Great team of folks. We brought our 2012 Honda Odyssey at one of the UT locations 10 years ago, came in today for an upgrade. Solid decision today and was 10 years ago with our last Odyssey purchase. No issues with the vehicle or the trade/sales process, old or new versions of the vehicle. Quick and clean and made some new friends along the way with this FL team here at AutoSavvy. You just won't find a better deal on late model top notch vehicles. Don't hesitate to come visit John, Charles, and the helpful folks here. They even beat my bank on financing offers, which is a tall order. Look forward to returning in another 10 years or less for our next ride or upgrade.

They stole my money - Darron321

I live two hours away from this dealership I filled out their online loan application. They called back saying that I was approved for the Jaguar so I go there and make my deposit of $2500. BJ does all the paperwork and I leave with the Jaguar. On my way home I stopped at a friends house for a bit to show off the car. By the time I get back to the car the car won't start because it would not recognize the key. While at my friends house I tried calling the dealership and Bj told me there's nothing he could do and about it just try to put the key in the slot and wiggle it around. This car was supposed to be a push start. I had to have a friend drive all the way 2 hours away to come pick me up and I had to leave the car there and called Autosports and told them to fix this. I later got a call from the bank and they told me that they cannot approve my loan because of an issue that I had with my landlord therefore I was never approved for the car. BJ gets the info from the bank and has the nerve to blame it on me for not getting approved for this loan and refuses to give me my money back and proceeds to try to put me in a different cars from there lot. I didn't want any other car and the only reason I gave them my $2500 was because they told me that I was approved for the car. During his process of trying to get me into other cars from there lot he ended up dropping my credit score by another 50 points! I just want my money back!!! It took me long time to save up for it and with them taking my money from me and me without no car really put me behind on a lot of my bills and other things. This is now going on my third month and I still haven't recieved my money back. I've made numerous calls between the beginning of this dreadful process and now and 99% of the time they are either to busy to talk or aren't in for the day and when I asked to speak to the owner they tell me he is out of town and he's the only one that can take care of getting my refund back for me. The sad part is that when I went to the dealership and finally talk to BJ face-to-face he told me he felt really bad about the whole situation and would refund me my money back. He then copied my bank information and told me I should see a refund back in the next couple days is been like I said going on three months and still nothing. I can't stand this dealership and I would Never Ever advise anybody to go to this dealership to purchase a car.

I purchased a 2006 Hyundai from Beach and have been very satisfied. They sell them as is but I had an issue with the car and they sent me to a shop they use and they paid for the repair!! What?? Yes they paid for the repair!! I have never heard of a used car dealer doing that!!!! I would recommend them to anyone!! They are USED cars...so they will not be perfect!!!! But any issues they like to start your relationship out on the right foot!! I was surprised!! Couldn't thank them enough!! Thanks Beach Cars keep up the good work!!

I went to the Buy Rite location in Fort Myers, that is owned by Harbor Nissan. They claim that all of the cars they sell there are quality inspected by Harbor Nissan, so you know you are getting a decent car. I purchased a very low mileage Mazda from the Buy Rite program, after being assured that the car had recieved a great score through inspection by Harbor Nissan and was in perfect working order, by Joey the salesman at Buy Rite. 3 weeks after my purchase, I went to shut my truck and the spoiler completely fell off the car. I called Buy Rite and was basically told "Oh well" because it was not covered by my limited warrenty I purchased. 40 days after purchase, I went for my "free oil change" that is provided by Harbor Nissan as long as I leave the "Buy Rite" decal on my vehicle. I was told I needed over $1000 in work on my vehicle, that was not covered by my warrenty. Repeated calls to Buy Rite were not returned, and I ended up getting a much better deal on the work I needed to get done from a different repair shop. I will never buy from Buy Rite, or purchase or get service from Harbor Nissan again. They are a sham of a company. I would advise all consumers to not purchase from Harbor Nissan or their affiliated Buy Rite program in Ft. Myers, unless you want to get ripped off.

After a ten minute wait to be acknowledge by sales staff, a dishevelled young man came out, after he understood I was interested in one particular car, he set of to get a key, another ten minutes passed, he comes back and I start the car, well I tried it had a dead battery, so off he goes to get a jump box, knowing I have some time alone to check out the car, I noticed that there was watter on the floorboards, the interior was filthy, engine compartment was dirty, and it was in need of an oil change desperately. The jump box comes, and I have to show the salesman how to jump off this car, I get it started, and just about every light on the car is on, including the low fuel gauge, so no test drive. While going through this the salesman was telling me how much better the Nissan "Z" car was, Really. I was not impressed, so the salesman tells me he had a great service department that would correct the lights, and replace the battery. I asked to see the service department, we walked about 100 yards to the back of the building, there I saw 2 people siting in the shade, several junky looking cars, parts and tools lying around on the ground, but no designated service department. I had seen enough. If you are looking for a pre owned Imported Car, find a dealership that is professional and knows the product line. But avoid Capital City Imports.

bought 2 cars from this dealer since March 2004, both of them had major engine problems that didn't show up right away however after 30 day warranty was up they slowly started having problems. Took them both to mechanics and both were unfixable aside from replacing the entire engine. I finally just turned in my 2nd car with no option of trying to put me in a 3rd vehicle (not that I wanted it) but it was not offered to me, no option of any money back (5500.00) and he also refused to pay to tow my car just to give it back to him. I ate every expense. I was never late on even 1 payment. I would not refer this place to my worst enemy.
