Taniqua Mcgregor is the Advisor you need to see. She tells me which service is major for my car because the cost can add up. She explained the consequences of the maintenance and had suggestions on ways to pay for it. I also love the coupons that I receive in the mail. I have before rescheduled an appointment because Taniqua wasn't there. She also takes care of my daughter's 2004 Toyota. She is one of the reasons why I keep coming back. Nalley Toyota Stonecrest is convenient and their Service Dept is Great!

I went looking for a Sienna minivan and came home with a Prius V. As empty nesters and retirees I realized that my wife and I had no real need for the size and gas consumption of a Sienna. But I wanted the ease of entry/exit and the comfort of a higher positioned drivers seat Cody Preston was most helpful in working with me and answering my questions. After letting him know that I had pre-approved financing at 1% he was able to offer me financing at 0%.

Greg Lassetter was knowledgeable and courteous. He did not try to steer me to a more expensive model, and the final price was excellent. The entire process from test drive to purchase went smoothly and quickly. The tour of the dealership revealed multiple customer service areas that were furnished comfortably and were very clean.

I had been searching every used car website i could find on the internet, for a particular model truck that had ALL the features I wanted. I looked at over 500 vehicles. I finally got to the point of either ordering a brand new model,( which I didn't want to do) or settling for something close to what I was looking for. I came across a truck that was everything I was looking for EXCEPT the one thing that was most important to me, a long bed. Loved everything about it except for that. So I made a deal with Riverside, and sent them a $1000.00 deposit, which I was told was NOT refundable. I was fine with that, cause I knew I was going to pick that truck the following weekend. The very next day, I accidentally stumbled across the EXACT truck I had been looking for for 3 months! I called my salesman, Justin and told him my situation. He was understanding, knowing that I really wanted the long bed, and that I was "settling" for the truck he had. He got with his used car manager and they got it worked out to refund 100% of my non refundable deposit! I even offered to send them SOMETHNG for their work and the fact that they took the truck off the market for a day or two. They would not let me pay anything! I'll certainly be recommending that dealership to anybody I hear, looking for a vehicle!

I had more problems with my car after they did work on it. And if you have a recall they will find more work that is needed on your car every time even if it isn't needed. I was told I needed a water pump plus other services again that I had already had previously done two months prior from Toyota on a recall. I guess they forgot to look and see they already got me for that one. They stated it was there mistake. Yeah mistake you didn't get my money again. They probably never did any of the services the first time. What I started doing is asking for the parts off my car that they fixed and taking them to someone I know to check them. I've been given information from mechanics that have worked with Toyota that shocked me that positively told me they tell customers they need work that isn't needed to make more money for the business. Shame on Toyota. They have excellent cars but do have a lot of recalls. I've never had good service with them but when you have a recall you have to go to the dealership. I'm done with Toyota. I won't own another Toyota after I'm done with the one I have. Its been a nightmare every time at this dealership and Mall of Georgia Toyota.

I bought a 2016 Camry at Stone Mountain Toyota. Finance guy first said interest rate was 3.9, which was high. Then he slipped it to 4.4, which was an extra $125. They cut me a check two days later when I complained. Car price was good $19,492, but they made it back with interest rate. My fault. I kept asking the salesman what the interest rate was going to be during test drive. "Tyler" was his name. He wouldn't tell me.
Steering wheel has rubbing noise I did not hear over AC during test drive. I tried to get them to fix it. They said they can't. Assistant GM said, "Mr. Glier we didn't make your defective car, Toyota did. We just sell them." I filed Lemon Law with state of Georgia. Do not go to this place.

