Who knew I needed the Fusion Sport? - Kathleen Smoot
Like many others I was playing around on the computer and looking at the changes to the Ford Fusion. I had a 2012 Fusion SEL and loved driving it. Next thing I know I am checking inventory and options. I clicked and within a very short period of time I got a call from a rep (Nick - CRC?) and set up an appointment with Aubrey. When I got to the showroom Aubrey met me and we talked for a bit. He knew I had the Fusion SEL (6CYL) and helped me realize that dropping to a Fusion 4cyl would be a mistake. He had pulled ONE set of keys. It was for a white 2017 Fusion Sport. We drove it and with no pressure (subliminally maybe?), from him I knew that once we agreed on a price I would be doing a trade-in. He worked on getting me where I wanted to be price wise and the next thing I know I walked out with a new car.

Went in knowing what I wanted, a payment range I was OK with and a total cost I was willing to pay for the vehicle. Everything went smooth, price was decent. I left after about 2 hours which is quick for your average sales process. Great experience overall!

We found the perfect vehicle via CARFAX here at Greene Ford. We called early one evening and spoke with Kim Porter who started the process for us and 2 days later my husband flew from Orlando to Atlanta, used Uber (for the first time) to get up to Greene Ford in Gainesville, GA, and 2 hours later drove a gently used (4000 miles) 2017 Ford Explorer Limited home. Easy Peasy!!! Aaron Hughes was very helpful and Kim Porter was involved and in touch every step of the way.
BUT...it didn't end there.
Hurricane Irma happened here in Florida and by the time we felt we had to go it was Tues before landfall. Every pet friendly hotel in Georgia was booked or had restrictions. I texted Kim to see if she had any recommendations, which she did, but nothing worked. Her family offered accommodations to us and desperate to leave and so thankful to have accommodation we accepted. After 2 days of grueling traffic we arrived at our destination and were welcomed by Kim's warm, caring and generous family.
We are forever grateful and blessed to have taken our business to Greene Ford!!

Two things: one, when I purchased the $48k truck the detail shop was "closed for the day". I scheduled a detail @ no charge one week later. Dropped the truck off. Left it with them for 8 hours. Came back after work. The truck still had dust from the dirt road I has taken it down three days before. not a single thing was cleaned inside the truck. I have them one more chance. I made an appt for the first oil change. I was there 15 minutes early. After 2 hours of waiting, the truck was ready. I wasn't happy so for the second oil change, I went to a rival dealership in town. We never spoke of the first dealership until the staff brought me the drain plug bolt that had been stripped out by fairway Ford. I had to buy another one.
