I had a great experience working with Ritisha, Polly, and Lon at Infiniti on Camelback.
Ritisha did an excellent job as my sales representative. She was very knowledgable about the Q50 line, and spent the afternoon answering every question I had about the car.
Polly really streamlined the financing process, and did a great job explaining all the details of the extra services that were available, such as the clear shield bra, extended warranties, an maintenance plans.
And last but not least, Lon came out to my house and did an amazing job walking me through the vast array of features that my car has to offer, answering any questions that I had after driving the car for a few weeks, and even setting up my garage door opener!
Best of all, the entire team was amazing when it came to not pushing whenever I expressed disinterest in any particular feature or option. This led to an amazing experience tailored to fit what I want from the car, with nothing extra forced upon me.
Great representation of the Infiniti experience! This was my second Infiniti purchase, and the experience this time was even better than the first; which itself was light years beyond any other non-Infiniti dealership I have worked with in the past.

I need to retract a previous review I made a while ago. I thought the guys at Infiniti of Peoria were trying to take me for an extra $568 with that Zaktek treatment even after I requested a refund and said I couldn't use it because I live 100 miles away and maybe moving even farther away.
Well I was totally wrong! Today I got a check for the full amount of what I paid for the Zaktek. Infiniti of Peoria is a good place to shop for a new or used car. Thanks again for the refund.

The salesman was indeed a gentleman; he was not pushy or trying to rush me into buying before I explored what I wanted, he listened to me and directed me to what I was looking for.

I've had a long standing relationship with this dealer, and it's not based on appearances. They have and will go the extra mile for me at a simple ask. I recently had an itch to get a Nismo, they scratched it for me. Tony, CJ, and Brian began calling all their contacts with out so much as a deposit. Before long the deal was struck and I was happily smiling away in my brand new Nismo.
This dealership, regardless of context, has always held customer service as a priority. They create a natural sense of family and sincere interest in the well being of their clientele. I am not a special case based on any subjective factors, they simply treat everyone with courtesy and good old fashioned no BS approach to car purchasing. I have continually serviced my vehicles with Coulter, I'll not go anywhere else... ever.
