I went to Toyota of Union City and when I walked in I was greeted by George Johnson a very professional salesman at Toyota of Union City a friend of mine had told me about Toyota Union City and told me to ask for George when I got there. I thought that my friend was just exaggerating about this place in the cell that helped her but when I got there and met George I saw that she was not exaggerating Divine experience and which I had with George and the staff at Toyota Union City was such a wonderful experience I was offered something to drink and introduced to the manager in the dealership, the manager came over and introduced himself and asked me a couple questions about my experience in car buying and what the dealership could do for me I told him that coming into the dealership I was not comfortable because my past experience with other dealerships had put pressure on me into buying automobiles that I did not want but he ensured me that I had an experience salesman working with me and I can truly say that he was right George well salesman, try to pressure me into buying something that I did not want while working with George I became very relaxed because he listened to what I was saying and the type of automobile but I was looking for George truly made my buying experience a remarkable one and I would not hesitate to refer my family and friends to Toyota of Union City and tell them to ask for George when they get there just ask my friend told me this is one time that my friend did not exaggerate George was truly like no other salesmen that I had met, so to Anyone who reads this review do not hesitate go to Toyota of Union City and ask for my salesman George Johnson you will have a remarkable buying experience with George.

I am very pleased with my experience shopping for 3-year old Avalon at World Toyota.
I found a very good priced mint condition Avalon on their Website – it was the best deal in 100 mile radius from where I live. I called in and it was still available and started working with Keyona Mays on closing the deal. She was very helpful, knowledgeable, polite, and responsive. I wanted to finance the car through my bank. Keyona provided great assistance and response, and I was able to get all the paperwork done in half a day. I did have to negotiate the price because the invoice had several fees that were not advertised on the Website. Keyona offered me a fair discount to bring the price down.
Next day, I drove 100 miles to see and inspect the car for the first time. I did not quite like the white color of the car. It was pearl white (not pure white). And it did not have backup camera that I really wanted. After talking to Keyona about it, she was able to get me a free installation of backup camera and free window tint in order to earn my business. Very impressive effort!
The color of the Avalon was the deal breaker for me. Even though I did not end up buying the car, I left with the feeling that World Toyota will go an extra mile to keep my business.

Please do not take your car to Albany Toyota...I took my car there 4 times for shuddering, and they did not fix it. I called Toyota Corporate and spoke with Osar and he was very rude and disrespectful. I found out that from Thomasville Toyota that I had 3 recalls, that Albany hadn't fixed. They are very incompetent and do not know what they are doing.DO NOT TAKE YOUR CAR HERE FOR ANY REPAIRS!!!!

After doing an online search for local Toyota dealers in my area and filling out information on the site regarding my proposed purchase, I was contacted by a representative from this dealership and scheduled an appointment with the internet sales rep. which was confirmed by phone on the following day at 10:30 am, just prior to the appointed time of 1:00pm. The vehicle we were to test drive had been sold the following day, so in essence my wife and I made a two hour round trip for nothing, we should have been contacted and informed of the sale before wasting our time.
There was no concern shown for our inconvenience and no offer to try and accommodate us except an offer to sell us a similar used vehicle with 92000 miles .
Got an I'm sorry from the sales rep. but nothing from the sales manager.
We drove an additional hour to another dealership and purchased the NEW vehicle we were looking for.
The difference was night and day.

Excuses , excuses...bought a used honda that should run like a charm. After almost a whole day of trying to buy it I should have walked. Pushy sales people and rude. Tried to push extended warranties until they were blue in the face. CHeck engine light came on the first day. Took it back, they would not give me a refund which under state law they are supposed to. They said they fixed it. Next trip check engine light came on. Now trying again to get my money back and they won't here of it,. They want to try and fix it again. Heck I work I cannot keep going to the d#$@ dealership.

I arrived 10min early for a scheduled appointment to be ignored. The employees talked among them self and was so into there computers and acted as if I was invisible. I find that to be rude and unprofessional. I have purchased 2 brand new vehicles from this dealership and one used. Even if they are busy the proper thing to do is acknowledge a customer when they approach you. This is not the way to treat customers with there investments I will take my business else where. By the way making an appointment doesn't make a difference if the wait time is an hour and a half with an appointment. I head one of the techs walk by saying they don't have any thing to do makes me wounder when you have a waiting room full of customers.

