Buying the new car was great all of the people were great but then a few weeks later I got a call to bring my car in for the Zurich shield and I was told I would drop my car off for one day and get a loaner car for the day and when I went to drop it off that went smooth as well until I went to actually get my loaner car. I was told that I can’t get a loaner car because I’m under the age of 21 and I therefore had to Uber to Bristol and drive one of my spare cars to work this morning and I had to again get a ride here today to pick up my car. I just felt that for me just getting a brand new car from you guys I shouldn’t of had to deal with that inconvenience and I didn’t even feel like I had the option to just take my car back and reschedule for another day I was just sent to the waiting room and figured it out myself. The people are great there everyone’s friendly and nice but i just find it kind of ironic how I’m old enough to take out a loan and get a brand new car but I’m not old enough to borrow one of your cars for the day while you guys have mine that’s all. It would’ve been nice to be told beforehand that I wouldn’t be able to get a loaner car just so it would save me the inconvenience of having to uber and do all of that.
