I’m in my 70’s and have dealt with many dealerships over the years. My buying experience at Audi South Atlanta was great! DeLacy Smith answered my online inquiry quickly, had the car ready for me when I arrived, and was a pleasure to deal with as was Paul Mitchell, finance manager, who found a lower interest rate than my pre-approved loan and clearly explained each document before asking me to sign it. It was well worth my 2 1/2 hour drive to get the exact car I was looking for from good people at Audi South Atlanta.

I’ve been a long time Acura driver and wasn’t sure I even was going to switch. 15 minutes with Chris Walston and I was sold- an hour and a half later I had a new Audi. I reached out to him at least twice since with a few questions and he’s been nothing but responsive A+ customer service.!

Can't say enough good things about Ben and the entire team at Gerald Jones VW. Ben took the time to listen to me and ask me questions to better assist me and help me find the best vehicle for me. He then took the time to not only explain the different styles and options but went over financing options to include leasing with me. Once, I decided on the Taos the process to include trading in my Outback was stress free. Once deal closed, he spent an hour going over the car and explaining features in detail to include setting up Apple Car Play for me. Everyone at dealership was exceptional. I highly recommend.

O'Steen Volvo was well worth the trip all the way from Columbia, TN. I had been wanting an XC90 for as long as I can remember and I finally found the perfect one with the perfect price in Athens. Billy and Lexie were so great to deal with. Billy was super knowledgeable and Lexie made me feel very comfortable after the long ordeal of buying a car.
