My wife and I were in on Sunday, September 18th.
It was a very busy day in the sales department. All the sales consultants were busy with clients but Otis Colbert the sales manager made sure that we were taken care of. He personally took the time to give us some numbers that we could try and work with, while still handling many clients and sales consultants with their clients.
After we left on Sunday, it was no doubt that out of all the salesman and sales Managers from many dealerships from Naples to Tampa, Otis and his staff are by far the most courteous and respectful that you can find on this coast.
After looking for the right vehicle for over 5 weeks and to be honest I had enough of dealership sales staff.
It wasn't just that their numbers were better then their competitors but most importantly we didn't once feel like we were slime balled into buying a vehicle.
We bought a super nice truck yesterday and we will 100% be back to hopefully buy another vehicle in the near future and then another one for my youngest son.
It all comes from good training and proper leadership. Otis is a straight forward guy and an incredible asset to the Brandon Ford team.

I don't have a real rating for the dealership yet, so I'll choose a generic 3 star rating for now, but Keith Bledsoe gets 5 ***** for his part in this experience!. We pick up our car tomorrow (Tuesday 9/29/16) and we'll see if everything promised is delivered. But gotta give kudos to our salesman Keith Bledsoe. He worked tirelessly helping us get into our new car and even sent the car out to get the trunk lid realigned & adjusted. Keith also supplied us with a loaner Taurus, for several days, till our Taurus was ready! It will be fully detailed when we pick it up tomorrow morning and then I'll have more knowledge about Duval Ford under my belt and I can make a more informed evaluation when it comes to rating them. From the second I got down from a rental vehicle Kader Kone was ready to greet me at the entrance of the dealership. I knew exactly what I wanted as soon I arrived and Kader quickly met my needs with no hassle at all. The sales manager, Ronnie, came out to make sure everything was running smoothly and sure enough it was. UPDATE 9/15: I got a response from Dave Irwin on the matter of my car and was very pleased with his response to my complaints. Dave had the situation cleared up in hours and I picked up my vehicle the next day. Thank you Dave.
I have had my Infiniti G37 in this service department since 9/3 due to a sunroof leak that allowed water to drain behind the dashboard causing an electrical shortage when driven. This is a vehicle that I purchased from this dealership with a very expensive maintenance agreement suggested to cover most repair needs for this vehicle. Instead what I have gotten from the service department is that the first couple of days they didn't even look at the vehicle because 'they didn't have the right tools to work on it'. I guess you needed an Infiniti air hose to blow out the sunroof drains.
I was next advised that the battery was dead and wasn't charging so I needed to buy a new battery before they could assess repairs so that they could start the car and move it to the bay. I have been hearing that same excuse for not working on the car for a week. I guess there is no other battery or jumper cables available to start the car and make a repair assessment. At this point, I have to consider that this dealership has no intention of honoring the maintenance contract they sold me.
I am currently waiting for a return call from the service manager and if I should not hear from him I will try the owner or GM. Additionally, I think it is time to consider other complaint options.

Overall the experience was amazing. Coming in to purchase my new vehicle I was super pleased at how easy my sales person Ricky made the process and made the transaction smooth. Ricky was very patient with me and went over every inch of the car and explain all about my car.
