Took my GMC here for service because a message appeared that stated Reduced Engine Power and the service engine light came on. They advised of a total of approx $1100 to fix my vehicle. Picked it up, paid, drove away less than 10 minutes down the road white smoke appears, i turn back around and take it right back. The attendant i was working with Allan has me wait while they have someone re-check it, he comes back in about 15 mins saying "bad news" something about a piston and overall i need a new engine, after i just literally paid over 1k for a supposedly fixed car. AVOID THIS GMC SERVICE CENTER AT ALL COSTS!!!!

I had no appointment and they gladly helped me because I was going on a trip the following week. This dealership will never, under any circumstances lose my business! I had THE BEST experience with Coulter Roadside Assistance because Tom was my guy and showed up early, delivered honest and helpful feedback & turned something super stressful to deal with into something that was done in less than a couple of hours, hassle free and beyond professional and kind! I HIGHLY recommend Tom from Coulter Roadside Assistance for any of your roadside needs. Tom deserves all the praise, promotions and raises as he was the most honest Cadillac technician I have ever encountered. I've owned a Cadillac since 2012 living in 3 different states and most ALL the Cadillac service technicians I have dealt with will do everything to upsell, charge extra, etc. and it's a disgusting tactic that is still used even in 2022 to scare and gaslight women into paying upwards of 100's of dollars for repairs they simply don't need. Tom set an awesome example for any of the bottom feeding service technicians who will say anything to get more $ out of their customers. TOM IS THE REAL MVP!!!!!!

I live 2 hours north of town. When I arrived, the bay manager said my appointment had been for the previous week... but he might be able to fit me in. It took 7+ hours to perform what was described as a 3-4 hour task when I called. I never received any of the free oil changes because of my distance from the dealership, so I thought the oil change was comped. I verified with the bay manager that the oil change had been comped and he said the cashier forgot to charge me. I returned to pay for the oil change. The heated seats have never worked since I bought the vehicle -- I was told that the heated seats were not under warranty: It's the only defect in what otherwise has been a perfect truck. I've had two negative episodes [spanning 20 years] with prior vehicles, and both times, I was made to feel like a lier. Which is why I was careful to get the appointment straight, since I made my entire day revolve around it, but I must have been lying about that too. I addressed the recall only because my diagnostic reports makes me appear negligent: It was logical to have the dealership address the recall. Besides the heated seats, I haven't had any issues with this vehicle and I have no intention of replacing it. I do have serious trust issues with the dealership but there's no point in describing those issues when I'm accused of making stuff up. Hopefully, I won't have to go back.

I had major body work done on my car. I was asked to take the vehicle when it still had unresolved problems. Since then I have had to bring the car back to have the door adjusted, hatch adjusted, and twice because local glass shops can't get a windshield to fit correctly. Every time I get the well, we have a life time warranty just bring it back. I don't want to bring it back, I want it fixed right the first time. Nice people but very disappointed in the results. The response I get is, "I don't know why it won't fit". I expected better quality, better service, and better handling of the problem. I expected Moore and I got a lot less :(
