In 2022, we bought a car from Andy Marrero. From the initial call to him we decided to travel to Tampa, four hours from our home to get the car. The buying experience was one of the best. Recently our car developed a mechanical issue that after three attempts by our local GM dealer, the issue had not been resolved. Desperate to have our car repaired I called Andy. He immediately brought the problem to the attention of his service manager David Vega. Mr Vega contacted us and referred me to Ed Morse service advisor Michelle Hester. Michelle set a service date for us and arranged for a loaner. During the service process I was kept updated and informed of the progress by Michelle. Yesterday we picked up our car and so far the issues seem to be resolved. The buying and service experience at this dealership is top notch. Last night I received a text from Andy checking on us and making sure we got home ok after picking up our car. Folks, when was the last time you had someone do that.
