We had made an appointment with the Internet MGR, Ashur Davoudikia and had expressed our desires in a Honda CRV. Mr. Davoudikia explained the differences between the four types of CR_Vs, the options and prices for the options for each. Mr. Davoudikia has excellent knowledge on Honda vehicles, very courteous, patient and is not pushy. Next time we are in the market for a vehicle Chapman Honda is our no. 1 choice. Will recommend to relatives and friends.

The sales people are kind and courteous. Yes there are incentives to sell a car but the sales guys in all my experiences have been outstanding! I never leave online reviews, but this time I just had to. I'm a single mother of 4 kids. I bought a used Honda Odyssey at this dealership in June of 2016 for $12,000.00. The vehicle came with no warranty, but I felt confident getting a reliable car when buying directly from the Honda dealer. Since I bought the car, I already had to take it to the mechanic several times. The air conditioning stopped working just 2-3 months after I bought it and had to get it fixed. In October, all the gauges and dashboard stopped working and the van started to make strange noises. It had to be taken to get fixed again. Beginning of November it started shaking very bad and ended up at the mechanic for almost a week. After it was fixed, it started shaking again and had to be taken to the mechanic a 4th time. Now, it's shaking again and it sounds like something is rubbing against something else when driving on the freeway. We reached out directly to the general manager, but have not received any response. I don't know what to do. I can't afford constantly fixing it. Now I am stuck paying a vehicle for several years that doesn't work properly?

Gave away private information - Taken for a Ride
We bought a car from Surprise Honda. A month later we receive a letter from Allstate Insurance regarding our application. We did not apply for insurance from Allstate. Called the dealer and learned that the owner owns an Allstate office which is located in dealership and manned by dealership employees.
So Surprise Honda has zero problem giving away our private information such as address, income and social security numbers. What other companies does this guy own that he will give our information to?

I came to the dealership looking to purchase a new car.I was greeted by Mike the salesman,and after telling him what I was looking for,we test drove the accord. I liked it so we went inside to start the negotiation process,and that's when Paul enters the picture. I expressed to him that I had my own financing when he begins to tell me that he thinks he has a bank that could beat my credit union rate.He said he would get to work on it while I went to get some lunch. I get a call about an hour later saying give him another hour.I never received a call back from him, so I found another car to purchase.When I called the credit union to pick the check up for my new car,I find out that this guy shotguns my credit app.Even submitting the app to my own credit union that he knew I had my pre-approval through.The loan officer told me that there was a contract already ready to sign. Keep in mind I never received a call back from this dealership.A Slimy way to do business in my book.If you're in the market for a new honda, give Lawley Honda in Sierra Vista a shot.Not only was the salesman laid back, but the whole process was painless.I was also able to purchase the car for almost 2000.00 dollars less.Well worth the drive.I will never buy another car in Tucson again.Shame on you Autonation Honda

Did my homework and went to buy a car. Met sales person outside and she took us in, asking what we were interested in. Told her what we thought we wanted and asked what was available. She showed us several cars that met our criteria. Didn't really want black interior, but really like the red exterior. Drove it several miles, all the while Sandy told us about all the features that this car had. We were more interested in a lease, which turned out to be the best deal for us. Three hours after arrival, all papers signed, and we drove off with our new Red Honda HR-V LX. We would certainly go back, since it is the closest Honda dealer to where we live, since there is no dealer in our town.
