I came in to have an oil change on my 2016 Toyota Corolla and was waiting in the lobby. I happened to see on the show room floor a vehicle I had never seen before. I asked about the vehicle and was told it was a 2018 C-HR. So while my oil was being changed I took it for a test drive and fell in love with it. I came back and told Keith that I loved it, and being an outdoors enthusiast, it has roof racks for a kayak. With the help of Toyota and Keith I got it! Better financing and a great deal! I feel Blessed beyond measure! Keith is hands down the best sales man I have ever encountered!! Thank you Toyota and thank you Keith!

The Sales Associate (ER) at Milton Martin Toyota -Oakwood, Ga returned my call and was extremely RUDE and Unprofessional. Finance Manager Decptive Techniques - Tinman
The Finance Manager was using techniques to raise the valve of the car that were clearly Deceptive trying to take advantage of a first time car buyer..
1) I was told by the Finance Director that the Bank would not finance the car unless I bought the extended warranty on the used car. I call the Banking institution and they clearly told me that was not the case that I didn't need a warranty to finance the car...
2.) When asked to remove the warranty from the car the Finance Director told it would not change the price only he would not included the warrantee and still charge me the full price of the contract without the warrantee with the addition cost of the warrantee included in the price...
3) The Finance Manager told me that they had to charge a higher price then the car was worth to be sure that they come have a high profit margin to cover the dealer overhead cost to do business...
I told he was cheating honest customers and taken revenue from not only the dealership but from the sales staff...
No way to run a business allowing a person to ruin or tarnishes it's reputation

Took my Highlander in to see if I could get a price on replacing the light covers on my car. They had become so hazy that they needed replacing. I bought two brand new ones on eBay for $71.The guy that writes the order said let me ask the mechanic how long it would take.when he came back, he said it would take 3 hours as he would have to take the bumper off and it would take 3 hours for the job. Here comes the best part. 3 hours labor at $360 total.Needless to say that did not happen. I got someone to help me install them.Neither one of us had done it before, but with a utube video and common sense we did I in an hour and just loosened the bumper at the bottom without taking it off. I took the car in a week later for an oil change . If you ave been in the service dept. there is a large sign that gives you all the reasons to buy a car there. Number 7 reason, 30 minute or less oil change guaranteed. I was there 1 and a half hours so do not believe that. I also saw the guy that told me that it would take 3 hours for the lights and I told him that if he wanted me to that I would explain to his mechanic how to do it in an hour.People be careful with trust when it comes to money.

The Worst Service Department - kikitkake
I purchased my vehicle from Stone Mountain Toyota and after taking my car across town due to their lack of service I decided to give them another try. I have been maybe 3 or 4 times and today was my last day EVER giving this place any of my business. I dealt with James Major today, who greeted me by saying that it would be a 2.5-3 hour wait for my oil change and was wondering if I was still interested in getting my car serviced. A wait is expected in any service department so he looked very surprised when I said yes. Needless to say my wait was less than an hour. When my car was done James yelled my name, threw my paper work on the counter, and went about his business. I thoroughly read through my paperwork and saw in the notations that it mentioned I was told that I needed to replace my tires. I already knew I wouldn't return to this place so I decided to let it go. I walked out to my vehicle which was parked outside near the garage (not in the usual customer pick up area) and when I turned on my car my tire pressure light was on. I got out and went to speak to James, I told him my light was on and he went on to say "oh yea one of your sensors is bad, not sure which one? It could be all it could be one, it will cost this much and we will have to take off all of your tires to determine which sensor is bad. When do you want to have this done?" I told him that I could have had it done today and he replied that he really didn't have anyone there to do it today and reached for his business card. I told him not to worry about it and that I would take my business elsewhere. He proceeded to say that it had to be done by a Toyota dealership, as if Stone Mountain Toyota was the only place in the surrounding area. I proceeded to tell him that every time I visit the service is awful and that this is the second time I've come for service and no one has addressed the sensor light with me. This is not the first time I experienced bad service here but I definitely won't be coming back.

I have been going here for about a year and every time I have went to get service and something was not completed on my car. Several times my fluids were not filled on my car and had to bring my car back to them. One time my brake light was out and I had to find that out and point it out to them. Services that I asked for wasn’t completed but was charged for. After the job has been completed and discovered that everything on my car is okay and its safe. I had a recall on my car and they installed it wrong and had to bring my car back up there. It is very big inconvenience and time wasting because it’s like I have to double-check to make sure that they completed their job. I have spent a lot money up there and I expect for my car to be completed correctly because it can put my life and other drivers lives at risk. Every time I get an oil change I pay to have my tires rotated but I don’t think ever even rotated my tires after looking over the services it shows that the thread on my tires were good and in the green and my visit after that showed my thread had improved although that’s impossible and I didn’t get new tires. My last visit I was informed that I needed 2 new tires because they were worn down and I needed to have 2 tires replaced immediately. I didn’t like the way it was handled because I could have planned and prepped to put in my budget to get all new tires if I was aware that my tire thread was even in the yellow. I was offered a free car wash for the inconvenience and the errors they made and I paid for a fuel additive into my car and my car was not washed which I had to point out to them and also was missing the additive to the gas tank.
