This is the second Lincoln I have bought from this dealership and I would trust no other dealership with my Lincoln purchases. The servicing of my cars have always been impeccable. The crew makes sure that things are working as expected. I could easily go to dealerships closer to my home, but I feel better when this dealership services my car.

For the past several years, I have taken my Ford to Lithia for service. I have not been impressed with their service I have often had to wait at some length after entering the service desks for someone to even notice I was there waiting. This last visit was entirely different. Employee D.J. Mc'Neil made the difference. He greeted me when I first entered the service area and took care of my car's intake which was towed to Lithia late in the day with a dead battery. First thing next day, D.J. called to let me know what the problem was and to schedule the car up for further service. He called me right away when the job was done and when I arrived to collect my car, he greeted me with a smile, first thing, as soon as I entered the service desk door: "Mr. Blades! Your car is all set!" This guy is a go-getter for the customer. Lithia service desks could use a few more young men like this. Lithia gets a 4 rating on this service visit and D.J. gets a 5.

Wonderful service. I had neglected to schedule the needed oil change so my car was long overdue for service. I was able to schedule my service for the day after I called. My service was completed quickly and any questions I had about my car regarding a few othe concerns were clearly and easly answered. I left feeling more confident in the way my car was running.

Thank you to my service advisor Christian for going above and beyond to assist in resolving the issue I had with my wheel locks. Unfortunately, few weeks ago I went to Star Ford Lincoln for an oil change. That day Seta Alexanian helped me with my service and unluckily whoever worked on my vehicle that day they forgot to put back my wheel lock back. It’s a service advisor’s job to check on everything before my vehicle comes out from the shop. However, Seta didn’t even care to check and that day without me knowing I went home without my wheel lock. Few weeks later I went back because I had a flat tire and I wanted to see if they can help me with that but unfortunately they figured out that my wheel lock was missing. Thank God Christian helped me that day and he called Seta to ask her one simple question. If she knew anything about my missing lock since she helped me last time. In front of me she gives him this ugly attitude and not even a single apology to me, she walks away. To be honest, I am really disgusted from her attitude and not satisfied with her customer service at all. I really hate to mention her name but I have to because no one deserves to be treated with a nasty attitude and I hope people read my review and never ask for her help at Star Ford Lincoln. Whoever goes to Star Ford Lincoln I recommend asking for Christian or any other service advisor. Thank you to Christian for his grate customer service, and ordering me a new set of wheel locks.

Have purchased two vehicles from Palm Springs Motors, one in 2008 and one in 2017. I have had both vehicles serviced here and only here and have always had great service. If I had an issue it was resolved quickly and to my satisfaction. Wally, my service advisor, is always professional, courteous, and great to work with. My experience with Palm Springs Motors has always been better than any other dealer I have worked with in the past!
