I recently started looking for a new F150. I saw a couple that I was interested in online and was contacted the next day by Frank Velazquez. He took the time to listen to what I wanted and then he went to work. He called me back shortly with a couple of options but neither of these worked out. I did come in the next day and also looked at used trucks and the team there again took the time to really understand what I wanted and we were able to find just the right vehicle. The trade in and purchasing experience was very efficient and pleasant and there was never any pressure to do anything I didn't want to do. I am very happy with the truck I purchased and the service that I received from everyone at Hardy. GREAT JOB!!!

I have been waiting patiently for the new 2017 Ford Raptor for the last 2 years. I have searched dealers in FL, GA, NC, SC, and TN inquiring about purchasing the New Raptor. Most Reps would start the conversation with "Well you know you it will be 20K over MSRP - No Negotiation and there is a waiting list." About 3 weeks ago I brought one of my FORDS in for Service and had just about given up on the Raptor until I ran into Doug Bollinger, his first response was lets go directly to the owner to see what we can work out. We were able to quickly work out a fare deal and I had my new Raptor in about 2 Weeks. Doug made the entire process simple and easy and continued to send me updates on its arrival. When the Raptor arrived Doug then spent a great deal of time with me to ensure I understood as much about the Raptor as possible! His knowledge of FORD was incredible! I was having trouble finding the exact 2016 F150 Platinum that I wanted in my home state of Florida. I knew what I wanted, but dealers were either overpriced, or didn't have what I was looking for. I put out an extensive search on Cars.com, and one of a handful that I was looking for came up at Nalley Ford. The internet price that they were advertising was very fair right off the bat, no games. So I called and spoke to Marty, who was my salesperson through the entire transaction. Marty was extremely proactive in getting me information, calling me back and setting my expectations for everything. We agreed on a price, squared away financing, and I flew up to Georgia to do the purchase. Marty came in on his day off to close the transaction for me. They had the truck detailed and ready, had all of the paperwork ready, and it really couldn't have been any easier. Marty was absolutely fantastic, as was Sang in finance for making the whole process painless. I would highly recommend anybody looking for a great new Ford to go see Marty at Nalley!

I recently bought a car at Angela Krause Ford in Alpharetta. Since the insurance company totaled out of my car I found myself having to buy a car unprepared. I test drove all small SUV's; Kia Sportage, Nissan Rogue, Honda CRV, Toyota Rav 4, and Mazda CX5. Just a bit of a nervous buyer...I finally tried the Ford Escape which was not easy after being a Honda, Mazda person. But the Escape actually had more stability and a nicer interior then the others and affordably priced, except for the Kia which was no comparison. I worked with Ruben Fernandez, Zack Krause and Sales Manager Ryan Fols. Ruben and Zack were very patient and allowed me to test drive several cars of the same model. Other dealerships were quite impatient (even if they had a right to be), I am still the customer. But at AFK they did what they could to make sure I was in the right car, letting me know which had options I may want and which they felt I did not need. Ryan Fols was very good about negotiating a fair deal with me. Especially as a woman I felt respected. I love my Ford Escape SE!

My wife had a 2016 Honda HR-V but it was totaled when a speeding Nissan rear-ended her at a red light. I utilized the car buying service (TrueCar) via our insurance company, USAA, to look for a replacement.
I looked at a dozen plus dealers' inventories listed online to see what was available. I found 6 candidates to put in a offer request on. I heard back from every dealer with an invite to come see the cars. We looked at a couple of other dealers before going to Tidwell Ford to meet with Brandon Johnson. Tidwell had an excellent deal on a low mileage loaded 2014 Escape Titantium.
Brandon had the Escape waiting for us to inspect. He patiently answered all of our questions about the vehicle. He had owned 2 Escapes and was very knowledgeable about the features on the car. The myFord SYNC system seems intimidating at first but it's an amazingly capable infotainment system that adds great value for the owners.
After the Q&A and the test drive, we knew we had found our replacement. Thanks to TrueCar/USAA, we had the final price settled before we arrived. Very stress free experience! We went to Brandon's office to start the paperwork. We are waiting for the settlement from the insurance, so we financed the purchase of this Escape.
Brandon introduced us to Business Manager, Muhammad Umair, who handled the financing paperwork. Muhammad is a great guy with a wry sense of humor. He walked us through our options, clearly explaining each one. We made our decision and signed the paperwork. We did purchase the ResistAll paint and interior protection package.
We left the dealership owners of a new (to us) car. The ResistAll was applied this morning and we picked up our shiny, almost new, drop dead gorgeous Escape this afternoon. Brandon met us with the Escape ready to go. I wish every car purchase could be this painless and straightforward. We would definitely return to Tidwell Ford when we are in need of another car. They do have a decadent selection of Rouch Mutangs and Shelbys!

