This was the BEST Service Dept experience I have ever had. From the moment I was checked in, until I picked up my vehicle (earlier than promised) I was impressed with the great attitudes and service. My service advisor, Jesse, went above and beyond to make sure everything was taken care of to my complete satisfaction

I have been a customer for many years. The entire staff has always been very professional, friendly and helpful. The service department has men working who know their business and seem to enjoy it. The service adviser today was Irwin Wyant. He was friendly and kind today as he has always been. He explains things to me so that I understand what has been done and what may need to be done in the future. The person I must commend for his professionalism and helpfulness the most, however, is Matt Martin. He sold me my first Nissan and my second one and he will sell me any car I will buy in the future. Somehow, he always remembers my name. If he sees me, he takes a minute to say hello and asks how the car is doing and how I'm doing as well. Thank you Matt for everything!

I appreciated getting an appointment the same day I called. This is a good facility and the employees are very helpful and quick. The I talked to when making the appointment was very rude but had nothing to do with this facility.
