I recently purchased a 2016 RAV4 from LaGrange Toyota. Alan Trainer was my salesman and I cannot say enough good things about this gentleman. He was very patient with me in the process of picking out the right vehicle for me. Alan took the time to thoroughly explain every option available to me. I never felt pressured or uncomfortable in the process. It took two visits for me to make my mind up. Alan stayed very late both times and was always patient and pleasant. He was great!! The facility was impressive right down to the service department, which was one of the cleanest service departments I have ever seen. The day after my purchase, Alan called to make sure I was enjoying my new car and to see if I had any questions or concerns. I have bought new cars in the past and have never had a dealership call to check on me after they made the sell. Warranty work to be performed on tire. They said they couldnt find my warranty and I ended up calling my dealership in my home town and they had no problem calling and finding my warranty. Wasted an hour of my time doing their work for them before they started replacing my tire. They could have found warranty by last 8 digits of my VIN. Waited an hour for a tire that was supposed to show up in 10 minutes. No apologies for a 3 hour tire change. When the vehicle was ready for pick up they left the spare tire out in back of car and left the old tire on my back seat marking and getting seat dirty. When I went inside to complain and ask for the job to be completed, they had so much bad attititude. I wouldnt buy a car here or ever have my car serviced here again if they were the last dealership in Georgia.

Had a much better experience here at Cobb County Toyota than I did at my last car buying experience (at a Ford dealership...). I will absolutely recommend my sales guy, Josh White, to anyone and everyone looking for a new car. Josh worked out a great deal for me on my Tacoma and helped me get exactly what I wanted. I had a 2006 Tacoma for years, but had to let it go when our family got bigger and the access cab wasn't cutting it. Drove a car for a few months, but just couldn't be happy without my truck. So glad to have a new one now and double cab fits the whole fam comfortably!

Excuses , excuses...bought a used honda that should run like a charm. After almost a whole day of trying to buy it I should have walked. Pushy sales people and rude. Tried to push extended warranties until they were blue in the face. CHeck engine light came on the first day. Took it back, they would not give me a refund which under state law they are supposed to. They said they fixed it. Next trip check engine light came on. Now trying again to get my money back and they won't here of it,. They want to try and fix it again. Heck I work I cannot keep going to the d#$@ dealership.

I scheduled an oil change service with this dealership. My appoint time was 11:30 4/7/2016.
I arrived at 11:20.
Check in was as always easy and professional.
At 1:50, I asked the ladies at service checkout if there was any chance of getting my car back today.
They checked and told me the car was being taken off the lift when they went back and checked. The car was put in the parking lot, and the technician dropped off the key fob at the service desk pretty quick after my inquiry.
Then I found out the service writer had to do her paperwork, so another delay.
The service dept. ladies were pleasant as they apologized for the delay, saying they were under staffed.
I walked out of the service department at 2:20. Not at all impressed with the Toyota of Newnan Service Dept.
When I got home and reviewed the invoice, I noticed the phone number was incorrect as was my email address. Maybe everyone's contact information is wrong ?
If the Service dept. knew they were understaffed, why weren't the service reps who check you in tell the customer about the strong possibility of a delay so the customer has the option to reschedule? I would have gladly given up the 20 minutes or so I had invested to drive to the dealership to reschedule when the staff was adequate to handle the work load.
Several other customers were in the same situation I was in. They were at least as irritated as I was/am.

I arrived 10min early for a scheduled appointment to be ignored. The employees talked among them self and was so into there computers and acted as if I was invisible. I find that to be rude and unprofessional. I have purchased 2 brand new vehicles from this dealership and one used. Even if they are busy the proper thing to do is acknowledge a customer when they approach you. This is not the way to treat customers with there investments I will take my business else where. By the way making an appointment doesn't make a difference if the wait time is an hour and a half with an appointment. I head one of the techs walk by saying they don't have any thing to do makes me wounder when you have a waiting room full of customers.

I hope to NEVER walk through the doors of Cherokee County Toyota again, we bought our 2011 Toyota Tacoma from there and I So Wish I would have went ELSEWhere!!! When we arrived it was a strange beginning they did not have any Truck stock to begin with. But we did end up with one. Our Salesman was pushy and made promises that were not kept and our paperwork did not match up too. The following year when I went to get our tag, the lady in the tag office said we had been driving on an expired tag, so there's another mistake...Cherokee Toyota did not follow through with our tag paperwork on the Truck for the first year!!!! More money for them I guess they do what they want, screw you!! Then when we got smart and had our loan re-financed I had my gap insurance changed so I had to cancel the gap insurance thru Cherokee County Toyota we live in the Blue Ridge Mountains I called the Finance Dept. and ask if we could do the paperwork thru emails..you know technology...oh no they had be difficult, No, way Mrs. Smith you have to drive here and sign the form in person! So I did, and received the rudest Finance guy ever...have you ever been taught customer service skills or how bout just plain old how to be polite? No not at this business!! No matter what task its always difficult. He filed out the form and told me he would turn it in but since it was the first week of the new year it would take at least another week because they were busy with the end of the year tasks. Is that my problem? Hmmm, evidently it is now, as I sit and wait for MY MONIES to be refunded, I can bet they would have never accepted that excuse from me when paying it in. Moral to all this.. GO SOMEWHERE ELSE PLEASE

Had 2005 Tacoma brakes serviced; Had to return vehicle to 3 separate times due to squealing and popping of brakes when depressed. Each time they gave me a different excuse and tried to sell me another service. I gave up and took vehicle to Cobb County Toyota. The explained the problem and corrected it on one try. Also took my Avalon here, each time they told me I need to do multiple things to maintain vehicle. I took to Cobb County Toyota they explained that my vehicle did not need repairs. I do not trust the incompetence and continued pressure by service technicians.

I took my new 2015 Rav 4 into North Georgia for the first maintenance. When I picked it up it had a broken windshield. Took it back on Monday and the service manager said there was no way any of his guys did that. It had to be a rock. I tried to tell him that I was the only who had driven the car and I know the glass was not broken when I brought it in on Saturday. His response was pretty much...sorry about your luck.
My car was dirty from the rainy weather so I didn't notice that it also had a scuffed up place on the front bumper that was not there when I took it in for service. I know he'll deny that his guys did it and it's my word against his. I can't make them pay to correct what they did wrong but I can write this bad review in hopes you will take your car somewhere else for service. The service department is a total mess from the construction and I truly believe the damage took place there. I will be taking my SUV to another dealership for service.
