I recently started looking for a new F150. I saw a couple that I was interested in online and was contacted the next day by Frank Velazquez. He took the time to listen to what I wanted and then he went to work. He called me back shortly with a couple of options but neither of these worked out. I did come in the next day and also looked at used trucks and the team there again took the time to really understand what I wanted and we were able to find just the right vehicle. The trade in and purchasing experience was very efficient and pleasant and there was never any pressure to do anything I didn't want to do. I am very happy with the truck I purchased and the service that I received from everyone at Hardy. GREAT JOB!!!

Both of these individuals are the reason I come to this dealership for service. I live much closer to Fairway Ford but Shannon and Pete are without equal in terms of the service they provide. I was having trouble finding the exact 2016 F150 Platinum that I wanted in my home state of Florida. I knew what I wanted, but dealers were either overpriced, or didn't have what I was looking for. I put out an extensive search on Cars.com, and one of a handful that I was looking for came up at Nalley Ford. The internet price that they were advertising was very fair right off the bat, no games. So I called and spoke to Marty, who was my salesperson through the entire transaction. Marty was extremely proactive in getting me information, calling me back and setting my expectations for everything. We agreed on a price, squared away financing, and I flew up to Georgia to do the purchase. Marty came in on his day off to close the transaction for me. They had the truck detailed and ready, had all of the paperwork ready, and it really couldn't have been any easier. Marty was absolutely fantastic, as was Sang in finance for making the whole process painless. I would highly recommend anybody looking for a great new Ford to go see Marty at Nalley!

I've had a variety of cars and trucks from luxury sedans to Toyotas. I have been doing business with Angela Krause for 3 years now and on my second f150 from raptor to platinum. This dealership runs like a fine tuned machine. The sales associates make it as easy as possible all the way to the finance department. The service department really shines tho. Josh Westerman is professional and has gone above and beyond for me for 3 years now, very knowledgeable and professional. I will not consider ever going anywhere else.

My wife and I leased a 2015 Explorer from Jim Tidwell brand new a couple of year ago. The deal was up front, honest and the experience was excellent. I worked with Mike Stimmel and it was probably one of the easiest auto purchases I've ever made. Fast forward to last week. The wife and I decided to get out of our lease and purchase a new 2017 Explorer. I reached out to Mike and was immediately contacted by Eddie Maxwell. Eddie and I exchanged several emails and we finally settled on a deal. I drove 40 minutes (each way) to the dealer on a Saturday night to pick up the car, only to find out that they made a mistake on the taxes and they wouldn't be able to do the deal without increasing my payment. Needless to say I was extremely annoyed and disappointed. Later that evening, after having driven home in my original car I sent an email to Mike about the situation.. He responded the next day (Sunday) letting me know he would get back with me on Monday. On Monday he contacted me to let me know that they would honor the original deal and that I could pick up the car that evening. - Which I did! Eddie was great, very honest and apologetic..! He made a mistake, we're all human, but they fixed it and made it right...
So - I've purchased two cars from here and to be honest, as long as I still like Ford.. I'll probably go back for my third...

My water pump started leaking on Friday night. I called Gwinnett place ford first thing on Saturday morning to inquire about having the car repaired. The service advisor told me to bring the car in now and they would repair it immediately , and they did. This was outstanding service for a Saturday repair without an appointment. My experience with this dealership and the personal was outstanding.

What a great dealership! A conscientious buyer, it took me two years to finally make my purchase. Although I was undecided, each and every time I went to Alan Vigil to test drive a vehicle, I was treated with the utmost respect, as if I were making a purchase. The salespeople are a reflection of the Alan Vigil work ethic, as they are on point all the time every time. At any given time of the day, if you step onto the lot, there is someone to address your needs as soon as you arrive. I had a very positive experience with Tommy Lancaster and Adam Hardt. Because they were so courteous, caring and professional, I chose to make my purchase there. I am recommending everyone to this dealership. If I had to sum up my overall experience it would simply be "professional". I don't think there is a better dealership in the Southeast. Our next purchase will be most definitely be made from Alan Vigil.

I buy cars for a multiple criteria and my Focus ST meets all of them. I also keep a car until it just wont run anymore, my car becomes a family member. So my service center is very, very important. I want to know they are treating my car with respect and that human touch. Athens Ford service center seems to care about both me and my car. They even wash my car before returning it to me. No service center provides the human touch as much as Athens Ford. Of course it doesn't help when they have a 2017 Shelby Mustang and Focus RS sitting right next to me in the waiting lounge....

I scheduled my service about a week in advance for today with instructions regarding what service I needed, dropped my vehicle off last evening and spoke to a service rep., I was called around 3pm today, saying they would not be able to get to my vehicle today, no specific reason was given. This is not acceptable.
Service rep got back to us and started the service and will complete today.
