I sent this email to Mr Dorch (dealership manager) on November 2, 2023 and never heard back! Such a disappointment!!!!
Took my car in for service, had an appointment but as usual it seems that it doesn't matter! his is the third time I have had an appointment with your service department and have been very dissatisfied with the wait time and lack of communication.
Today my appointment was scheduled for 11:00 with Whitney. She was on her phone and turned away from me, so Carlos said he could assist me. I arrived a little early 10:20 (this appointment was scheduled about a week ago). I acknowledge that I was there for oil change and tire rotation, along with Customer Satisfaction Program 23B49.
I said that I would be waiting, since my request for a loaner car was not addressed. I was offered to have someone take somewhere else if I would like. I said that I live in Mammoth Spring, and that if I could not get a loaner that I would just wait. I was there for quite a while and periodically looked into the service bay and never saw my car. At 12:45 I walked outside around your lot and walked over by the service entrance and saw my car parked. I went inside and asked Carlos if anything had been done with my car yet, again Whitney was not around. He looked under several folders on Whitney's desk and said he did not think so. I asked that since I have an appointment did he think that my car should have been pulled in and started, which he responded you would think so. I asked that since nothing had been done if I could get my keys back, so that I could leave. I got my keys and received an apology from Carlos. I let him know that my experience at the dealership has always been disappointing based on the time taken waiting, giving that I have always had an appointment there.
I wish there was another Lincoln dealer near me, but yours is closest. I will drive to Little Rock if that is what I have to do.
If you want more information I would be glad to speak with you. I will assume no response means you don't need me as a customer.
