I just bought a Toyota Avalon from Sheryl Mazzeo (THE 6FT TALL JAMAICAN) and can't say enough nice things about the experience. She is the best at what she does and really cares about her customers. I was going to buy closer to my house but am so glad I found her. She went out of her way to find me the right car at the right price. It was worth the little extra drive to buy from them and her. I would recommend you take the time to meet with her before you buy anywhere else.

I was in the market to purchase a car for my 16 year old daughter and had spent several weeks visiting several dealerships including Nissan, Honda, Volkswagen, and Carmax. Having owned 2 Toyota's previously and still owing one, I knew about Toyota quality. After visiting 2 other dealerships that day, and test driving a VW, we stopped into Nalley Toyota, where I have had my 4Runner serviced, and was met by Roy Samuel. It was almost 8:00 but Roy was willing to show us around. We found a 2013 Rav4, but being so late, Roy said to come back tomorrow and take the car for the day to see if I like it. The next day Roy met me in the morning and arranged for me to take the car. I drove it that day, then in the evening my daughter and her mother came to test drive the car. They both liked it. The price was a little out of my budget, but we decied to go ahead and purchase it. I feel that Roy and Jason Cruz were honest and upfront with me about the car during the negotiation process, and I would have no hesitation to recommend Roy, Jason, and Toyota Roswell.

I talked to Chris Kirk, the sales agent, over the phone and scheduled my visit. Even though I had to drive two and a half hours, it was worth every mile! Chris was very helpful, knowledgeable, polite and not pushy. He laid out the details and let me make the decision. He was able to address my every concern and he was really nice about it (even though I was kinda picky).
I worked with Heather on financing part of it. She was able to get me a very competitive interest rate (as good as my bank pre-approved me for). Of course, I had to negotiate but Chris and Heather made this process very pleasant. They even took care of some minor wares and tears for free just to keep me happy (that are more or less normal on a pre-owned vehicle). Dennis at the service department replaced several interior parts and fixed few stains on the leather seats.

Please do not take your car to Albany Toyota...I took my car there 4 times for shuddering, and they did not fix it. I called Toyota Corporate and spoke with Osar and he was very rude and disrespectful. I found out that from Thomasville Toyota that I had 3 recalls, that Albany hadn't fixed. They are very incompetent and do not know what they are doing.DO NOT TAKE YOUR CAR HERE FOR ANY REPAIRS!!!!

Excuses , excuses...bought a used honda that should run like a charm. After almost a whole day of trying to buy it I should have walked. Pushy sales people and rude. Tried to push extended warranties until they were blue in the face. CHeck engine light came on the first day. Took it back, they would not give me a refund which under state law they are supposed to. They said they fixed it. Next trip check engine light came on. Now trying again to get my money back and they won't here of it,. They want to try and fix it again. Heck I work I cannot keep going to the d#$@ dealership.

I'm receiving threatening letters from Hertz Collections because World hasn't paid their on-site partner Hertz for my supposedly free loaner. I left several messages with my service manager Andrew Yi with no return call. I also left several messages with the GM Mark Carpozza with no return call. I finally reached David Ray and he was very nice and shared that there was a glitch in payment resulting in hundreds of these nonpayment issues going out to customers. He confirmed that payment has been made and that I can disregard this notice. Unfortunately, my credit is at risk now because who knows if Hertz will clear my name with collections. I don't believe that Mark is fully engaged resulting in the lack of quality control witness over the last 6 months. Now the burden is on me to ensure Hertz clears my name from this fiasco. Very unfortunate!

We had a terrific experience at Marietta Toyota. Specifically my daughter was transferred to the area from the west coast and needed a car upon arrival. Approximately one week before arrival I worked with Tom Donalson to negotiate for the purchase of a Prius. He was just as professional as he could be, gave us a fair deal, and took the time to be sure that when we left the dealership we had everything we need, along with a very thorough hands-on overview of the car. What was amazing to me is that he left me a message today (4 days after we bought the car) to be sure my daughter has settled in and asked sincerely if she needed anything. Truly the best experience I have ever had purchasing a car!

Came in with a complaint of MPG dropped by 25% and instead of offering a diagnostic, he sold me a fuel injector cleaning service with costed me over a hundred bucks and did nothing to help address the complaint I came in with. They know the steps to fixing the problems and that is why they offered this services before offering the real fix. Disappointment.
Hot and bothered...literally. - Is this thing on?
Had work done on my car. When I left the dealership with my vehicle, realized A.C. was blowing hot. Called to complain and receptionist said service department just closed. I explained it's 90 degrees and I have small children. She said, I'm trying to make you understand that if you think you're gonna turn around and come back here now and get it fixed, that'll not gonna happen. Strike two. Rude Customer service. Wasn't even getting work done on A.C.! My kids are sweating! A.C. was fine before I dropped my car off!
