I had a positive experience with Micheal Ramos a service advisor, when I took my Mercedes in for my yearly service. He was forth coming and knowledgable with the services I needed. He was professional and honest. I never felt that uneasy feeling when taking my car into the dealership for service.

Had a pretty major issue with a sprinter van for our fleet. I reported this to Autobahn and they were very fast at responding to the issue. Anthony J of Service & Mechanic Tyler R took very good care of us. I was told the part was not going to arrive until today 3.29.24. To my surprise the part had already arrived either Monday or Tuesday and had the van ready to go by 3.28.24. They were very efficient and very fast with the repair to keep my Fleet of sprinters in great working condition. Just would like to say thank you,
