I was having issues with my valve stem covers being corroded onto my valve stems and I drove to Autohaus of Peoria first thing in the morning, in hopes of getting it fixed as every other place I went to turned me around and refused to help. They got me in right away and replaced my valve stems, highly recommend if you’re having car issues and your usual mechanic is closed to go here and get help! Thank you so much to the service department and the technicians who worked on my car. Also gave me a free wash and vacuum after it got fixed.

NEVER BUY FROM THIS DEALERSHIP UNLESS YOU ARE A TOTAL DYI PERSON. Lies, no customer service, general ineptitude all around. "Under New Management" - more like under no management. Purchased car 45 days ago. Had to finally do my own financing after they screwed that up after 15 days. Have called no less than 10 times, emailed several dozen more, sent texts...all to try to find out where my title is. Nothing, no response. So I am left with a car with plates not properly transferred, no taxes paid, no title in hand, no ability to register vehicle. I also purchased an extended warranty that I now believe was never submitted to the warranty company...FRAUD!! Main culprits are Wilson Johnson, Juan Prado and Nick McClintock.

Our experience with Travis and Theresa at Kunes Mercedes Benz of Sycamore was different than any other dealership we’ve had buying a vehicle from. The attention they gave us was beyond what we are used to. Besides being friendly and knowledgeable, everyone who works there went out of their way to make us feel welcome. The dealership is clean and bright. After ordering our vehicle, they kept us up to date on what was happening with it and when it would be delivered. When we picked up our vehicle, they made sure that everything was Perfect before we left. We will definitely be buying all our vehicles there in the future.

We contacted Mercedes by email four times and by phone twice requesting interior photos or a video walk through of a vehicle that they only had 7 photos of the exterior. We received one response via email from Edward Bowen requesting we call him and nothing that we requested. When we replied asking again for photos as we were working we did not receive anything. When we got off work and still had no photos we called the Sales Manager Bart Kievit and had to leave a message, we received no response from him either. We called back and spoke with somebody named Julian who said he would send us photos and never received anything. Apparently they don't care about good customer service! Contacted another dealership in IL and purchased our SUV there.
