On April 09, 2024, I had the pleasure of having Crown Nissan Service Department Service Advisor, Mrs. Lesley Shepard provided me with Outstanding Services during my scheduled appointment. It began with my trust in Mrs. Shepard, knowing that she will provide me with an honest initial automobile service evaluation, continued reliable and periodic updates of my vehicle status, research and applying service discounts from Crown Nissan Service Department and my Extended Warranty Company which would help reduce my out of pocket expenses. I was very impressed with Service Advisor, Mrs. Lesley Shepard's communication skills and team work between her and the Maintenance Service Team Member that provided me with a stellar performance and excellent service on my 2014 Nissan Altima. Service Advisor, Mrs. Shepard is very deserving of receiving an Administrative and Monetary Service Recognition Awards for the many years of providing her customers with Outstanding Services. Mrs. Shepard's dedication to her employer, Crown Nissan and to her Customers, validates my reasons for requesting both awards. It’s so refreshing to know that I always have such a dedicated group of professionals that are not only friendly, courteous, professional, and knowledgeable but communicate extremely well! That is especially true of Service Advisor Sam Bitar who thoroughly explains the scope of work to be done while also keeping me updated throughout the process giving me updates along the way. Also, Parker the Service Tech even provided me with a nice video going over work as well. While my work is getting done, I often have the pleasure of speaking with Salesman Sam Buffington to catch up new models and incentives that that I pass along to friends and relatives. Again, truly an outstanding team at this state-of-the-art facility that continues to earn this demanding customer’s business and leave me Completely Satisfied every time. They definitely earn my business and reinforce my loyalty to the Nissan brand.

I had no issue coming here. A simple oil change and a replaced oil pan. The real thing that sold me on coming back here is the rough idle I had that was diagnosed and fixed here with no issue which was due to broken engine mounts. All the service advisors I worked with so far have been incredible and will not take my vehicle anywhere else. Thank you!

I definitely had a much better experience this time! I came in to have my first maintenance service on the Grand Cherokee on January 5th. It took longer than I’d hoped, but they were extremely busy when I arrived, so I wasn’t surprised. John greeted me warmly as usual and took good care of my vehicle. It was washed/vacuumed decently and has been running great since, not that I was having any issues. I even had a chance to chat with Lance for a couple minutes. Special thanks to Paul for taking ownership of the previous snafu, as well as Ralph for authorizing a gas fill to make up for it. Way to bounce back, Guys!!

I stopped in briefly to get my splash guard secured, it had dropped due to travel and possible error on my home dealership service department. Juan was polite and quickly helped. He got down looked under the car and immediately started fixing the situation. He took my car back to put it on the lift and ensure all was fine underneath. I am not from Orlando, though this type of immediate service with care and concern makes me want to drive to get my car serviced here whenever I need it. Thank you Universal Nissan!!

I needed an oil change and they took me right in. It only took a short time and I was done. Very nice people and so helpful. The waiting room was clean and comfortable. They provided their customers with a complimentary coffee machine and cold bottles of water. Also provided complimentary snacks. I’m very happy with the service there.

The only complaint that I have is the wait. Gil Rodriguez is very pleasant. Took care of me as soon as I got there. But the wait, 3 hours for an oil change, is a first for me. I have taken my Nissan there before and never had to wait soooo lonnngg. The guys in the showroom were very kind. I'm sure is was not Gilbert's fault. He's a sweet heart. Thank you.

took vehicle for oil change. Chatting with Luis Silva. Found Luis to be an asset to the Dealership both in sales and service. Had difficulty contacting Nissan after service was performed. For some unkown reason my calls were disconnected. Twice in two days I had to call Luis who directed me to someone who addressed my concerns. Would have liked it if I found a Luis Silva in other businesses.
