I had a warranty enhancement issue on our Prius. Erik Powell in service took care of the issue in a speedy and enthusiastic manner. Dealing with Erik started our search for a new Avalon where we met Cody Preston who was knowledgeable and helpful. We found just the Avalon we wanted and at a competitive price. The only negative I would mention is that the paperwork completion process took a bit longer than necessary, probably due to high sales volume.

Knew I had to have another Toyota and had been surfing for 4runners for a year before I pulled the trigger. Had stopped by a talked to Kelton before and when my old truck left me stranded one early thursday morning, I called Kelton and told him I'd be over that afternoon to get my new 4runner. I talked to Chris Kirk, the sales agent, over the phone and scheduled my visit. Even though I had to drive two and a half hours, it was worth every mile! Chris was very helpful, knowledgeable, polite and not pushy. He laid out the details and let me make the decision. He was able to address my every concern and he was really nice about it (even though I was kinda picky).
I worked with Heather on financing part of it. She was able to get me a very competitive interest rate (as good as my bank pre-approved me for). Of course, I had to negotiate but Chris and Heather made this process very pleasant. They even took care of some minor wares and tears for free just to keep me happy (that are more or less normal on a pre-owned vehicle). Dennis at the service department replaced several interior parts and fixed few stains on the leather seats.
I am a very happy camper driving my awesome certified Toyota Avalon! Riverside Toyota is an A++++++ dealership. Thank you!

I had previously had a very bad experience with a salesman at Savannah Toyota and was skeptical about returning. I had my recent re-introduction via an internet chat about a new car. I was told the salesperson I had dealt with before was no longer employed there.

For someone that has driven BMW's for it seems like a lifetime I cannot begin to tell you how much better I love my new Avalon. It is loaded and has so many more features than the BMW's. And the drive isn't even comparable. We also have a Forerunner , and a Camry. Never a minute of trouble because Toyota Service Dept. Is the best. We also purchased a Camry for our grandaughter that she loves. Brandon Mock went above and beyond by ordering and having everything ready for us to pick up at the dealership. The service advisor "RANDY", made sure he let me know that he could care less about me as a customer, I bought a vehicle from a Penske dealership in CA, so when I returned I thought the service would be great, boy was I WRONG!!!!!!! So when I was in the market for a new Camry and just wanted to just get Randy's thoughts because he's been in service for a very long time and I was a previous customer for many years, I thought finding out the costs of keeping up a camry would be helpful and with his time & experience of knowing all of Toyota's models, his thoughts would have been helpful, but yet again he just ignored my calls, just like he did when I came back from CA and had a issue with my stero system in my Toyota Venza, he did the the same thing!!!! So with that being said, I actually went to Hennessy Honda and bought a wonderful 2013 FULLY LOADED Camry SE, I mean top of the line and it had less than 25,000 mile and looked BRAND NEW!!! Got the best customer service EVER!!! It didn't matter to them that I wasn't buying a Honda, there concern was about me being happy with my purchase, as far as service I'm now a happy customer at NALLEY TOYOTA, those guys there are the BEST!!!! That's where I'll be taking my new Camry from now on and I'll never step foot into Atlanta Toyota again, thanks to RANDY'S treatment to me!!!! I thought everyone should know how I was treated!!!!

My old 4Runner was totaled a week ago, so I was in the market for a new 4Runner. After I had a horrible experience at a Toyota near my house, my dad researched and found that David Tyler, a salesman at Cobb County Toyota, had good reviews. He called him up and asked for his best price on a 2016 4Runner (since I did not want to drive 30+ minutes to go through what I had gone through the day before) and he gave a very fair price. I made the drive to decide if I wanted a new 4Runner. David Tyler was the NICEST and most laid-back car salesman I have ever met. He was not pushy and he was genuinely nice to me and my fiancé. When we got down to being fairly certain we wanted to buy, imagine our surprise that there really were NO HIDDEN FEES. No doc fees, no "toyoguard" fees, etc. We wanted to get leather put into the car, and he spoke with his manager and worked out a deal that we could take another exact replica of the car with leather already in it. I really cannot stress enough how much better I felt being at Cobb County Toyota over any other dealership I stepped foot in. David Tyler comes HIGHLY recommended!

Excuses , excuses...bought a used honda that should run like a charm. After almost a whole day of trying to buy it I should have walked. Pushy sales people and rude. Tried to push extended warranties until they were blue in the face. CHeck engine light came on the first day. Took it back, they would not give me a refund which under state law they are supposed to. They said they fixed it. Next trip check engine light came on. Now trying again to get my money back and they won't here of it,. They want to try and fix it again. Heck I work I cannot keep going to the d#$@ dealership.

Please do not take your car to Albany Toyota...I took my car there 4 times for shuddering, and they did not fix it. I called Toyota Corporate and spoke with Osar and he was very rude and disrespectful. I found out that from Thomasville Toyota that I had 3 recalls, that Albany hadn't fixed. They are very incompetent and do not know what they are doing.DO NOT TAKE YOUR CAR HERE FOR ANY REPAIRS!!!!

Came in with a complaint of MPG dropped by 25% and instead of offering a diagnostic, he sold me a fuel injector cleaning service with costed me over a hundred bucks and did nothing to help address the complaint I came in with. They know the steps to fixing the problems and that is why they offered this services before offering the real fix. Disappointment.
Hot and bothered...literally. - Is this thing on?
Had work done on my car. When I left the dealership with my vehicle, realized A.C. was blowing hot. Called to complain and receptionist said service department just closed. I explained it's 90 degrees and I have small children. She said, I'm trying to make you understand that if you think you're gonna turn around and come back here now and get it fixed, that'll not gonna happen. Strike two. Rude Customer service. Wasn't even getting work done on A.C.! My kids are sweating! A.C. was fine before I dropped my car off!
