The Service Representative was friendly and knowledgeable. The only issue we had is that when rotating the tires after the oil change, the mechanic forgot to correct the tire pressure which has happened in the past but that had nothing to do with the service representative as she was very accommodating.

It is hard to find a dealership with a great service department, and this place puts the customer first! Took my Wrangler in to check for a battery issue,and a small trim issue, the appointment was made and they were on time. Repaired my Jeep as I waited in beautiful waiting room on comfortable furniture as the service advisor kept me informed on the progress of repair which were all covered under warranty. Made an observation a man older was wandering around the waiting area, the owner of the dealership Tony was walking by,and asked the man if he needed help. The man wanted to see someone in service department the owner, instead of just pointing in that direction went with the man into service to locate the employee, that is customer service, some places would assign an employee to assist the customer but the owner did it himself showing the respect they have for customers. Then Bob the service manager was checking on customers and asking how everything was going, another man that wanted to be sure everything was taken care of properly and customers were happy. The vehicle was properly repaired,and the tech even came out to explain what he did to correct the problem extremely professional. If your going to buy a Jeep this dealership should be top on your list as they really care after the sale! I had 2 great service advisors forgot their names but they were top notch also making the experience even more professional!

I went to South Oak Dodge in Matteson for an oil leak that my Jeep was having. What convinced me to take it there, was the conversation I had with the service tech. He was very professional and no hesitation in his answers. So I gave them a chance to prove themselves on their quality and knowledge based on our previous conversation. I was told, I had to leave my Jeep overnight.. I was horrified at the idea.. because I had just had a very bad experience at 2 Ford Dealers, who did nothing to it .. but returned my Jeep damaged. After talking to Thomas Vick, he convinced me to leave my Jeep overnight for repair.I take pride in my Jeep. I recommend SOUTH OAK ADODGE FOR VEHICLE REPAIRS!! My Jeep was returned to me without a scratch or damages.. Not even a greasy fingerprint!! I LOVE MY JEEP!! Customer service was totally awesome and friendly.!! THANK YOU,!!!! SOUTH OAK DODGE!!!!!

Oh my gosh, Donnie is amazing. I had two issues with my Jeep Wrangler. First, cracked windshield (AGAIN) and second I had zero paperwork from my purchase at the dealership (zip drive given to me was blank). Donnie was kind enough to pull all my paperwork, walk me through everything, had the patience to make sure I understood everything, and even point out a few options that I had purchased and not activated. SUCH an amazing service consultant! He made everything right with the time and attention he placed into my issues.
