I bought 2018 Land Rover Range Rover Evoque SE Premium exactly a year back. Negotiable and matched me with the best price in the market, thanks to Mr. Phil(GM) and Mr. Aaron Jones(Sales Prof). I have sent my car for service 3 times in the last year and had the best experience all 3 times. Aaron Naas, who leads service dept I guess. He has lots of patience and really took good care of my car. Always happy to speak to him and explain my issues. If I wasnt getting something, he explains again with patience and make sure I'm okay with it. Good dealers and also who has a great service team. Thank you:)

am writing to file a formal complaint against Land Rover Northfield regarding the recent service performed on my vehicle. On 02/07/24 I brought my car in to have the front windshield replaced. Unfortunately, during this process, damage was incurred to the back bumper of my vehicle. Upon noticing the scratch on the back bumper, I promptly contacted Land Rover Northfield to address the issue and requested that they rectify the damage. However, upon receiving my vehicle back, I was dismayed to find that not only was the original damage not repaired, but the bumper had been completely replaced with one that had even more damage than before. When I brought this to marks attention, he was dismissive and uncooperative. He refused to acknowledge his mistake and insisted that the additional damage was minimal and did not warrant repair. Furthermore, their attitude towards me was hostile, and they went as far as to inform me that I was not welcome at their establishment. To make matters worse, they threatened to report their vehicle as stolen if I did not return their loaner car immediately, despite the fact that they had failed to fulfill their obligation to repair the damage they caused. This behavior is unacceptable and completely unprofessional. I am deeply dissatisfied with the service I have received from Land Rover Northfield. Not only have they failed to rectify the damage they caused to my vehicle, but they have also been deceitful and disrespectful towards me as a customer. Mark also told me that I am no longer welcomed at the The dealership anymore! All I need is my original bumper back! How dare you Replace my original with an older and scratched up one? Here is A photo attachment of my original bumper with one scratch to the far left. And also a photo with the older bumper they replace it with. I never gave them my consent to replace my bumper !!! All I needed for them was to buff up the small scratch ! This is a Big fraud ! PLEASE stay away from this dealership! They are the biggest fraud, the biggest thief‘s and the worst customer service!!! Their customer service is really bad. I was told that parts will come in within a week and then a week became weekssss and NO ONE CALL to let us know. We have to call back to find out. When we called, they can't find my order and told me to bring my car back so that they can check on the parts numbers, which they should given that i was there the last time and they looked at my car. Upon my request, they checked again and then FOUND my records and told me that part would take a few MORE WEEKS!!!!!

Akrim A. deserves a great dept of gratitude from me. I had what seemed like a very minor condition materialize with my Jaguar the night before I had a very long drive for a client meeting. Akrim's care revealed an unrelated but extremely dangerous condition with one of my tyres. He insisted I leave the vehicle as he did not think it was safe for me. I would never have noticed this condition on my own. I had no reason to check. Without Akrim's genuine concern for me personally, my long drive could have ended very badly. Instead, I was driving a very nice and very safe vehicle provided for me as a courtesy at Akrim's insistence. Akrim and everyone at Howard Orloff, you've been great to me for 26 years!!!! Thank you David Orloff, Daryl Brewer and the techs and engineers! You proved good customer service still exists.

Met Kevin, a customer service driver while attending a conference in Naperville. Kevin told me to have my vehicle serviced at Patrick Land Rover the next time my vehicle needed a service. Made an appointment and drove 50 miles to the dealership. Ernie Bonilla the service manager was a great communicator. Charles Vyse the service technician made a video as he was inspecting my car, showing me all the items that required attention. A checklist was sent to me, allowing me to select all the repairs that i approved of. A loaner vehicle was provided. Two days later Kevin dropped off my vehicle which was detailed inside and out. This amazing experience occurred because Kevin approached me and indulged in a wonderful conversation about range rovers and the good service provided by Patrick Land Rover Thanks a lot Kevin, Ernie and Charles