I scheduled an oil change service with this dealership. My appoint time was 11:30 4/7/2016.
I arrived at 11:20.
Check in was as always easy and professional.
At 1:50, I asked the ladies at service checkout if there was any chance of getting my car back today.
They checked and told me the car was being taken off the lift when they went back and checked. The car was put in the parking lot, and the technician dropped off the key fob at the service desk pretty quick after my inquiry.
Then I found out the service writer had to do her paperwork, so another delay.
The service dept. ladies were pleasant as they apologized for the delay, saying they were under staffed.
I walked out of the service department at 2:20. Not at all impressed with the Toyota of Newnan Service Dept.
When I got home and reviewed the invoice, I noticed the phone number was incorrect as was my email address. Maybe everyone's contact information is wrong ?
If the Service dept. knew they were understaffed, why weren't the service reps who check you in tell the customer about the strong possibility of a delay so the customer has the option to reschedule? I would have gladly given up the 20 minutes or so I had invested to drive to the dealership to reschedule when the staff was adequate to handle the work load.
Several other customers were in the same situation I was in. They were at least as irritated as I was/am.
Very poor service today.

I hope to NEVER walk through the doors of Cherokee County Toyota again, we bought our 2011 Toyota Tacoma from there and I So Wish I would have went ELSEWhere!!! When we arrived it was a strange beginning they did not have any Truck stock to begin with. But we did end up with one. Our Salesman was pushy and made promises that were not kept and our paperwork did not match up too. The following year when I went to get our tag, the lady in the tag office said we had been driving on an expired tag, so there's another mistake...Cherokee Toyota did not follow through with our tag paperwork on the Truck for the first year!!!! More money for them I guess they do what they want, screw you!! Then when we got smart and had our loan re-financed I had my gap insurance changed so I had to cancel the gap insurance thru Cherokee County Toyota we live in the Blue Ridge Mountains I called the Finance Dept. and ask if we could do the paperwork thru emails..you know technology...oh no they had be difficult, No, way Mrs. Smith you have to drive here and sign the form in person! So I did, and received the rudest Finance guy ever...have you ever been taught customer service skills or how bout just plain old how to be polite? No not at this business!! No matter what task its always difficult. He filed out the form and told me he would turn it in but since it was the first week of the new year it would take at least another week because they were busy with the end of the year tasks. Is that my problem? Hmmm, evidently it is now, as I sit and wait for MY MONIES to be refunded, I can bet they would have never accepted that excuse from me when paying it in. Moral to all this.. GO SOMEWHERE ELSE PLEASE

I purchased a 2015 Dodge Journey after Thanksgiving 2015. There was a deep abrasion scratch and they told me to bring it back to get taken care of (I don't live close to dealership). When I went away for Christmas holiday I had vehicle towed to dealership so that it could be repaired while I was out of town. There was some sought of repair done, but it was very noticable where the damage was out (found out later it wasnt primed correctly) Ive been back 2xs...spoke to Zach he told service dept to take care of it. They scheduled to pick my car up...never came never called. When I called them back, I got shifted around again.
Its now May, car is still not fixed and I juat purchased 4 new tires for this vehicle because the tires were so bad that it was effecting my gas mileage.
I'm a single woman and I felt pressured to purchase the vehicle. But that is on me. I'm on a fixed income and to have to purchase new tires was definitely a burden. I'm not happy on how Ive been treated since my purchase.

I took my new 2015 Rav 4 into North Georgia for the first maintenance. When I picked it up it had a broken windshield. Took it back on Monday and the service manager said there was no way any of his guys did that. It had to be a rock. I tried to tell him that I was the only who had driven the car and I know the glass was not broken when I brought it in on Saturday. His response was pretty much...sorry about your luck.
My car was dirty from the rainy weather so I didn't notice that it also had a scuffed up place on the front bumper that was not there when I took it in for service. I know he'll deny that his guys did it and it's my word against his. I can't make them pay to correct what they did wrong but I can write this bad review in hopes you will take your car somewhere else for service. The service department is a total mess from the construction and I truly believe the damage took place there. I will be taking my SUV to another dealership for service.
