Just brought my vehicle in for service that I bought about a week ago due to a steering noise when rotating the steering wheel. I had no extended warranty but that did not stop the GM Allan and Sales Manager Jonathan from trying to ease my worries. They told me to bring my car in and I was thinking it was something expensive. Thankfully it was just low power steering fluid. While the car was there they did a full inspection on the vehicle, no other dealership would have done that. I love their honesty and dignity toward the customer and took care of the problem with no charge. If you are looking for a great dealership for a used or new car look no further than Napleton’s VW of Orlando. They did the right thing while others would have not. I trust them and look forward to dealing with them in the future, I hope you do too.

With his upbeat attitude and knowledge of our car, he was able to get everything done in a time frame that fit our busy travel schedule. I wanted to do a follow up to the review that was sent for a service visit that was done on 24 April 2023, for an installation of a Bumperdilla. Originally the installation was not done correctly and a review was sent to Pete Moore Imports in response to that installation. However, after talking to the Service Manager, Monty, he assured me that this was not a normal service visit for this dealership, and he wanted to make sure they got it right. Monty followed up with setting up an appointment to get my VW Atlas back in to the dealership for a New installation of the Bumperdilla, and within 24 hours, I was able to get my Atlas in for the New Bumperdilla, and was in and out within 45 minutes. Although I was not satisfied with my first installation, the Pete Moore Import Service Department went above and beyond to make sure I was happy and satisfied with this installation of the New Bumperdilla. I was impressed with the Excellent followup service by the Service Department, Service Manager Monty and a special shout out to Mark Torelli, for his outstanding customer service. Thank You for making this service visit a five star experience !!

Always get the Pinnacle package when buying s new car, it will save you thousands of dollars down the line. Very transparent buying process and below market prices. Great rebates and incentives. Ask for Ivan when buying a car, will provide you with stellar customer experience. The building needs a little TLC, but the great prices and service will make a 5 star buying experienced guaranteed.

Brought my 2018 VW GTI in for a service issue and Anthony in service was great, kept me updated along the whole process, explained everything and had the car ready exactly when he said he did. Sometimes service areas as part of dealers get a bad rap, but these guys were pros and I never felt that they were trying to upsell me anything, I would probably purchase another VW from BECAUSE of the service dept at O'Steen! You dont typically use the word "trust" when speaking about dealer service, but I would absolutely trust these guys, they've earned it!

I decided to take my gti for service at South VW after a horrible experience with the "other vw" dealer around. - that's another review altogether. My expectations were not high after that experience, but I was very surprised by the service. Aurelio the service advisor explained to me that the issue with my transmission would require a reprogram and it the car would be ready by the end of the day. Sure I thought. I was very please to get a call from him near the end of the day telling me the car was ready. I was actually caught off base and had to scramble to get a ride to the dealer. I got there a little after service dept closed but the actually had all paperwork ready and waiting for me. Needless to say I was very happy to have my baby back the same day. They even washed and cleaned the car.

Brought my 2018 Passat in to scan the computer as to why my EPC light came on during recent trip. Car was surging...at the time I was using my cruise control...they scanned, and couldn't find any instance of a problem. Hummm! Also, my infotainment system was "wacky"...they replace the Infotainment System. Seems to work just fine now.
