I must be honest, I was very reluctant to take my truck to Sierra Chevrolet, my previous experience was less than favorable, with both the Service and Sales Department. I took my Suburban there for service and I wasn't happy with the way I was treated. I went there to buy/order my 2018 2500 LTZ that I have now, I waited for over 20 minutes and was never approached by sales staff, so I went back to Allen Gwynn Chevrolet where I had purchased 5 vehicles. My daughter took her vehicle to Sierra and said they were really good to her, so I decided to take a chance, since Sierra is less than 15 minutes from my house. Much to my surprise, I was quickly greeted by the Service Staff as I walked up to the Service Department, and once inside, I spoke with Tanya. She was extremely pleasant, polite, and knowledgeable. I was there for an oil change, tire rotation and inspection, and told her I would be waiting. In a little over an hour and a half, I was out the door and my truck was washed. AWESOME service, THANK YOU!!! I will be back to have my truck serviced, and if the Sales staff is like the Service staff, quite possibly I might be back to upgrade to a 3500 LTZ.
