With our 4th kid on the way, the wife and I decided that a minivan would be our best option. We looked at several dealerships, and talked with several employees. Gary was by far the most engaged and dedicated to getting us what we wanted. The first time I met Gary we looked around, and there was nothing on the lot that would work for us. He took my name and number, and said he would call me when something came in. Look most people, I went with it expecting to never hear from Gary. I was wrong. Gary called me about two weeks later to tell me about a van that was just traded in. Gary also met me down there on his day off (dedication). Unfortunately this particular vehicle didn't work out. About a week later another van came in. We loved it, the price was right, and most of all Gary stuck with us through the whole process. It's guys like Gary who put my faith back in car dealerships.

I never really liked to take my car into dealerships for service. Always over selling and then the sales people target you. Not today. I was in for brake service, and i was told I only needed the rear done, the front end was fine, and there was no need to replace them... I was shocked.. I also need an engine electrical harness replaced, and my Service Advisor went out out of his way, and help me save $500 on the $800 repair. I will be back for service, and when the time comes, I will trade in my care there for a new one.

My sales associate, Damon Gulley at Earnhardt made the car experience seamless. There was no bull. I didn't have to wait hours and I got what I needed. He wasn't a high pressured salesman but listened to my expectations. The transaction was quick. All I had to do was come to the dealership and sign the papers. I came to the dealership looking to purchase a new car.I was greeted by Mike the salesman,and after telling him what I was looking for,we test drove the accord. I liked it so we went inside to start the negotiation process,and that's when Paul enters the picture. I expressed to him that I had my own financing when he begins to tell me that he thinks he has a bank that could beat my credit union rate.He said he would get to work on it while I went to get some lunch. I get a call about an hour later saying give him another hour.I never received a call back from him, so I found another car to purchase.When I called the credit union to pick the check up for my new car,I find out that this guy shotguns my credit app.Even submitting the app to my own credit union that he knew I had my pre-approval through.The loan officer told me that there was a contract already ready to sign. Keep in mind I never received a call back from this dealership.A Slimy way to do business in my book.If you're in the market for a new honda, give Lawley Honda in Sierra Vista a shot.Not only was the salesman laid back, but the whole process was painless.I was also able to purchase the car for almost 2000.00 dollars less.Well worth the drive.I will never buy another car in Tucson again.Shame on you Autonation Honda
