Chandra Mayo is the best! I came all the way from California to purchase a car for my daughter who is attending college in Georgia. Mayo (She goes by her last name), was the most helpful person I've ever come across. I got a good deal, but just as important, my experience went very smoothly. Mayo responded to all of my texts, phone calls & emails very quickly. She reassured me that everything would be taken care of being that I was traveling over 2000 miles.

I had been searching every used car website i could find on the internet, for a particular model truck that had ALL the features I wanted. I looked at over 500 vehicles. I finally got to the point of either ordering a brand new model,( which I didn't want to do) or settling for something close to what I was looking for. I came across a truck that was everything I was looking for EXCEPT the one thing that was most important to me, a long bed. Loved everything about it except for that. So I made a deal with Riverside, and sent them a $1000.00 deposit, which I was told was NOT refundable. I was fine with that, cause I knew I was going to pick that truck the following weekend. The very next day, I accidentally stumbled across the EXACT truck I had been looking for for 3 months! I called my salesman, Justin and told him my situation. He was understanding, knowing that I really wanted the long bed, and that I was "settling" for the truck he had. He got with his used car manager and they got it worked out to refund 100% of my non refundable deposit! I even offered to send them SOMETHNG for their work and the fact that they took the truck off the market for a day or two. They would not let me pay anything! I'll certainly be recommending that dealership to anybody I hear, looking for a vehicle!

I started out shopping at Five Star and after months and months of shopping for a vehicle and many visits to other dealerships, I went back to Five Star for my purchase. I can say that my experience has taught me that Five Star is only place I would purchase a vehicle from. I believe that the purchase price was very reasonable and the sales persons and finance officer were outstanding to work with.

I had more problems with my car after they did work on it. And if you have a recall they will find more work that is needed on your car every time even if it isn't needed. I was told I needed a water pump plus other services again that I had already had previously done two months prior from Toyota on a recall. I guess they forgot to look and see they already got me for that one. They stated it was there mistake. Yeah mistake you didn't get my money again. They probably never did any of the services the first time. What I started doing is asking for the parts off my car that they fixed and taking them to someone I know to check them. I've been given information from mechanics that have worked with Toyota that shocked me that positively told me they tell customers they need work that isn't needed to make more money for the business. Shame on Toyota. They have excellent cars but do have a lot of recalls. I've never had good service with them but when you have a recall you have to go to the dealership. I'm done with Toyota. I won't own another Toyota after I'm done with the one I have. Its been a nightmare every time at this dealership and Mall of Georgia Toyota.

It was obvious that this dealership is customer service oriented which made the process less stressful. I look for how businesses treat their customers and will pay more for great customer service. These guys are great. I wasted so much time talking to other dealers. The more I talked with other dealers the more I realized that North GA Toyota is the only pace to buy a new car. Jake and Tony were so patient with me. I would describe myself as the nightmare customer. I trust no one. But when I find someone I can trust I will go no where else. I will always go back to North GA Toyota. It took multiple back and forth e-mails with other dealers to even get close to the the first offer I received from North GA Toyota. Talking to other dealers was truly a waste of time. I cannot say enough good things about these guys. I even spoke with one of their mechanics about some questions I had. These guys really know their stuff. The whole team is very top notch. If you are about to purchase a new car from someone else you owe it to your self to at least call North GA Toyota and ask to speak with Jake or Tony. A one minute phone call could save you thousands.

I totaled my car and have spent 2 months looking for a replacement. Franklin Toyota, specifically Brian McDonald, was by far the best car shopping experience I had. He was friendly, hilarious, and extremely knowledgable about the car (which was impressive since I bought a Jeep and obviously he specializes in Toyota). He did a thorough review of all of the features the car had to offer in an entertaining way. I never felt pressured or manipulated at all. I would definitely buy another car from him any time. And, I love my new 2014 Jeep Grand Cherokee!

I bought a 2016 Camry at Stone Mountain Toyota. Finance guy first said interest rate was 3.9, which was high. Then he slipped it to 4.4, which was an extra $125. They cut me a check two days later when I complained. Car price was good $19,492, but they made it back with interest rate. My fault. I kept asking the salesman what the interest rate was going to be during test drive. "Tyler" was his name. He wouldn't tell me.
Steering wheel has rubbing noise I did not hear over AC during test drive. I tried to get them to fix it. They said they can't. Assistant GM said, "Mr. Glier we didn't make your defective car, Toyota did. We just sell them." I filed Lemon Law with state of Georgia. Do not go to this place.

I brought my 2015 Venza to the service department for oil change, engine air filter and cabin air filter. Dirty, oily boot mark was left on the bottom of my passenger door. The next visit the engine air filter cover was not bolted down and I drove this vehicle 10k miles without the air filter out of place. The cabin air filter was replace backwards and the trash blew inside my air condition and cabin. To add insult to injury, the spring stabilizing the glove compartment was not even replaced so that compartment would fall onto the floor when opened. On the third visit the oil was spilled and smeared on top of the engine and I had to clean it up myself. I will never take this vehicle to Miracle Toyota of Albany's service department again. There was an elderly man who had waited over 4 hours because the lugs on his van had been screwed up so badly he could not even remove them himself. WARNING: KEEP YOU VEHICLE FAR AWAY FROM THIS SERVICE DEPARTMENT!!

World Toyota is a mirage. They look nice from the outside but they constantly overpromise and under-deliver. Any service is "two hours" but in 10 years of coming here it always works out to four hours or more. I had to return recently due to a safety recall and after two years of going to Toyotechs, I realized why I go to Toyotechs. Toyotechs actually cares about the customer and lives up to their promises.

Bought a Tundra in 2005 and we were talked into buying the maintenance plan only because we were told if we did not use it the full cost would be refunded after 5 years (vehicle paid off). I set an appointment in my phone for 5 years and we have been trying to get our $1600 for over a year. We have gotten nothing but runaround and lies.

The entire staff is very professional and extremely friendly. my salesman was at the top of his game. he was able to provide me with all the answer to my concerns, which I truly appreciate it. the problem is my 2015 Toyota Camry has an issue with all the lights going out at night when I am driving. this happen the first week of ownership. what made this so scary was the GPS had already taken me the wrong way in Columbus,Ga. it took me on a back road that had no street lights and it was in the back woods and now no lights whatsoever inside the car nor outside the car and yet the car was still running. I could not see anything and that is so frightening. after a while everything came back on as though someone turn it all on. the car has done this several more times at night on dark roads. it could be doing this during the day also, I just do not notice since it light out. dealership continue to state there is nothing wrong no matter I have taken the car there from purchase to now.

Came in with a complaint of MPG dropped by 25% and instead of offering a diagnostic, he sold me a fuel injector cleaning service with costed me over a hundred bucks and did nothing to help address the complaint I came in with. They know the steps to fixing the problems and that is why they offered this services before offering the real fix. Disappointment.
