I purchased a new Ford Fusion last week from Sean McCarty & your sales team. I have to say it was the best experience I have ever had when buying a new vehicle. They really worked together well, had great communication between themselves and to me, & followed through with everything they promised. I shopped around a little before coming back to your dealership and making the Fusion purchase, and I must say because I did, it really made Ray Skillman (Whiteland) stand out alone and ahead of the other dealers (including another Ray Skillman). Your professionalism brought me right back after I went to Stanley Chevrolet in McCordsville and was extremely disappointed in their sales department. They seemed to fight over the sale between salesmen & the sales manager. The whole sales department screamed inexperience, just the opposite of what your dealership provided me with throughout my purchase.
As a whole I just wanted to Thank your whole team from Sean, Nolan & the guys behind the scene to, the only insurance guy I can ever say I liked, Jarod. I really appreciate all of you for making this experience what it was, a great purchase that I'm sure I will repeat in my life, as well as recommend to any one.

From the moment I walked into Art Hill Mazda I was given the Red Carpet Treatment. They had the car I inquired online pulled up front, detailed, and ready for a test drive before my arrival. It was a flawless no haggle deal that held true to their word. There was a special going on over the Memorial Day holiday and I drove away with my new vehicle within a few short hours. I was given top dollar for my trade in, plus an additional $1000.00. The sales associate Lauren Junkin instructed with ease the car's entertainment system. Brian O'Haire, the manager, takes pride in a seem-less sale and services within the dealership. I had read a few older (2013-2014) unfavorable online reviews and had my reservations. However, It is apparent that a newer team is present. Because of my experience I contacted another Mazda dealership in Florida for my college at daughter and was rather disappointed. Art Hill Mazda sets the bar!

I hate buying cars, the thought of going to the dealership always makes me anxious. However, this was probably the most relaxed and enjoyable car buying experience I have ever had. My salesperson was Steve and he was wonderful. He worked with me through text messages and e-mails so that when I came to the dealership, which was out of town, I knew exactly what I was going for. I would definitely recommend this dealership and I will go back for my next car purchase.

Buying a car from a dealership is, generally, not viewed as a pleasant experience. It's usually right up there with going for a root canal or an insurance seminar. Car salesmen are often reviled, and viewed as predatory vultures who've had their ethics removed. When I was contacted by Currie Motors in response to a finance inquiry through a third-party lender, that was what was expected as that was the experience during previous visits to dealerships. What happened was the exact opposite. I was met by the person who had contacted me (Joyce) and cordially greeted. Almost immediately, the salesperson also greeted me. His name is James Salmi. James took the time to ask me what I wanted, rather than tell me what he wanted me to buy. His focus was on my needs, and price range. And, he knocked it out of the park with the very first swing, a 2012 Ford Fusion. He accompanied me on a lengthy test drive, pointed out and explained the various features, and at no time pressured me one iota. He even went so far as to set up my phone connection, and preset the radio. Of course, he didn't have to do this, but did so with a smile. He also provided me with the ownership and service record for the vehicle. He was professional from start to finish. The second person I'd like to mention is Adam Hernandez, the finance manager. He made sure that I knew exactly what the terms of the agreement were, explaining in detail the warranty coverage and finance terms, to name just two. Adam was also very professional, and, like James, applied no pressure to try and push me into a coverage package I did not need or want. The detail person, Ithink his name is Mike, made sure that the car looked great. The whole process took four hours, which was both expedient (in car buying time-it can take much longer) and an actual pleasure. Yes, I said it, a pleasure. Not only will I recommend Currie Motors, and James in particular, I will return there in a few years for my next purchase. We stopped at Fieldhouse Ford to look at the new 2017 Ford Escape. Our salesman Alan Kunzman found exactly the vehicle we wanted even though Fieldhouse Ford didn't have the car in stock. They had the car in and all the accessories added in five days .I have bought many cars over the past fifty years and never have I been happier with a purchase. I purchased a used 2013 Fusion two weeks ago from the sales expert Bob Armstrong. I live in Louisville and traveled to Corydon just to look at the vehicle and express interest with no intention of purchasing until the next few days if I did like the vehicle. Bob not only stayed late on a stormy day to wait for us, he took me on a lengthy test drive encouraging me to get the full feel of the vehicle. I had not at that point had a salesperson care about my approval that much. Well, when the time came to "talk numbers" I can honestly say that Bob and the sales manager (whose name I can not recall) worked with us to get us where we needed to be to afford the vehicle. The finance manager, Joi, made me feel very calm and relaxed with the purchase which can be a stressful time for anyone. I mean, spending 17000 is hard on anyone! Joi was friendly and did not force us in any way and treated my husband and myself with complete respect.
I left a couple hours later with the car and deal of my dreams, 100% satisfied. Heritage Ford has a different vibe than any other dealership I have been to or worked for. The only way you will leave unhappy is if you don't like the car, in which case Bob will work to find you one that you do!
I will also add that their coworker Jimmy came to assist me at the clerks office to transfer the title was stuck with me for a couple hours and made the wait delightful. Thank you for walking this rookie throught the process!

I've bought several cars from Eby over the years, and I well satisfied with the sales stall and especially with their service department.
Every automobile dealership has its good points and bad points, but Eby does try to do good work overall. In some cases have gone over-and-above to keep me satisfied. Clean, comfortable waiting room with popcorn and Starbucks coffee, cable TV (wish you would add CNN, hint) and large variety of magizines.
Over my wife's Sebring convertible over to having it serviced at Eby as the locsl Chrysler dealer is poor at best. They even gave her a loaner for her Sebring as they had to keep it over. Really great

I haven't had a problem with my car til I brought it in to have some recalls taken care of. Now my heater kicks on and off and I've been getting alerts from my. navigation, etc. when they worked on my car it took several days and they didn't give me a loaner so I was stuck without a vehicle. I've never had a dealership do that to me before.
