I cannot say enough about our experience with Parks Toyota, specifically, Alex Quiliche (sales) and Scott LaBuff (finance). To say they went above and beyond would be an understatement. My husband is a disabled Veteran and we were traveling from about 90 minutes away. They made the process smooth and simple. They both bent over backwards to help us find the perfect vehicle with the best deal. I am a very cautious buyer and very hesitant and concerned with getting the very best deal. They put up with my endless haggling and answered dozens of questions with patience. The vehicle was out front and ready when we arrived for our test drive, we were able to make a decision to purchase the vehicle and be back on the road home in less than an hour. The only mistake we made was not starting our search here. Customer service was top notch and I cannot express my thanks enough. I wish I could add extra stars. Thank you again.

DEALERSHIP IS NO LONGER ALAN JAY, ITS SEBRING TOYOTA! BEWARE IF YOU ARE FEMALE OR ELDERLY: Made an appointment for my 82 year old mother to have her car oil changed and checked over. Hasn’t been serviced since my dad passed away last year. Goes back to pick up the car and her bill was $686.36. Not only did the change the oil and do a lot of other items she wasn’t told about, they stole her floor mats from her car and then claimed she was crazy and didn’t know what she was talking about. Very easy to see when she has a tan (misty gray) floor mats and comes back to get the car and has black USED floor mats in the car now. Hal the manager of the service department said she didn’t know what she was talking about and was crazy if she said there was misty gray mats in the car. He didn’t know he was on speaker phone and my mother and sister both could hear him. My mom went up to the dealership to confront him and he told her I was a liar that he never said that. She had a few choice words for him at that point. I then called up to the dealership to speak with the general manager who they promised was going to call me back by the end of the day. It’s now 4:30 and haven’t heard from him at all. Hal called and said they was going to order her the mats, after he told me all day they weren’t available. After I ordered them myself from the local Toyota dealership where I live and proved him to be a lair, now he finally ordered them. DO NOT TAKE YOUR VEHICLE TO SEBRING TOYOTA FORMALLY ALAN JAY TOYOTA! THEY ARE DISHONEST AND STEAL FROM YOUR VEHICLE!

I searched Fort Walton, Panama City, Tallahassee, Enterprise, Mobile, Montgomery, Birmingham, New Orleans and Jackson MS and found my used 2023 Subaru Ascent at Bob Tyler Toyota in Pensacola. BUT I HIT A HOME RUN when I got SAWYER MARTIN as my agent. WOW - who would think a guy at Toyota would have a working knowledge of a Subaru and better yet did not try once to convert me Toyota (maybe next time). This guy even came in on his day off to close the sale - convenient for me, but I suspect not so much for him, Ask for Sawyer - you won't regret what a blessing he will be!!

I wanted to thank Mr. Jay Piter for all his actions from turning a bad experience into a great customer service experience! We recently had our Rav4 repainted by the Erdman Toyota dealership due to a factory issue on the paint. We did buy this Rav4 there used years ago. Even though it was passed the mileage and # of years past warranty, they honored taking care of a known White paint delamination issue. Unfortunately when we got the car back from being painted there was still significant paint dust on the inside of the car and some paint over spray on some exterior areas including the tires and wheel. Also some orange peel and some of the paint that just wasn't as good as the original factory finish. I called Frank who had handled the first paint job and he set us up to take the car back for a full clean up. After dropping our car off for a day as discussed, the car was returned in poor condition compared to cleanliness when we dropped it off. I had just had it detailed for her birthday. At this point I got a hold of Mr Piter at the main dealership. He quickly responded and after seeing our pictures he apologized for the condition that the car was returned to us and immediately set out to rectify the situation. He got us set up to get our car back to the paint shop with no inconvenience to us and had it picked up by his staff and dropped off by them at I-95 location near our house. When the car finally was returned to us, it was in as new condition. Definitely better than when we dropped it off! We were extremely satisfied with the final response and look forward to purchasing another Toyota from Erdman Toyota. Thank you Jay.

Mr. Jeorge Garcia went to great lengths to take care of a problem I was having with an extended warranty. My power steering pump on my Tundra was making a noise when I turned. I had purchased an extended warrantee at the time I bought the truck. The warranty people said that they only would replace the pump when it completely failed. I spoke to mr. Garcia and he said that he would talk to them and call me back. He called me back when he said he would and arrangements were made to replace the part. Which was done to my complete satisfaction. Marianna Toyota is a pleasure to do business with. I have purchased several vehicles from them over many years and have always been satisfied with the service. It is nice to do business with someone who really treasures their customers.
