
I want to say what a great salesman Drew is. He is personable, listens to his customer's needs and does all he can to get the customer the deal they are looking for. I will send all my friends to him and to this dealership. I have bought 2 new cars from Drew at this dealership and have been impressed both times. Everyone is very friendly and works with customers to make them happy.
Again, the dealership is great and Drew is excellent. He made 2 different car buying experiences wonderful encounters. I have been very impressed.
Wonderful Experience, Highly Recommend Them - D. W.
Fantastic customer service. No high pressure. Wonderful "car buying" experience. I highly recommend this dealership. I hope you go to this dealership and see for yourself why this is such a good business and pleasurable buying experience. If you read highly rated reviews, believe them. Sean, the internet manager, was fantastic on the phone and in person. He was knowledgeable and personable and a valuable employee to have at this dealership.
Philip was surpurb, really enjoyed the whole experience. - Thom Traveler
Philip was very pleasant and helpful. He made our experience most enjoyable. Will most assuredly recommend this dealership to our Honda owning friends in the Prescott and surrounding area.
2017 Honda Ridgeline Purchase - jsnyderaz
As a long time Ridgeline owner I was very eager to purchase the new 2017 model, however the RTL-E models are very hard to find. My sales manager Gregg Gabbin worked very hard to find the exact model and color I was looking for, and I could not be more happy with my purchase.
Great dealership - Brenda A
Jose Melo was very kind and attentive. It is our second time buying a car from him and his service is better than ever. Really recommend him.
RIPPED OFF AND DECEIVED - M.M
Very disappointed with my first car buying experience. Bought an over $20 K 2014 Cr-V I was told the car would be great for a mom with two young kids, Reliable, it would rarely brake, blah, blah. The car still has 4 k bumper to bumper warranty and about 30 000 more miles for the included warranty (don't know the name). After more than 3 long hours at the dealership, I finally got to meet Ed, the finance guy. He made sure I felt concerned about my car breaking and me not having the Extended Warranty. He said, my A/C would cost me $1800 to fix if it broke, and came with all these scary numbers that my car would cost to fix! Guess what? My kids were hungry, tired, annoyed after bring there all afternoon and I was exhausted....so I agreed to purchase it. He even mentioned that the sales man used the employee discount to give me a discount that I still cannot find on my documents. I was offered $2500 for trade in and ended up getting $2000 because they were going to fix the $100 radiator plus the $100 cost of labor??? SO where the xxxx are the other $300???? I didn't know what a Low Jack is but when I signed the docs I saw it was on he price, I learned a day later that they just put it and included it on the price without asking if I was purchasing it. Of course, they saw the naive mom desperate to buy a reliable car right?
I bought the car last Saturday, called them on Monday to ask to cancel the EXTENDED WARRANTY, the sales man said, he would call me, never did. I ended up leaving work and paying for after care for my kids to go and see the people at Honda in person. I was sent to see "Ed" the finance guy again. He was no longer super nice, friendly, Ed. He said I could cancel the EXTENDED WARRANTY but I would not be able to get the money on my pocket. Ed said it would go towards my principal in a couple of months. He was dry and annoyed. Just FYI, those extended warranties now I know, you can buy them if you really need them for less than $600. In my case the total cost for the warranty after the term of the loan would be costing me nearly $2700 with Honda Tempe (their back end profit).
Here is the million dollar question: If you kept telling me how amazing and reliable my new car was going to be, especially because it is a Honda and SO NEW, why did you insisted NON STOP on me buying an EXTENDED WARRANTY when the car still has so much warranty left?
Rather than feeling happy for my new car, I feel so stressed about the enormous amount of a loan I ended up with. I put $10,000 down payment and they still ripped me off.
And here is the best part, they told me my old car was so old it was going to go to the auction. GUESS WHAT? They already have my Ford Escape on their website for sale for over $5000!!
Great customer service - AliKing
The customer service here is great and great you very well their is no doubt they really want to help you anyway way that can. I purchased a Honda Pilot 2016 we made the deal on one but it had to be driven in from out of town from another dealer ship. So I had to wait the next day, when the next day came around they had told me the car had been sold but they would find me a new one, and it took two more day for them to get me another one and we had to do the paper work all over again since it was a different car. The car is great and everything but they should really secure the deal and the car before anything. It was really inconvenient calling them and going back and forward to see what was going to happened. Luckily everything worked out in the end and we love our new car.
Don't trust the finance department - grdone1970
I came to the dealership looking to purchase a new car.I was greeted by Mike the salesman, and after telling him what I was looking for,we test drove the accord. I liked it so we went inside to start the negotiation process, and that's when Paul enters the picture. I expressed to him that I had my own financing when he begins to tell me that he thinks he has a bank that could beat my credit union rate.He said he would get to work on it while I went to get some lunch. I get a call about an hour later saying give him another hour.I never received a call back from him, so I found another car to purchase. When I called the credit union to pick the check up for my new car,I find out that this guy shotguns my credit app.Even submitting the app to my own credit union that he knew I had my pre-approval through. The loan officer told me that there was a contract already ready to sign. Keep in mind I never received a call back from this dealership.A Slimy way to do business in my book.If you're in the market for a new honda, give Lawley Honda in Sierra Vista a shot. Not only was the salesman laid back, but the whole process was painless.I was also able to purchase the car for almost 2000.00 dollars less.Well worth the drive.I will never buy another car in Tucson again.Shame on you Autonation Honda
