The best car buying experience ever! Tarnue and the team were awesome in being professional, friendly, transparent, no-pressure, and informative from start to finish. You can tell this place is full of car enthusiasts! Tarnue (the best salesman I’ve encountered, bar none) was very responsive to all of my questions, which helped ease my worries, especially since this was my first out-of-state car purchase. He sent several pictures, videos, and any records on the car to ease my worries about the car. He even took time to video himself cleaning a wood trim that I was concerned about! All paperwork was completed electronically and was so much faster/easier than any other dealer I have experienced. They arranged and found reasonably priced transport, and the car arrived just as described. A few weeks later, I was pleasantly surprised at how organized they were in providing me all of the paperwork to register the car in CA, all without charging any dealer/doc fees! I have worked with many dealers in the past, including various Mercedes, Audi, Lexus, Toyota, and Honda dealers in CA, and none can compare. Definitely will be recommending them to all of my family and friends. I can’t wait to do business with them when I’m in the market again!

When I went in to purchase a new GMC Yukon Denali XL, The Owner Rex King had, Matt Klawin the sales manager, help me. I have always had excellent service from the sales staff But I was not prepared for what was about to happen. Matt made sure that I was completely advised of the new car and features. Anything that I asked about Matt was able to answer for me. The extras that I was interested in were made available without any hassle. Matt had Tom Medina help with the shuffling back and forth from Greeley without any inconvenience to me, everything was done in a very timely manner, the car was very clean when I picked it up, full tank of fuel and no problems. One of the main reasons I went back to King GMC is their service department and staff. Always attentive and ready to help. Try this dealership once and you won't go anywhere else. Thank You, Rex.

Great service at this location. The service department folks were very friendly and extremely knowledgeable. They completed my service and found quite a few issues. Not surprising I have had it since 2014. However they found many issues still covered by warranty which they pointed out and the few I had left they quickly got the parts, completed the work and had ne on my way. All in all a great experience which sometimes is unusual in this day and age. I will certainly utilize them again and would recommend them to anyone. Great Job team.

Long story short, from the moment I walked through the door Eli West gave me his full attention and was determined to make me happy. Because of his knowledge and salesmanship I was surprised he was as young as he is. He knows what he's talking about, never promised me anything he couldn't deliver and took the time to get to know what my likes and dislikes really were. Red Rock should do whatever they can to keep him on board. He will do well for the dealership and succeed in anything he decides to do. I worked with some others as well as Eli. Vance, made me believe he could do magic and completed the deal. I'm sure he's got his kids convinced as well. I went searching for a mid-2010 Toyota Tundra with low miles. Found a very nice show room quality 2014 Tundra Limited with the Crew Max cab with only 50K miles for a very good price at South Creek. I live in Idaho and worked with the guys at South Creek as a remote buyer. I had a great experience buying the truck in all regards. They found me really good financing locally for a very good rate. John and Cisco were very open to any questions that I had. Cisco sent me tons of photos of the truck before I made the purchase. They even delivered it to Boise for a very equitable fee and I got to have a nice conversation with the drive Abel who was a very nice easy-going person to deal with. Our experience was amazing. We found the vehicle that we wanted, set up an appointment, came and checked it out. It was immaculately detailed. The vehicle was/is in excellent shape. The owner was super friendly, not pushy with anything, negotiated with us, knowledgeable and answered all of our questions. He processed the paperwork. After we signed the paperwork and brought the vehicle home, we realized we were missing a mat. He gave us a whole set of new excellent quality mats. He has also offered to assist us with any upgrades we would like to do with this vehicle.