What a great dealership! A conscientious buyer, it took me two years to finally make my purchase. Although I was undecided, each and every time I went to Alan Vigil to test drive a vehicle, I was treated with the utmost respect, as if I were making a purchase. The salespeople are a reflection of the Alan Vigil work ethic, as they are on point all the time every time. At any given time of the day, if you step onto the lot, there is someone to address your needs as soon as you arrive. I had a very positive experience with Tommy Lancaster and Adam Hardt. Because they were so courteous, caring and professional, I chose to make my purchase there. I am recommending everyone to this dealership. If I had to sum up my overall experience it would simply be "professional". I don't think there is a better dealership in the Southeast. Our next purchase will be most definitely be made from Alan Vigil.

We were looking to purchase a new used car! We were on our way somewhere else when our daughter found another car at Mike Patton Ford. We called and they said that they still had car and told us to come on even though it was later in the day New Years Eve. We were immediately greeted and introduced to our salesman Chris Pankey. From the demo drive to the closing deal we could not have asked for a better no hassle experience. A few folks stayed later than closing to make sure that we got everything done. Let me just say I have never had a salesperson take so much of his time explaining the features of the car! Our experience did not end when we drove our car home. We had a couple of questions and Chris followed up with us immediately to make sure our questions were answered. Just a couple of days after the sale we received a handwritten note from Chris! You don't get those much anymore in our electronic age! The navigation system needed an SD card that had to be ordered. We were so surprised when Chris called to have us meet him so he could hand deliver and personally walk us thru the system! This dealership and Chris Pankey have earned our lifelong business! They do it right and you can't say that about many businesses these days! Thank you Mike Patton and Chris Pankey for a wonderful experience! I buy cars for a multiple criteria and my Focus ST meets all of them. I also keep a car until it just wont run anymore, my car becomes a family member. So my service center is very, very important. I want to know they are treating my car with respect and that human touch. Athens Ford service center seems to care about both me and my car. They even wash my car before returning it to me. No service center provides the human touch as much as Athens Ford. Of course it doesn't help when they have a 2017 Shelby Mustang and Focus RS sitting right next to me in the waiting lounge....

I scheduled my service about a week in advance for today with instructions regarding what service I needed, dropped my vehicle off last evening and spoke to a service rep., I was called around 3pm today, saying they would not be able to get to my vehicle today, no specific reason was given. This is not acceptable.
Service rep got back to us and started the service and will complete today.
Horrible Service Possibly The Worst I Have Ever Had. - Brian Whiteside
I went in with my 2011 Mustang Gt to get an alignment after clipping a curb in a parking lot. I could tell the passenger side tire was laid in at the top too much and told the person at the
desk this. I received a call form them a few hours later stating that I needed a camber bushing set in order to correct the issue. Well, this seemed strange since my car has fully adjustable caster camber plates, which I told this person were on my car, He told me to hold on, went and talked with the so called technician, came back and said, yeah he sees them now that he opened the hood. A few more hours go by and I get another call this time asking me how to adjust the camber using these plates. I explain that once again, if you open the hood and look at the plates, you will see slots and hex nuts that allow the strut to be moved for the adjustment. Finally I get another call stating that the car was done, but this so called tech couldn't get it in within spec, and that it is still a little over a degree out. Ok, so I go down to get my car, pay them $110 for their crappy work, go out and find my car parked drivers side door a foot away from a cement divider in the parking lot. This for most people might not have been an issue, but I use crutches to get around, and trying to climb up over a curb with these is not easy. Just to make it even better though, the divider had thorny rose bushes planted in it. I had to ease the door open without scrathing my paint on the bushes, work my way into the car just enough to where I could start it and back it up enough as not to scratch my door. If this is what Gwinnett Place Ford thinks is good service, then all I can say is WOW. I had a moron aligning my car that didn't want to open the hood, had no clue how to adjust a simple caster camber plate, never managed to get it back into spec even though he claims nothing is bent, and then parks the car of a disabled person drivers side door first, right on top of a thorny rose bush bed. All this idiot had to do was make a U turn at the end of the parking lot, and my drivers side door would have been clear. I tried getting a contact for someone in charge of service, explaining my issue, but all I got was some sales idiot wanting to sell me a car. I will never go there again for anything period.
