Now Robert Quintana takes care of all service on my cars! Robert tells me the truth of Honda factory recommendations and honest total costs. I find Robert's costs no more than private mechanics, yet he keeps my cars up to factory recommendations! Thank you Robert and Arrowhead Honda!

Not only was he incredibly accommodating, meeting our specific needs with ease, but he also exceeded our initial expectations. His proactiveness made what could have been a stressful weekend so much more manageable. He represented Right Honda with such professionalism and care that we felt completely at ease. I am giving this dealership and Michael Lacy a 5 star review. I was in a car crisis at 8am this morning and Michael so kindly went out of his way to help me. From opening the door before starting time after my insistent pounding, to his caring, thoughtful, calming attitude during my mini-crisis. He helped me to work step by step to achieve the result I needed…getting my car from where it sat with a dead battery to their dealership. My car is out of warranty and he didn’t need to do anything for me. But he patiently helped me work through processes I needed to do. I can’t speak highly enough of him and this dealership. As staff arrived Michael explained what my situation was and everyone was so kind. This is my second car purchased through this dealership in the last 10 years. 5 star service through all processes. Buying and financing, service and now this above and beyond the call by Michael Lacy. The dealership has a Council of Sales Leadership Award of Silver; it definitely deserves a gold or platinum award. And I will definitely buy my next car from here and recommend them to friends or relatives who are in the market for a car!

I was recently in for service on my 2023 Honda CRV hYBRID. I dealt with Jeff D, who was professional, got me a Lyft to and from the dealership, and found another issue with the vehicle, which was part of a nationwide recall. Jeff's attention to detail helped fix the problems with the vehicle and did an excellent job getting the CRV back to me in a timely manner. Will definitely go back to Chapman Honda and work with Jeff D in the future. Keep up the good work!

Since I can't seem to change my last review of 1 star and customer service complaint, I'll write an update review. David McKee got involved after my negative review and has been working with me on the issue. David and his team have been trying to diagnose the AC problem but unfortunately the issue still exists. I will be bringing car back so they can contact Honda for further advisement on the AC issue. This new 5 star review is based off of their excellent customer service response regarding my AC issue , going above and beyond to assist me and hopefully will find a solution to the issue. Levi service writer & Martin shop foreman have also been great to work with on this issue. I would recommend this dealer due to their show of caring for their customer. I have confidence they will find the issue and will be resolved eventually. Hopefully the other 1 star reviews can be helped so we can get this dealer back to 5 stars. I will follow up with another review once my issues have been resolved.
