Not only was he very patient (I forgot to present a coupon prior to the start of service and he had to revise and reprint my invoice), he also provided additional information regarding my vehicle that will prove most useful while deciding next steps at lease end. The technician that actually serviced my vehicle also returned it in pristine condition.

I also understand that the closet dealership service will now be the one in St. Petersburg. Not too happy about that. It’s too far for service so I’ll be looking for another brand to purchase my next automobile.

AFTER THEY ORDERED THE HYDRAULIC LIFTS FOR THE BACK DOOR & I BROUGHT IT BACK, IS WHEN THEY ULTIMATELY NOTICED THAT MY CAR HAD BEEN HIT IN THE REAR DOOR & I DIDN'T EVEN KNOW IT. I ASSUMED WHEN I COULDN'T GET THE REAR DOOR TO GO UP OR DOWN, THAT THE STRUTS WERE WORN OUT. BUT THEY SHOULD'VE CHECKED THAT OUT! NOT JUST ASSUME THAT WHAT I THOUGHT WAS WHAT THE PROBLEM WAS! IT TOLD ME, THEY HADN'T EVEN CHECKED IT OUT! IN THE END, I HAD YOUR BODY SHOP DO ALL THE BODY WORK REPAIRS & I AM HAPPY WITH HOW IT WAS REPAIRED.

I was told online 800 down I get there about a hour in it changes to 1400 down then 2 hrs in they take my check stubs from me to make copies and when the salesman returns he tells me the owner said I can put 2000 down so if I want the car I need to come up with more money...by now I have already paid for the insurance and the tax tag and title and just about to pay the down payment...the worst thing of all I paid uber 70 dollars to get there and I had to pay another 124 to get home after being there for 4 hours and not getting a car. I am so disappointed and now I have to wait another 2 weeks to try some where else cause of all the money spent on uber's.
