This is our second purchase from this dealership, both experiences were smooth. Our visit was based on our needs but we were not sure which vehicle would be the best match for us. Within minutes we walked the lot, found the car, test drove and talked about pricing. There was no haggling, our sales rep knew we were serious and came back with a great price and offered us a few things that would improve our overall enjoyment of the vehicle for years to come, so we took advantage of those too. Darryl's knowledge of the Toyota products helped us zero down to what would best fit out needs and budget. It was great, I love my new 4Runner.

I took my car in for service and my husband walked the lot while I checked in. When I came out my husband was excited for me to speak with the salesperson he had spoken with. My husband said he was one of the best salespersons he had ever talked to. I was not really interested in purchasing a vehicle, but I met with the salesperson - Leon Poole. Before I left the dealership that day I had purchased a brand new 2017 Toyota Camry XLE. Yes, that's just how good a salesperson Leon Poole is. He gave me a deal I could not resist. I am so happy my husband and I met Leon Poole. He truly is one of the best salespersons I have ever met. If you are in need of a vehicle, call Leon and tell him Jimmy and Sharon Booker sent you!

I have been going to Toyota of Union City for 7 years now, servicing my 2006 Sequoia, for which I bought from a different dealership. I have never had bad service from them - they are always prompt in greeting me and getting my vehicle serviced promptly. There have been times that my vehicle needed extensive maintenance work and they have put me in a rental EVERY SINGLE TIME, free of charge to me!! I also have another vehicle that I use a different dealership for and they are horrible!!! I have really been spoiled by my experiences with the Toyota dealership!!! I can't say enough great things about them :)

My wife and I were looking to replace our 2000 Camry with a new RAV4. We needed something that has more storage room and is easier to get in and out of than a sedan. (We are in our mid-sixties). I did my on-line research and determined what model and features I wanted and what would be a fair price. I sent an email to Milton Reuben and shortly I heard back from Kelton Hayes. We set up a time to go by the dealership to test drive the RAV. He did an excellent presentation of the car and its features as he explained all of the new electronics to us. We then went inside to consider the price. The proposal he presented was right in line (even a little better) than what I expected and we were able to finalize the deal. He gave me his card and said for me to call him anytime if we had questions about the vehicle as we began using it. We have had the RAV about a week now and could not be more satisfied with it.
The young man in the finance dept., Mr. Jiminez, was also very thorough and a pleasure to work with.

I started out shopping at Five Star and after months and months of shopping for a vehicle and many visits to other dealerships, I went back to Five Star for my purchase. I can say that my experience has taught me that Five Star is only place I would purchase a vehicle from. I believe that the purchase price was very reasonable and the sales persons and finance officer were outstanding to work with.

I had more problems with my car after they did work on it. And if you have a recall they will find more work that is needed on your car every time even if it isn't needed. I was told I needed a water pump plus other services again that I had already had previously done two months prior from Toyota on a recall. I guess they forgot to look and see they already got me for that one. They stated it was there mistake. Yeah mistake you didn't get my money again. They probably never did any of the services the first time. What I started doing is asking for the parts off my car that they fixed and taking them to someone I know to check them. I've been given information from mechanics that have worked with Toyota that shocked me that positively told me they tell customers they need work that isn't needed to make more money for the business. Shame on Toyota. They have excellent cars but do have a lot of recalls. I've never had good service with them but when you have a recall you have to go to the dealership. I'm done with Toyota. I won't own another Toyota after I'm done with the one I have. Its been a nightmare every time at this dealership and Mall of Georgia Toyota.

Prior to coming to Lowe Toyota I had visited three other Toyota dealers unable to close the deal. I had done my homework and I knew what I wanted to pay for my truck. I found Lowe Toyota to be very professional and courteous and absent of high pressure sales pitch. It was a pleasure working with salesman Leory Blackmon who I found to.be very knowledgeable and instrumental in sealing the deal in relatively short time period.

I purchased a '17 Tacoma from North Georgia Toyota (Dalton). There were 2 other Toyota dealerships much closer to my home, yet I chose to drive 45 minutes further because:
(1) No pressure/hassle. I received the perfect amount of attention from Keith Williams. He gave me the space & time I needed to browse the selection of vehicles, yet was attentive and ready to answer all questions when I was ready.
(2) Responsive. Keith always responded in a timely manner to each of my phone calls or emails answering any questions I had.
Each department I dealt with delivered exceptional service. We'll be returning to North Georgia Toyota to work with Keith again when my wife is ready to purchase her next vehicle.

We visited Stone Mountain Toyota to test drive Camrys. Our salesman, Fred, was great. Very warm, friendly, and talkative. Enjoyed our test drives. He was new to the business but did great. After talking it over, my husband and I settled on a Camry SE, however it had hail damage. It was easily seen in daylight and our salesman even verified that it was there. We decided to proceed with negotiating and made our offer. We did not low ball the price. Fred submitted our offer to the sales manager, Richard (Rick) Terrell. Fred mentioned the hail damage to Rick. About 5 minutes later, Rick came over and said that he was sorry we couldn't make a deal. He was the smuggest, most arrogant person ever! Dismissed us completely. As he was walking away, he said, "oh, by the way, there is no hail damage on that car." My husband begged to differ. But he was so rude and insisted that there was NO hail damage. He just walked off. We told Fred we were very sorry that we wouldn't be doing business with him. As we were leaving, my husband went to talk to Rick and told him that his customer service skills were sorry and the car did have hail damage. Rick said, "I don't appreciate you coming here and telling me there is something wrong with one of my cars. There is no hail damage on that car." My husband said, "c'mon. I'll show you the hail damage." So Rick followed us out to the car. By this time, it was dark and their lighting is very poor at night. Using the flashlight on his cell phone, my husband showed Rick all the hail dings--on the hood, roof, and trunk. Rick still wanted to deny there was no hail damage. This xxxx-of-the-earth sales manager made our buying experience a total and complete NIGHTMARE. I couldn't believe we were treated so badly! He was absolutely the rudest person ever. I felt sorry for Fred. We really were going to buy the car. I will NEVER EVER go back to Stone Mtn Toyota. I wouldn't recommend it to my worst enemy! We questioned if they wanted to sell a car or just keep them and admire them sitting on their lot! I'm wondering! AVOID THIS DEALERSHIP! Visit World Toyota. We were treated wonderfully there.

The entire staff is very professional and extremely friendly. my salesman was at the top of his game. he was able to provide me with all the answer to my concerns, which I truly appreciate it. the problem is my 2015 Toyota Camry has an issue with all the lights going out at night when I am driving. this happen the first week of ownership. what made this so scary was the GPS had already taken me the wrong way in Columbus,Ga. it took me on a back road that had no street lights and it was in the back woods and now no lights whatsoever inside the car nor outside the car and yet the car was still running. I could not see anything and that is so frightening. after a while everything came back on as though someone turn it all on. the car has done this several more times at night on dark roads. it could be doing this during the day also, I just do not notice since it light out. dealership continue to state there is nothing wrong no matter I have taken the car there from purchase to now.

Milking the customer - 4runner
Came in with a complaint of MPG dropped by 25% and instead of offering a diagnostic, he sold me a fuel injector cleaning service with costed me over a hundred bucks and did nothing to help address the complaint I came in with. They know the steps to fixing the problems and that is why they offered this services before offering the real fix. Disappointment.
