I am writing this to share my recent experience, dissatisfaction and dishonesty with the recent service and the workers I received at Fremont Acura service center from Oct - Dec 2023. I brought my car in for two specific issues manifested multiple times.
Here are the concerns:
1) Driver's seat repair: After the initial service, the seat repair turned out to be faulty, and additional parts needed to be replaced which their mechanics broke leading me several follow ups. This took a significant amount of time to resolve, causing inconvenience.
2) Wheel alignment: Following the wheel replacement there at the same service center, my car began veering to the right. The service center did not identify this issue during their test drive and more importantly lied that the alignment was perfect and infact the veering experience is due to crowning of the roads (a demonstration of their poor knowledge and incompetence). A subsequent visit to a local Firestone confirmed the alignment was incorrect and corrected the problem. When sharing the Firestone report the advisor Mike threatened me using disparaging language.
3) Customer service: When I brought these issues to the service center for attention and provided evidence of the misalignment, I did not receive a satisfactory response. I felt threatened and unwelcome when I was asked to leave the premises. I am disappointed with the overall experience and the lack of resolution provided.
I would caution everyone to be mindful of big expenses and the integrity of their business practices at this server center.
The business practices of the advisors clearly don't aim to retain or bring sustainable clients rather their arrogant attitude of take it or leave it is detrimental for business.
