Tyler is the man. I’m sorry but I hope you read this infront of everyone in the service department and tell them to get a note pad and take notes.. now is Tyler perfect? No what would make him perfect was if he gave me a loaner vehicle for me to put in my DCR Pump, piping kit, and drop in turbo. No I don’t want to use his personal I want loaner from the dealership. But what do I know.. the guy reading this prolly thinks I’m high.. well jokes on him! I’m not at the moment. Anyways thanks for my oil changes, tire rotations and whatever other small jobs I need done since I don’t get a loaner from the number 1 ford dealer in the nation…. Love Travis ❤️

Overall I was very pleased with my experience here. The service representative I dealt with was very friendly and knowledgeable, and wasn't overly pushy, which is pretty much all I can ask for out of a dealership. I'd definitely recommended them to anyone.

Garbage service. Brought in a vehicle for a recall. Scheduled a month in advance. They had it a week for an half a day job. Of course I have to call and find out any info. They never call and give updates. Typical for Pocatello service. Sucks.

During the month of October, 2012, I had the privilege to work with Randy at Lithia Body and Paint in Boise, Idaho. The passenger mirror on my vehicle had been damaged at Metro Car Wash in Boise. Brent, the manager of Metro Car Wash immediately took the claims report and forwarded the information to Lithia Body and Paint. Within a day, I was called to Lithia to determine the extent of the damage. Although the damage was minor, Randy at Lithia took the claim seriously and ordered parts for my vehicle. As soon as the parts came in, I was immediately scheduled for a show-up, not an extended appointment date, and the damage was repaired to my satisfaction. Randy was extremely helpful throughout the process and treated me as if this was a major repair for his company. There was no cost to me during this process. Brent called several times to ensure the work had been done to my satisfaction. I was very impressed with the response from Brent at Metro Car Wash and Randy with Lithia Body and Paint. Both are professionals and a credit to their businesses. I would recommend both services in the future.

I was headed to McCall from Utah on a trip last week and had truck problems. I stopped into this dealership as my truck is a Ford and they are a Ford dealership. Lindsay Walcker in the service department was AMAZING, helpful and a calming influence at the time. She was able to quasi diagnose the problem, was hospitable and suggestive with solutions and made "vehicle problems" less problematic. The other people on the staff that I interacted with were great as well. Great service staff from my experience!
