I went to another dealer to see if they could locate the truck I wanted. anbd after 4 days they had nothing. When I called they said the salesperson had left and the new one assigned did not contact me so I wnert to an onlivne car search and put in what I wanted. Randy Mankovitch called the next morning for some details and within 20 minutes claled back with teh truck I was looking for and which I purchased.
Overall the transaciton was painless and hassle free and Randy worked with me on price and got teh deal done. I would very highly recommend this dealership and Randy as this was not the usual car buying nightmare I have gotten in the past with high pressure and the constant let me ask my manager nonsense. It was a very professional sales experience, delivery, financing adn every aspect was clean, straightforward and hassle free.

Bill Montooth is incredible! He was so helpful and understanding of the process being overwhelming and stressful. We were there for about 7 hours the first day and took up most of his day, although never felt like we were an inconvenience or like he had better things to attend to. Before going to the dealership I had read reviews of the sales people at Cherokee and Bill had the most and best reviews, when he was the one to approach us while getting out of the car I automatically new I was in good hands with him! He is truly a 1 in a million sales guy! So thankful for the experience! My 2016 Blue Mustang was the best purchase thanks to Bill!!!

David Patton (Pre-Owned Manager) and Spencer Lewis (Sales) made this the best experience my wife and I ever had in purchasing a vehicle. Used or new. My wife and I live out in Midland and drove to their Lagrange dealership just because the prices can't be beat and I really didn't care to deal with the traffic around Atlanta. I've bought my share of used and new vehicles and I've been to my share of corporate and family owned dealerships. We even liked the Finance Manager, Quentin! And who really ever likes the Finance Manager? And I'm not talking just because we got a great finance deal.
If you're committed to finding a great deal and you want to work with good people who take the time to explain everything to you with full transparency (I'm a numbers guy), then don't gamble and most likely waste time and money elsewhere. Give them a shot. We will be coming back and I never say that because normally it's just about the deal for me.
What we liked:
- The drive to Lagrange was easy; city and surrounding area was beautiful
- The staff and management are honest (I don't take honesty for granted - I validate it, and in this case the numbers don't lie); loads of explanation and transparency
- The personalities of everyone was great, super friendly and real people instead of trying to 'play the game'
- The facility was comfortable. Not something you think of until you're done looking at the vehicles and getting ready for paperwork.
- They supported local charities (many of which we also support) and gave incentives to law enforcement, firemen, etc.
- We got a great deal on a used Ram 1500 and they were more than fair on our trade-in.

Yesterday I decided to surprise my wife with a new vehicle. When I went inside I didn't have a clue on what kind of car to get. As I'm walking around aimlessly a gentleman named Vernon McDonald approached. Well to make a long story short I explained my situation to Vernon , and he said come with me I have the perfect car for you. Vernon took me to the top level of the parking garage and that's when I knew that I was in the right place. I picked this beautiful dark grey Ford Fusion and when I got home my wife was in awe! She sat in the car for about 30 minutes just enjoying the luxury of the Fusion. Out of the entire experience the only hard part was choosing a color. We had a great experience from the very beginning. We went in Looking for a new F-150 truck, our salesperson Adam was very helpful and definitely got a good read on us that if he pressured at all we were out of there. He showed us a couple of different choices based on what we told him we were looking for and left it to us to make the decision overnight. What a great dealership! A conscientious buyer, it took me two years to finally make my purchase. Although I was undecided, each and every time I went to Alan Vigil to test drive a vehicle, I was treated with the utmost respect, as if I were making a purchase. The salespeople are a reflection of the Alan Vigil work ethic, as they are on point all the time every time. At any given time of the day, if you step onto the lot, there is someone to address your needs as soon as you arrive. I had a very positive experience with Tommy Lancaster and Adam Hardt. Because they were so courteous, caring and professional, I chose to make my purchase there. I am recommending everyone to this dealership. If I had to sum up my overall experience it would simply be "professional". I don't think there is a better dealership in the Southeast. Chris was the ONLY one who stood out by sending us a personalized video of a potential truck he thought would suit our needs. We went into Bleakley Ford the next day and purchased a new truck. We have bought vehicles from both Cherokee Hyundai in Kennesaw and Cherokee Ford in Woodstock, but neither compare to the experience we had with Chris and Chad at Bleakley.
