Matt and Larry Reid were at all times courteous and professional. I was buying a car for my granddaughter and she was also impressed with the treatment we received. Matt helped her understand all the technology features of the HR-V (which she understands much better than I. I would be happy to recommend this dealer to anyone.

We are senior citizens and find the fast service very helpful. Rather than messing around with technology we just go to fast service and someone runs out and asks our question and they find someone to fix it! Both phones are connected on each car!
Everyone who works here is very friendly, sales, service, or the lady that meets you at the door. We recommend Superstition Springs all the time. People know we always drive Hondas, so we are asked many times, altho we have the license holder on both cars.
We like that they almost always coat your car with the Autp Butler. We find that very helpful in keeping our cars always looking good and easy to keep them like that.

Based on web research, I chose Surprise Honda Service to prepare my 2006 Accord w/160K miles for gifting to my granddaughter. My interest was to insure that the car was safe and reliable. I made use of the dealer's website and made the service appointment and was assigned a Service Adviser. I met with Adviser Rob Chandra and he was great. He took the time to discuss with me my interests and concerns, reviewed the service history, and made recommendations and identified priorities in getting the car serviced. Rob made me feel that I was fully in charge and did not pressure me in any way. I appreciated his shared concern in effectively and efficiently servicing the car. We agreed on a written plan and the estimated cost. Although quite a bit of work needed to be done, the car was ready for pickup the next day and the costs were well under the estimate. I was surprised that Rob provided a no-cost, detailed cleaning and the car not only ran great, but looked great, upon delivery. I now feel very comfortable in giving this car to my granddaughter, as it will be a solid ride for her in her senior year at NAU, and for several more years after that. Additionally, I appreciate Rob taking a personal interest in my needs. He identified that I would need a replacement vehicle, and kindly referred me to John Cockwell, the Senior Sales Officer. I found John to also be a "kindred spirit," and about 90-minutes later, I left Surprise Honda with an off-lease Certified 2014 Accord with less than 50K miles. The car is in amazing condition at an equally amazing price, and a great guarantee, and I am most pleased with it. All in all, a service/sales experience that exceeded all my expectations.
AutoNation Ruined The Dealership - playn18
We have purchased four new Hondas from this dealership. The first two were one it was San Tan Honda, the second two were under AutoNation. AutoNation feels very corporate and we've had serious issues with our new Honda and they've done absolutely nothing to help us. Take your business somewhere else. In fact, I'd recommend a different brand. My salesman, Walt, was excellent, but he's now retired.

We went knowing what car we wanted and where we'd like to have our payment be around and they exceeded our expectations! Abdul was very helpful, professional, and most importantly, respectful. We didn't want our time wasted with the run around as you would get at a lot of other places so we appreciated the assistance received. We'd come here again.

From the minute I walked in the door I felt like I was being sold and not in a good way. It felt almost used car salesman sleazy, and the insult to injury was the "we don't negotiate" because we are "market based" and our prices are the best. And we have a giant dealership family and move lots of cars so we know more than you do and we won't change for you. Regardless of what you believe, I'll decide if your prices are market and good enough, and if they're not good enough and you don't negotiate then that's fine I'll move on. I'm not drinking your kool-aid before we've even sit down to look at numbers.
That being said, other than the attitude regarding their prices and dealership, the sales guy was very good and knew his stuff. He wasn't pushy or sleazy in any important ways, but I don't like being sold crap. Stop selling me the dealership and pricing and sell me the car instead. In some ways I feel like 4 stars is too low, but 5 stars is too high due to pricing which I didn't find competitive and the attitude which I'll call somewhat elitist. Pride in your work is one thing, elitism is something altogether different.

Did my homework and went to buy a car. Met sales person outside and she took us in, asking what we were interested in. Told her what we thought we wanted and asked what was available. She showed us several cars that met our criteria. Didn't really want black interior, but really like the red exterior. Drove it several miles, all the while Sandy told us about all the features that this car had. We were more interested in a lease, which turned out to be the best deal for us. Three hours after arrival, all papers signed, and we drove off with our new Red Honda HR-V LX. We would certainly go back, since it is the closest Honda dealer to where we live, since there is no dealer in our town.
