Was very patient working with me and the extended warranty company which can be stressful and time consuming very frustrating on my end because I never had to deal with an extended warranty company beforehand. I footed most of the bill later looking over my paperwork the warranty company should’ve covered the other part but all and all they got my vehicle fixed. Learning lesson and I will know next time to ensure the warranty company covers what they are supposed to.

Terrible service department - Jywalker
Love my fiat but the lack of customer service from the service department has made me want to never own another fiat & I am now looking to trade it off because of my experience. It shouldn't be a fight to have warranty work completed on my car. Good luck to anyone that thinks this place cares about the customer.