My experience would lead me to believe another type of "Family" is running it.
I saw an ad for a 2017 Toyota Tacoma Double Cab TRD Off Road with Premium and Technology JBL audio package on their website. VIN 5TFAZ5CN3HX026318 Advertised price $35,014. On 11/18/2016, I called the dealership and spoke to salesman Justin Gispert who advised it was on the lot, I could come by to see it and that he would have it pulled around. When I arrived, he had not pulled it around and so we went out to the lot. We could not find it. He came back and said that the person who takes care of the website made a mistake and put the wrong options on a Tacoma they had on the lot (which didn't have those options). I asked him if they would honor the ad price with the same options listed in it and he said he would check but thought that they would. We went inside and the sales manager (Andrew Austin) was not available so the Finance Manager Pete (Spanks?) came over and looked me right in the eye and said they would absolutely honor the ad price with the more expensive options on the truck. (Would have been $32,514 w/$2500 Costco discount). Mr. Austin called me later that evening and said they would honor the price but would have to arrange to get the truck with those options from another dealer or they would order one for me. He said he would contact me on Monday November 21 to confirm if the truck he found in Florida was still available. He did not call on Monday so I contacted him and he said the Florida dealer would not be in until Tuesday. I spoke with Mr. Austin on Tuesday and he then advised be that he would not honor the agreement we had the previous week but would give me the discount off the higher priced option truck in Florida ($38,774.26). After going back and forth, I finally asked to speak to his manager. He gave me the number for Mr. Jim Greenhaw. I called Mr. Greenhaw and asked him if it was a good time to talk. He asked who I was and I gave him my name. He asked what I wanted and started to tell him what had transpired so far. He cut me off and said in a very rude tone, I know what your story is and I'm not giving you that large of discount on that truck. Then he starts to rant about who gave out his cell number and that he is in the middle of a meeting. He said let me give you my office number at which point I said that is not necessary given his tone with me. He hung up on me mid sentence. I called back to the dealership and asked to speak with BJ Hope, their general manager. The receptionist told me he would be out until that Monday. Mr. Hope never called me back. At no time during any of my conversations did I raise my voice or do anything other than question them on not keeping their word. I started to think about the chain of events and it seemed like they were trying to bait and switch my sale. So I went back on their website and found the exact same ad, VIN number and pricing still up on their website almost a week later. If it was a mistake by their web team then why would they not have pulled the ad so as to avoid having other customers running into the same scenario? I also found the same truck advertised on Edmonds.com. I checked on November 28th and they still had it up with the premium options. On November 29th, the premium options had been removed. (I believe this was due to my complaint to Costco on November 28th, it was their discount I was using on the truck). There were also several comments on review sites that mentioned bait and switch or shady tactics by this dealership. Ironically, another dealership gave me a better deal so it makes you wonder what they are up to. Do yourself a favor and steer clear.
Bad experience with service department!! - Venzaowner15
I brought my 2015 Venza to the service department for oil change, engine air filter and cabin air filter. Dirty, oily boot mark was left on the bottom of my passenger door. The next visit the engine air filter cover was not bolted down and I drove this vehicle 10k miles without the air filter out of place. The cabin air filter was replace backwards and the trash blew inside my air condition and cabin. To add insult to injury, the spring stabilizing the glove compartment was not even replaced so that compartment would fall onto the floor when opened. On the third visit the oil was spilled and smeared on top of the engine and I had to clean it up myself. I will never take this vehicle to Miracle Toyota of Albany's service department again. There was an elderly man who had waited over 4 hours because the lugs on his van had been screwed up so badly he could not even remove them himself. WARNING: KEEP YOU VEHICLE FAR AWAY FROM THIS SERVICE DEPARTMENT!!

I received no pressure during the entire process. I had already picked out what I wanted and we worked together to make it happen. I went to look for a car and wanted to get some information. Aaron Sutton was our sales-person who was awesome. His finance manager(Brandon Mock) eventually came over to ask that I give them my information so that they could give me a better understanding of what I may be paying per month. I told him I do not want any hard pulls on my credit as I am re-establishing it. He assured me that this would not be a hard pull but a soft pull just for information. I reiterated that I could not have a hard pull and to make sure that this was a soft pull and he assured me again that this was NOT a hard pull. After they had my information the used vehicle manager(Kevin Burklin) came over to ask about my fiance's information to help with a program I may qualify for. We stated that this is NOT to be a hard pull and asked repeatedly if this would be one. He assured us that he not only understood that we were establishing our credit but he would do nothing to harm it. My fiance has a credit karma app on his phone and it beeped three times to notify him that there were some changes happening to his credit report. When he asked how many times are they going to look at my credit, the notifications stopped. Kevin Burklin stated that he could get me into the car that same day and I let him know that I was not there to take home a car as I had no down payment I just wanted to know what my options were as I planned to purchase within a month. He began to ask how much cash I had on me, did I have any money in the bank, or if I could borrow from someone. I was embarrassed and my fiance was upset. We outright said we were not interested and his attitude completely changed and he dismissed us. I went home to find that my credit score had gone down 5 points on transunion and 5 points on equifax because they had 9 hard inquiries to my credit. They outright lied to us. My fiance's credit went down 16 points on trans-union and 1 point on equifax. They told us repeatedly that they were not running our credit and now we have to go in to dispute this on our reports. They are not trustworthy at all. I would love to hear how their general manager Mr. Ricky Stokes feels about this type of business as it was the commercial I heard that drew me into this dealership.
Milking the customer - 4runner
Came in with a complaint of MPG dropped by 25% and instead of offering a diagnostic, he sold me a fuel injector cleaning service with costed me over a hundred bucks and did nothing to help address the complaint I came in with. They know the steps to fixing the problems and that is why they offered this services before offering the real fix. Disappointment.
