I asked Costco for where to go for a Honda. They gave me Arrowhead Honda as a place to contact. Before I could contact them Charlie called me. He was helpful above and beyond. He took extra time to show us old people all the awesome features of the Honda. Even helped us after the sale to preset our favorite radio stationstation and download info for the Bluetooth. A month later when we came by the dealer to stop by the parts area he came to see how we were doing and again helped us with features on the car we were having trouble operating. He and the finance stayed after hours during our purchase to get everything wrapped up so we wouldn't have to come back. He is definately a hero to us a salesman we can call friend. We recommend this dealership and I have done so already.

I have owned 3 Hondas and have always had them serviced at the dealers. They have all been great,
very helpful, and have always treated me good. I recently moved to Flagstaff and found that Flagstaff Honda service department is outstanding. They always get my car done quickly and one thing I really like is that my being a senior lady they advise me about the things I need to have done to keep my car in good shape and me safe. They are honest and never try to scare me into doing work I don't need..
I would definitely recommend them to my other senior friends and to anyone looking for an outstanding service department.

I had JJ as my Salesman he was so nice, and friendly, he explained everything in detail about the Honda Accord Sport and sat with me in car to show me how everything works and had me do it myself so I completely understood.
I then had Ramses Margary for my finance producer, he was so full of life, it was like looking in the mirror as far as energy and personality go, although Ramses has me beat on the personality, Wow! He has one of the Best personalities, and to me, that's everything. Ramses is a man with a five star personality, I really had the Best time of my life. I'm telling you, he was amazing, I even said to him, I love your personality , I want to take you home, he was so fun and I enjoyed every minute. I have to say, I compared it to my New Years Eve event, I went to at Moon Valley Country Club, which was the best time I've ever had on a New Year's Eve Ever, and I'm 57 years old. So, if your looking to buy a car, JJ'S your man in sales, then you have to go to Ramses for finance, you will Thank me. We had so much fun, and we talked and laughed like we've know each other all our lives, the other thing is, if you want to know how to raise your credit score without any money Ramses your man, simply amazing. I want to thank both JJ and Ramses from the bottom of my heart, you made my car buying experience one I'll never forget. I absolutely love my 2015 Honda Accord Sport. My husband and I have purchased 4 vehicles from Superstition springs Honda and service has always been excellent. However Tommy Durant made my regular service even better. He has always been able to listen to my concerns and provide me excellent supreme and genuine service. I would not want to see anyone esle but him for my service. He cares about his customers and that's what really Matters to me. Time and time again he has gone over and above for me to get me the answers I need or provide me the right service. Additionally, our sales experiences there at Superstition Springs Honda have been exceptional which is why we keep returning back there for purchases of new vehicles. The sales people are kind and courteous. Yes there are incentives to sell a car but the sales guys in all my experiences have been outstanding! They listen and work with you to make every car purchase a win win. And they are friendly. I felt like by the end of our vehicle purchases we became friends with the sales and finance staff. I could not say enough to commend the entire staff there at Superstition Springs Honda, more specifically Tommy Durante.

I paid Honda $500 for an Alarm System they won't service! - Blaine Brooks
In March of 2013 I purchased a Honda Odyssey EX-L Minivan from this Honda dealership. While signing the paperwork. I asked if there was an factory alarm system. I was told there was not and they offered me a package for $500. Feeling insecure about my vehicle not having needed protection, I made the decision to purchase the alarm system. Honda installed the new system. 3 yrs later, my alarm system is malfunctioning. Each time the vehicle is locked, the alarm goes off, all day. It is very stressful. I bring the vehicle in to this dealership for them to fix the alarm system. I am told, there is an aftermarket alarm system on the vehicle and they will not service the vehicle. I explain that they are the ones who installed it, but they refuse. I am given a number to call for the product. I call this number, which a voice mail immediately picks up the call. I have left messages with no return phone calls. Being desperate to fix the alarm, I look up in the manual how to disarm it. There is an option, using the Valet mode. However, under the dash, my Valet mode button has been removed. I do some further research, it turns out, there was a factory alarm on the vehicle, and this, and the valet button have been removed for the aftermarket alarm system that is now malfunctioning, that I paid Honda $500 to install, that they won't service. I have been misinformed by this dealership. I specifically inquired about a factory alarm system that they denied the vehicle having, which it did. They installed an alarm system to replace it, which they won't service, and they removed the Valet mode option, and I now cannot disarm a malfunctioning alarm system.

I never leave online reviews, but this time I just had to. I'm a single mother of 4 kids. I bought a used Honda Odyssey at this dealership in June of 2016 for $12,000.00. The vehicle came with no warranty, but I felt confident getting a reliable car when buying directly from the Honda dealer. Since I bought the car, I already had to take it to the mechanic several times. The air conditioning stopped working just 2-3 months after I bought it and had to get it fixed. In October, all the gauges and dashboard stopped working and the van started to make strange noises. It had to be taken to get fixed again. Beginning of November it started shaking very bad and ended up at the mechanic for almost a week. After it was fixed, it started shaking again and had to be taken to the mechanic a 4th time. Now, it's shaking again and it sounds like something is rubbing against something else when driving on the freeway. We reached out directly to the general manager, but have not received any response. I don't know what to do. I can't afford constantly fixing it. Now I am stuck paying a vehicle for several years that doesn't work properly?

Went in to visit the new state of the art Honda Dealership in Surprise, and I was blown away by the place. The service and the facility are second to none. I have visited many of the dealerships in the area, and most of them are the same, but Surprise Honda was different. Jeff Pordes was not your typical salesman, he was pleasant and was not pushy at all. He provided me the information that I needed, and did not try to sell me something that I didn't want. When I needed to go home and make a decision on my purchase, Surprise Honda did not play the typical games to keep me there. Ultimately, that is the reason I came back and purchased from them.

Did my homework and went to buy a car. Met sales person outside and she took us in, asking what we were interested in. Told her what we thought we wanted and asked what was available. She showed us several cars that met our criteria. Didn't really want black interior, but really like the red exterior. Drove it several miles, all the while Sandy told us about all the features that this car had. We were more interested in a lease, which turned out to be the best deal for us. Three hours after arrival, all papers signed, and we drove off with our new Red Honda HR-V LX. We would certainly go back, since it is the closest Honda dealer to where we live, since there is no dealer in our town.
