I’ve only had great experiences dealing with Chris. He helped me get out of a bad deal I had on a minivan and into a new safe car for my family. A year or so later he helped me trade that in for a larger suv I love. The staff here is honest and nice these people work hard the market is tough not their fault.

Ran multiple credit checks without my consent. Told that if I didn’t buy the car, there were 40 people waiting for it. Both lease and purchase payments greatly exceeded projected value of the vehicle. Follow up phone call from sales manager was abrasive and accusatory (because of this review). I.G. On my first visit I met Chris Diaferio, who was very friendly and helpful from the start. Over several days, Chris worked with me on a 2010 Kia Soul and eventually sold it to me. I liked the low-pressure environment and the staff's mentality that when you find the right car, it will sell itself. Chris walked me through all of the features of the Kia without shoving each of them in my face, as many dealers can tend to do. He was very easy-going and relaxed. He also provided me with other vehicles based on my criteria, and had them ready for me to inspect the next time I came to visit. When I finally decided, Chris streamlined all of the paperwork and closing the deal was relatively hassle-free. My only complaint would have to be my wait time when actually buying the car (over an hour). Otherwise, great service!
