Marquardt did an excellent job fitting the four new Bridgestone P245/40R20 95 V rated tires. Mike Hubbard was the service consultant and Brett Tiltges was the mechanic. They are both excellent at their jobs. Marquardt is the reason we drive Buick cars. We have been getting our cars from Marquardt since 1985.

Want to update my review. Received attention from Haggerty Buick in Villa Park. Giving 5 stars because of the understanding received from Haggerty Service today. Seems the 2017 Encore recall of the turbo engine non confidence arises from how GM is handling the recall. Haggerty Service explained the criteria needed for GM to repair Encore. So, I will continue to drive the Encore locally, no long trips anymore, making sure a rough sounding engine with reduced power happens locally and not on a vacation trip.

Scary situation with check engine light on and vehicle showing some strange error messages. Brought vehicle in for diagnosis to find the problem. Aaron listened intently, reassured me they would find the problem and get it fixed. One solution led to another problem, which was addressed and when I left, my Terrain ran like new. :) Very happy as always with this repair department. When I need a major repair, I know where to go.
