We had an awesome experience at Walker Ford when purchasing our new 2017 Ford Edge. John Brown was extremely helpful and patient during our many questions. Additionally, Mickey was so uplifting and got us a great deal on our financing. There is a small dent on the driver side door that we are going to bring in to have it looked at, but other than that, we are so happy with our purchase. We definitely will recommend Walker Ford to our friends and family.

I would be remiss if I did not mention the four people we dealt with the most that were excellent, the sales person Mike Casey, the sales manager Jim Ahlquist, the finance manager Jon Powell, and the sales customer relations manager Cheryl Shaton. Meeting Rich Rysell for the first time, we knew buying a car from him at Key Scales would be an easy, no pressure and enjoyable experience for us. He explained totally about the vehicle we were interested in which is a 2017 Mustang convertible. He worked diligently in pricing out the new car and giving us a fair price for our trade in. He explained that he is always available for questions we might have at anytime. He spent time showing us the facility, introducing the service department staff and finally spent a lot of time going over the workings of our new Mustang.

Recently my wife and I decided we needed to upgrade in size to a larger SUV, but we were already in a newer vehicle so finding something we really liked and doable within our budget was proving to be difficult, until I found Mickey at Palm Bay Ford. After a couple emails and some texts Mickey searched his inventory and found the perfect vehicle for us. Being we both have a very tight work schedule we finally made the 45 minute drive up to Palm Bay, drove the vehicle, did the deal, and left that night after keeping Mickey and the finance department almost 2 hours past closing, in our beautiful Ford Expedition. There was no complaints about having to stay late, and they made us feel like we were family.
About a week after the sale one of the new wiper blades broke. Knowing we would have to drive 45 minutes back to the dealership to get it replaced, Mickey mailed us one and we had it in no time.
My family highly recommends Palm Bay Ford to anyone who enjoys a no hassle, friendly, service after sale, enjoyable, auto buying experience.

The sync system on our 2016 F150 was completely dead and we were in route back to Lakeland Fl from Ft. Walton Beach. I coundn't image a 7 hour ride without music so as we spotted Hub ford I pulled in to see if a mechanic could help. Sales man JC Collette met me at the door and said the service department was closed but he would try to help me. He was able to reset the sync system in less than 10 minutes and had us back on the road listening to our favorite music. Thank you JC.
