Per a recommendation from a friend in 2022, I took my Escape to Lithia Ford in Idaho Falls for service. The service counter agent kept me up to date on all progress. The techs did a thorough job on diagnostics as it took several attempts to reach the problem. They fixed the problem and the car ran great. Job well done! I made another appointment to have my Escape fixed by Lithia in, 2023. There was a 30 day wait. At the time of services they were looking to do two recalls and a check engine light. I checked the code with my OBDII it was a P0236. The counter agent called a couple days later. He said the car was ready. On pick up there was a major disagreement between the counter agent and me as to the billing. He now wanted to charge a diagnostics fee. I had questioned him several times as to repair costs prior. He stated each time there was no charge as they had not done anything to the vehicle other than the recalls. But they had cleared the code with no further action. The assistant manager intervened and corrected the counter agent’s billing mistake. When I started the vehicle the code was still showing. Lithia’s service manager called latter to advise me there had been a mistake made with the diagnostics code. He asks if I would return the car. I returned the car. It took a couple of times to correctly diagnose the problem. The techs did a great job on the repair. The car performs like it should. I am very satisfied with the tech’s work. Thank you to the service manager and assistant manager for their oversight in making the experience a satisfactory one.

They are really far away from us, but my wife commented that when she replaces her vehicle she'd like to use them despite the distance from us. When driving north on Hwy 95 south of Sandpoint, a deer jumped into the front of our Ford Explorer. Eventually the deer damage caused the Explorer heating system (the heat that blows out the top and bottom or the dashboard & the seat heaters & the thermostat and heat info that posts onto the dashboard) to each turn on and off for unpredictable periods (from a few minutes to a few hours or a few days) and these periods got longer and longer. It was very disrupting earlier in the winter. After speaking with the Mike White service staff, they obtained the needed equipment and they arranged to come to our house and pick up the Explorer to take to Mike White Ford and returned the Explorer to our house right after the Explorer was repaired. I have lived in the area for over two years, and Lithia is the only place I take my 2017 Ram 2500 for service and maintenance. The staff are always friendly, professional, and willing to answer my many questions. The customer waiting area is always clean and has water and coffee available. My only complaint is that it usually takes 2-3 weeks to get an appointment. However, it is worth waiting for an appointment to have their quality and friendly service. I would not take my truck anywhere else.

Spent 2 days trying to get a price in a truck, I was questioned about phone number, zip code, email, when I to come for a test drive. I even had the vin number on the truck I wanted. I explained to Swanny that I have test driven an exact same truck, all I wanted was a price, he couldn’t do that, excuse after excuse, and still no price given. Price on their website was crossed out, I was told to purchase a truck elsewhere, what kind of dealership won’t answer a simple question. I hope the dealership appreciates his eagerness to make a cash sale, because I will spend my money at another dealership!

I had to take my 2019 RAM 3500 into service for a recall and batteries were acting up. Meet with Evan in Service at the Caldwell Dennis Dillion and he had everything checked out and serviced. I had mentioned that I was unable to get my phone to pair and work in the truck anymore too, and in past visits I was told that it was an update issue and it was nothing they could do about it. Evan however took a look at it and was able to adjust the settings to allow the phone to "mirror" in the truck again and got it working again. There is still an issue with the truck software and my phone from time to time disconnecting, But Evan was able to get my phone paired and mirrored to the truck screen again and he took the time to show my how he did it in case it happens again. He has been the best service guy I have worked with yet. I really appreciate Evan taking the time to show me and fix it.

As soon as I told him I was interested, he held the vehicle for me until I was able to make it down to Idaho Falls to check it out. I was sadly disappointed in my experience with Ryan and Hawks motors. I had talked my daughter into buying her boyfriend his car from Ryan, a used BMW, it had low miles, was a little older but looked nice. There were some things needing to still be fixed on it that they said were already fixed but weren't. At first Ryan was great about promising to get them fixed and make it right. But that is as far as it went. He directed us to multiple shops to get things fixed but NOTHING was or has been fixed still to this day on that car, 6 months later and promise after promise. Sad part is that because he seemed so nice and easy to work with we thought we would have him and his shop work on my daughters Mercedes as well. She needed a back driver side door fixed that some children had broken the leaver to open it. We took it in, told them the issue it all seemed fine. We go back to pick it up and they said......Oh we fixed the broken back window....we were like what the window wasn't broken.....They froze pretty much at that point knowing they had done the wrong thing to the wrong car. Instead of fixing the back driver side door. They supposedly fixed the back driver side window and took apart the driver's door and in the process broke that door!! And to add salt to that he wanted my daughter to pay for having that door fixed and it wasn't broken to begin with so that he could reorder the part to really fix it now and try to fix the back door as well. 4 shops later $400 dollars spent on our side the Mercedes front door is still broken, the back door is now fixed there never was anything wrong with the window and his shop ruined the secondary air compressor which we now need to replace at a cost of $600.00 AND THE BMW STILL HAS NOT BEEN TOUCHED and since it won't work now 6 months later he is refusing to even fix the things we have in writing that he was going to fix as part of the deal and he won't take the car back and give my daughter her money back so now she's out that second car and $9000.00 dollars for it. Seriously DO NOT shop his lot and if he states he or his shop will fix anything run because it will end up costing you more than the original repair would have with a reputable shop to begin with. I'm really not happy Ryan and I think the way you treated my daughter because she was young was really a crappy thing to do. I honestly hope no one ever treats your children as poorly as you treated mine.

I have been a long time Jeep owner and newly purchased a 2020 Jeep Wrangler. I am planning a trip and recently bought a roof top tent for it. Realizing that i needed a roof rack to go with it i attempted to order one online and this did not work well. I am happy to say i called parts dept. and they ordered me the right rack and it was in the store within a few days. I have no experience with installing a rack like this so i inquired about how much this would cost and was dismayed to be quoted $580 and was told based on what i ordered it would take the shop 5 hours to install. This didnt seem right, so i picked up the rack and took a shot at installing it myself. Again i was dismayed to realize i had been over-quoted, i often times believe its because i am female. It took me all of 30 to 40 minutes to install. Not cool Jeep Findlay

Worst place ever to get a car! They say theta full check on the vehicle however they half xxx “fix” it they just have you jump through hoops to get nowhere with hey put blame on anyone but them. Bought a car on july27 and the engine blew on oct26 they refuse to do anything to fix it.
