Purchased a 2017 Toyota Prius - GreenLion
I just purchased a Toyota Prius, and I am very pleased with the transaction. When my wife and I arrived at the dealership last week we knew no one, and I was somewhat apprehensive about how we would be treated. We could not have been treated more professionally and courteously than we were by Susan Wakelin, who, as I came to find out, is the sister of one of my classmates at Franklin County High School. Susan was thorough in her presentation and made us an excellent offer which we were eager to accept. Although there was a snag in the transaction that delayed the deal for a few days (not the fault of Susan or the dealership), Susan persisted and within 5 days we finished the deal. I am extremely pleased, and highly recommend Heyward Allen Toyota and Susan Wakelin to anyone considering buying a Toyota. By the way, we are Chevrolet and Ford folks, but I really like my Prius!

I went looking for a Sienna minivan and came home with a Prius V. As empty nesters and retirees I realized that my wife and I had no real need for the size and gas consumption of a Sienna. But I wanted the ease of entry/exit and the comfort of a higher positioned drivers seat Cody Preston was most helpful in working with me and answering my questions. After letting him know that I had pre-approved financing at 1% he was able to offer me financing at 0%.

I love how you walk in and you are greeted right from the time you walk in until the time you walk in and leave you become apart of the family. They do not beat around the bush and everything is explained to the T to the point were i was embarrassed i had no questions. I love Ms. Pat, Raeanne and Mr. Chicago A.K.A. Lionus. With them you cannot go wrong and if you have questions and call you get answer right there. I cannot express how professional they are. I love them so much i referred and my aunt and guess what.......she bought a car the following week.

Milton Ruben has done a great job with selling and then maintaining our vehicle. On my recent service visit, their customer service was wonderful again. I like the way that you can call and they will give you your service advisor and he or she will update you on your vehicle. I really love when they send coupons and reminders to my email and mailbox.

I talked to Chris Kirk, the sales agent, over the phone and scheduled my visit. Even though I had to drive two and a half hours, it was worth every mile! Chris was very helpful, knowledgeable, polite and not pushy. He laid out the details and let me make the decision. He was able to address my every concern and he was really nice about it (even though I was kinda picky).
I worked with Heather on financing part of it. She was able to get me a very competitive interest rate (as good as my bank pre-approved me for). Of course, I had to negotiate but Chris and Heather made this process very pleasant. They even took care of some minor wares and tears for free just to keep me happy (that are more or less normal on a pre-owned vehicle). Dennis at the service department replaced several interior parts and fixed few stains on the leather seats.
I am a very happy camper driving my awesome certified Toyota Avalon! Riverside Toyota is an A++++++ dealership. Thank you!

WORST car dealership - Stupid
Walked in looking for a USED toyota camry for LESS THAN 12,000 dollars with 8% interest and I NEEDED cruise control.
The dealership had me purchase a piece of xxxx 2016 Toyota Corolla LE with NONE of the features that I wanted inside of my car for 16,000 with 10% interest rate many MONTHS.
I WILL NOT buy another Toyota vehicle now even if my got destroyed by fire, wind, or water.
I would NOT even look at a USED TOYOTA after this Piece of xxxx.

We were seen by Maqbool Sheriff. We were quite specific with the car we wanted and Maqbool was very patient with us and helped us get exactly what we wanted. He stayed with us till 1am until the deal was finalized. They have a vast number of cars. Probably the biggest in Atlanta. I bought a 2016 Camry at Stone Mountain Toyota. Finance guy first said interest rate was 3.9, which was high. Then he slipped it to 4.4, which was an extra $125. They cut me a check two days later when I complained. Car price was good $19,492, but they made it back with interest rate. My fault. I kept asking the salesman what the interest rate was going to be during test drive. "Tyler" was his name. He wouldn't tell me.
Steering wheel has rubbing noise I did not hear over AC during test drive. I tried to get them to fix it. They said they can't. Assistant GM said, "Mr. Glier we didn't make your defective car, Toyota did. We just sell them." I filed Lemon Law with state of Georgia. Do not go to this place.

Our second purchase was in 1997, also from Eddie. His staff does such a great job that we went back for our third one today. I was quoted $1038.00 for a water pump replacement on a 2013 Tundra, this was at Marietta Toyota, service adviser Terrance Jones. I thought that was way too much and declined the service so he charged me $126.00 for a "diagnostic". I contacted Gina at Rick Hendrick Toyota and was given the price of $603.00. Same exact work, quite different price. Check with Gina before you get service anywhere else, it's worth the drive.

Bad experience with service department!! - Venzaowner15
I brought my 2015 Venza to the service department for oil change, engine air filter and cabin air filter. Dirty, oily boot mark was left on the bottom of my passenger door. The next visit the engine air filter cover was not bolted down and I drove this vehicle 10k miles without the air filter out of place. The cabin air filter was replace backwards and the trash blew inside my air condition and cabin. To add insult to injury, the spring stabilizing the glove compartment was not even replaced so that compartment would fall onto the floor when opened. On the third visit the oil was spilled and smeared on top of the engine and I had to clean it up myself. I will never take this vehicle to Miracle Toyota of Albany's service department again. There was an elderly man who had waited over 4 hours because the lugs on his van had been screwed up so badly he could not even remove them himself. WARNING: KEEP YOU VEHICLE FAR AWAY FROM THIS SERVICE DEPARTMENT!!

Hot and bothered...literally. - Is this thing on?
Had work done on my car. When I left the dealership with my vehicle, realized A.C. was blowing hot. Called to complain and receptionist said service department just closed. I explained it's 90 degrees and I have small children. She said, I'm trying to make you understand that if you think you're gonna turn around and come back here now and get it fixed, that'll not gonna happen. Strike two. Rude Customer service. Wasn't even getting work done on A.C.! My kids are sweating! A.C. was fine before I dropped my car off!
Milking the customer - 4runner
Came in with a complaint of MPG dropped by 25% and instead of offering a diagnostic, he sold me a fuel injector cleaning service with costed me over a hundred bucks and did nothing to help address the complaint I came in with. They know the steps to fixing the problems and that is why they offered this services before offering the real fix. Disappointment.
