I had just put $2500 into the truck months before the repo for mechanical repairs. I know I can't possibly owe them $5,000 in differential, but it's hard to say what kind of papers my signature is on. I would gladly pay the difference between actual auction selling price and remaining lease debt, but they're obviously shooting for higher goals. It's possible someone in the company bought the truck for 1$ at their own "private auction" and I'm supposed to pay for property I don't receive. Idaho is a very red state so I'm sure the big corporation will be allowed to step on the little guy.
