Our family has now purchased six vehicles from Leon Poole. We did not know Leon before going to Toyota of McDonough when looking for the first truck we purchased. Quite frankly, we would not purchase from anyone else! He is hard working, honest and even calls when he thinks they have an offer that we might be interested in taking a look it. I have been going to Toyota of Union City for 7 years now, servicing my 2006 Sequoia, for which I bought from a different dealership. I have never had bad service from them - they are always prompt in greeting me and getting my vehicle serviced promptly. There have been times that my vehicle needed extensive maintenance work and they have put me in a rental EVERY SINGLE TIME, free of charge to me!! I also have another vehicle that I use a different dealership for and they are horrible!!! I have really been spoiled by my experiences with the Toyota dealership!!! I had more problems with my car after they did work on it. And if you have a recall they will find more work that is needed on your car every time even if it isn't needed. I was told I needed a water pump plus other services again that I had already had previously done two months prior from Toyota on a recall. I guess they forgot to look and see they already got me for that one. They stated it was there mistake. Yeah mistake you didn't get my money again. They probably never did any of the services the first time. What I started doing is asking for the parts off my car that they fixed and taking them to someone I know to check them. I've been given information from mechanics that have worked with Toyota that shocked me that positively told me they tell customers they need work that isn't needed to make more money for the business. Shame on Toyota. They have excellent cars but do have a lot of recalls. I've never had good service with them but when you have a recall you have to go to the dealership. I'm done with Toyota. I won't own another Toyota after I'm done with the one I have. Its been a nightmare every time at this dealership and Mall of Georgia Toyota.

We came in on Saturday to look at Rav 4 we were welcome by Sanjay at the front we told him we were looking for a Rav 4 but was not ready to purchase. He took us to the back on=f the building where we saw all the different types of Rav 4. He explain the difference between the Le Xle Limited & Platinum for our use the Limited would be better. He took the time to went over all the features of the different models although we were not buying at the time he then took us on a test drive. We enjoy the experience we receive at the dealership and if we decide to make a purchase we would definitely came back.

Took my Highlander in to see if I could get a price on replacing the light covers on my car. They had become so hazy that they needed replacing. I bought two brand new ones on eBay for $71.The guy that writes the order said let me ask the mechanic how long it would take.when he came back, he said it would take 3 hours as he would have to take the bumper off and it would take 3 hours for the job. Here comes the best part. 3 hours labor at $360 total.Needless to say that did not happen. I got someone to help me install them.Neither one of us had done it before, but with a utube video and common sense we did I in an hour and just loosened the bumper at the bottom without taking it off. I took the car in a week later for an oil change . If you ave been in the service dept. there is a large sign that gives you all the reasons to buy a car there. Number 7 reason, 30 minute or less oil change guaranteed. I was there 1 and a half hours so do not believe that. I also saw the guy that told me that it would take 3 hours for the lights and I told him that if he wanted me to that I would explain to his mechanic how to do it in an hour.People be careful with trust when it comes to money.

We visited Stone Mountain Toyota to test drive Camrys. Our salesman, Fred, was great. Very warm, friendly, and talkative. Enjoyed our test drives. He was new to the business but did great. After talking it over, my husband and I settled on a Camry SE, however it had hail damage. It was easily seen in daylight and our salesman even verified that it was there. We decided to proceed with negotiating and made our offer. We did not low ball the price. Fred submitted our offer to the sales manager, Richard (Rick) Terrell. Fred mentioned the hail damage to Rick. About 5 minutes later, Rick came over and said that he was sorry we couldn't make a deal. He was the smuggest, most arrogant person ever! Dismissed us completely. As he was walking away, he said, "oh, by the way, there is no hail damage on that car." My husband begged to differ. But he was so rude and insisted that there was NO hail damage. He just walked off. We told Fred we were very sorry that we wouldn't be doing business with him. As we were leaving, my husband went to talk to Rick and told him that his customer service skills were sorry and the car did have hail damage. Rick said, "I don't appreciate you coming here and telling me there is something wrong with one of my cars. There is no hail damage on that car." My husband said, "c'mon. I'll show you the hail damage." So Rick followed us out to the car. By this time, it was dark and their lighting is very poor at night. Using the flashlight on his cell phone, my husband showed Rick all the hail dings--on the hood, roof, and trunk. Rick still wanted to deny there was no hail damage. This xxxx-of-the-earth sales manager made our buying experience a total and complete NIGHTMARE. I couldn't believe we were treated so badly! He was absolutely the rudest person ever. I felt sorry for Fred. We really were going to buy the car. I will NEVER EVER go back to Stone Mtn Toyota. I wouldn't recommend it to my worst enemy! We questioned if they wanted to sell a car or just keep them and admire them sitting on their lot! I'm wondering! AVOID THIS DEALERSHIP! Visit World Toyota. We were treated wonderfully there.

Impeccable customer experience! My wife and I had a flood at our house and the very next weekend our car broke down. Our neighbor had just bought two new cars from Cobb Toyota and personally called the GM (Jim) to let him know our situation. I drove to the dealer ship to meet Jim on a Saturday and explain what was wrong with our car. He committed to me that they would give us a $2500 trade in value on the car, no questions asked. My wife and I went to the dealership the very next day to look at brand new Highlanders, where we met Jonah. Let me tell you, he was fantastic. My wife decided she wanted to look at every Highlander and 4Runner on the lot. Jonah ran back an forth for several hours grabbing keys to each car, then letting her test drive many different models of each (about 5 by the end). We decided to go with a Highlander limited edition, which is the nicest car I've ever driven in my life! When we started the transaction with Jonah, it turned out Jim had already lowered the price on the car to the lowest selling point they could go without any negotiations taking place. We were out the door in our new Highlander within two hours of the start of the transaction. Jonah then went through every feature, button, you name it, in the car with my wife in their parking lot. He then called us a few days later to see how things were going and asked if we had any questions. This entire experience is what I call - Customer Service Magic!
