Pearson Ford has a great selection of new, pre-owned, and used vehicles first of all. Plus it is in one of my favorite places - Zionsville. What made it so great this time was our experience with our very helpful sales person Katrina Jewell. She is very knowledgable about all makes and models and if she doesn't know, she will find the answer for you. She was not pushy at all and was truly a joy to be around for the two days that my wife and I were there. The whole entire process I felt at ease like we had known each other before this meeting. She has a very warm and friendly presence about her and is a natural for sales I think. This is a rare thing, because I have only encountered this maybe one other time. Thank you Pearson Ford for taking a chance with her. We will be coming back again and telling our friends about her and our experience at Pearson Ford!

In spite of the fact that I had been recently "burned" by another dealer from Illlinois, The sales person Leanne continued to work with me to get over the anxiety that I had experienced when I walked in. She was kind and respectful when I asked questions that could sometimes be taken offensively. She worked hard to get in to a situation that I wanted to be in financially. I have to admit I wasn't as pleasant as I normally am when purchasing am happy, however on this occasion I had been sold a "lemon" from another dealer and was quite perturbed. Anyway by the end of the night I was quite relaxed and felt confident that I had purchased a good vehicle. Art Hill has always done well with selling me vehicles and now I will not go anywhere else. I tried somewhere else because I thought I was getting a "deal" but it turns out that was not the case. I could have saved myself a lot of heartache by going to Art Hill for my original purchase. In this case I am much happier after the sale than when I originally bought the truck, I hope this helps someone make an informed decision. Not all dealers are like the one from Illinois that sold me the lemon, and not all dealers are like Art Hill and the salesperson LeAnne, a true champion for the purchaser.

Used F-150 Nice Truck - ROH1955
Purchased a 2008 F-150 Fuel Module went out after I put 2,500 miles on it. Did buy as is, But sales men did also tell me the truck was in excellent shape, All checked out would have no problems with it. Had it towed in to Currie Ford, Bill was more than expected. I was not happy about it. The business development director did contact me about this. and the problem was worked out. I feel a lot better now. I would go back to Currie Ford. Thank You Nicky.

I hate buying cars, the thought of going to the dealership always makes me anxious. However, this was probably the most relaxed and enjoyable car buying experience I have ever had. My salesperson was Steve and he was wonderful. He worked with me through text messages and e-mails so that when I came to the dealership, which was out of town, I knew exactly what I was going for. I would definitely recommend this dealership and I will go back for my next car purchase.

I purchased a used 2013 Fusion two weeks ago from the sales expert Bob Armstrong. I live in Louisville and traveled to Corydon just to look at the vehicle and express interest with no intention of purchasing until the next few days if I did like the vehicle. Bob not only stayed late on a stormy day to wait for us, he took me on a lengthy test drive encouraging me to get the full feel of the vehicle. I had not at that point had a salesperson care about my approval that much. Well, when the time came to "talk numbers" I can honestly say that Bob and the sales manager (whose name I can not recall) worked with us to get us where we needed to be to afford the vehicle. The finance manager, Joi, made me feel very calm and relaxed with the purchase which can be a stressful time for anyone. I mean, spending 17000 is hard on anyone! Joi was friendly and did not force us in any way and treated my husband and myself with complete respect.
I left a couple hours later with the car and deal of my dreams, 100% satisfied. Heritage Ford has a different vibe than any other dealership I have been to or worked for. The only way you will leave unhappy is if you don't like the car, in which case Bob will work to find you one that you do!
I will also add that their coworker Jimmy came to assist me at the clerks office to transfer the title was stuck with me for a couple hours and made the wait delightful. Thank you for walking this rookie throught the process!

It was my first time buying a car, and an amazing experience for me. I was so happy with the wonderful customer service there, my sales person was really awesome. I loved the way she took the time by searching for the right vehicle for me, and not only that but also worked hard to make sure it worked best for me and what I wanted. Also, the finance manager was very helpful and awesome too. I was really happy with the way he took the time to explain everything to me in detail, his honesty, and made sure I understood it all. I have taken my 2012 Ford Escape to the Sternberg Ford Service Dept. twice now for routine service. Both times the service department staff has been extremely friendly both when making an appointment and while I was there. They are thorough and efficient in the work that they do and they don't attempt to do more work or sell you something that you really don't need. Also, being a novice when it comes to automotive service and repair; they have never acted like any of my questions have been a burden. There is a service station one half mile from my house, but I drive the extra 10 miles; because I know that my vehicle will be in good hands and that's important to me.

Found a used car that I wanted to look at on Autotrader. Paul Branning was the sales rep. I asked him about the history of the car and he gave us the Carfax report. No pressure and he answered all the questions I had. We left and came back later in the afternoon to buy the car. At about closing time Paul helped the others clean the car taking off all the stickers, etc. The only thing I did not like about the dealership was I had to pay $224 for recovery insurance in case the car was stolen and not recovered in the future. They etched a number on the window. In order to collect I would have to buy another car from this dealership with a $250 deductible. I don't know if this is standard practice.
