We previously purchased a 2010 Sequoia from here, but when we started looking at Tundras I figured we would go through a friend of ours who is affiliated with Toyota. While at Nalley, we worked with Ramiz who asked if he could get us a quote, and it turns out they beat the insider price without sneaking in anything that would change the out the door number.
The purchase and finance process were only delayed by how long I took considering potential options etc. So now we are 2 time Nalley customers and happily recommend them

The Finance Manager was using techniques to raise the valve of the car that were clearly Deceptive trying to take advantage of a first time car buyer..
1) I was told by the Finance Director that the Bank would not finance the car unless I bought the extended warranty on the used car. I call the Banking institution and they clearly told me that was not the case that I didn't need a warranty to finance the car...
2.) When asked to remove the warranty from the car the Finance Director told it would not change the price only he would not included the warrantee and still charge me the full price of the contract without the warrantee with the addition cost of the warrantee included in the price...
3) The Finance Manager told me that they had to charge a higher price then the car was worth to be sure that they could have a higher profit margin to cover the dealer overhead cost to do business...
I told him he was cheating honest customers and taken revenue from not only the dealership but from the sales staff...
No way to run a business allowing a person to ruin or tarnishes it's reputation

WORST EXPERIENCE BUYING A CAR!!! - LH
I bought my car about 90 days ago from this dealer and from day 1 it has been a nightmare! 1). When I got the car home I realized it had not been detailed or serviced and had no floor matts. 2). The. Teams where bad and I had to take it back within 2 weeks. 3) After the break repair, there is this clonking noise every time I turn my wheel and my car is making this loud noise whenever I accelerate.
I took my car to a Toyota Dealer in Roswell, since it is still under Manufacturing Warranty, to be checked out. They did the diagnostic and tells me "whoever sold you this car needs to give you another one. This car has been in a collision and had several Transmission issue including one being replaced. The subframe has been pulled out the car as well. That clonking noise is really bad and we can't pin point it."
The mechanic also wrote this up and added it to the Toyota system because there was NO history of any type of work or services done on my car in the system. It showed where parts were ordered but no details as to WHAT was done.
The next day I drive ALL THE WAY back to Milledgeville Toyota and show them all the stuff Roswell Toyota wrote up from the diagnostic and they began to IMMEDIATELY tell me that Roswell was lying!!!! After checking my car out the service manager comes out and tells me and the sales person that sold me the car "Yeah the transmission is bad and it needs a new one. ". My sales person looking shocked as well in disbelief. I ask the service manager why is a Toyota that is only 2 years old under warranty needing a THIRD transmission?????? He shrugs his shoulder and his says "well my mechanic messed up the second one and I had to pay for that."
This was on Tuesday 6/13/17 and they said my car would be ready next week Monday or Tuesday. However I got a call 2 days later saying my car was ready. WHAT! Okay I go pick up my car on Friday 6/16/17 and I ask "what about all the other issues listed from the diagnostic?" Robert the Asst Service Manager says "aww ain't nothing else wrong with your car. We out a new transmission in it and no paperwork is needed, it's all in the system. ". He gave me my keys and moved on. As I am driving back to Atlanta I hear the clonking noise as I turn again! I turned around and went back to he dealer and told both Robert and Brad (Service Managers) that my car is NOT fixed it's still making the clonking noise when I turn right or left!! I ask them for a print out of what was done on my car, which as a customer I have the right and should have had it in the first place. They both just looked at me gave me the print out and said nothing! Didn't even inquire about what was still wrong with my car.
This morning I called to speak with the GM and I'm told he is not available but someone by the name of Trey is going to call me soon.
My next step is to take Legal action against this dealer. None of the paper trail on this car lines up, even down to the color of the car, with anything and they refuse to fix the problems.
I am in distress trying to get answers and resolution on a 3year old Toyota with a manufacturing warranty that I purchased only 90 days ago!!! It's sad and frustrating to be brushed off as if my concerns do t matter. If there is an issue with my CV Joints or any other axle issues I could have been killed led traveling back to Atlanta on the highway and they could care less!

Took my Highlander in to see if I could get a price on replacing the light covers on my car. They had become so hazy that they needed replacing. I bought two brand new ones on eBay for $71.The guy that writes the order said let me ask the mechanic how long it would take.when he came back, he said it would take 3 hours as he would have to take the bumper off and it would take 3 hours for the job. Here comes the best part. 3 hours labor at $360 total.Needless to say that did not happen. I got someone to help me install them.Neither one of us had done it before, but with a utube video and common sense we did I in an hour and just loosened the bumper at the bottom without taking it off. I took the car in a week later for an oil change . If you ave been in the service dept. there is a large sign that gives you all the reasons to buy a car there. Number 7 reason, 30 minute or less oil change guaranteed. I was there 1 and a half hours so do not believe that. I also saw the guy that told me that it would take 3 hours for the lights and I told him that if he wanted me to that I would explain to his mechanic how to do it in an hour.People be careful with trust when it comes to money.

For the first time in my auto buying experience, I felt completely at ease. These guys are "No Nonsense" professionals that shoot straight.
