Was extremely helpful. He also went above what I would call the "normal" for customer service. He made the experience less difficult than I thought it would.
It made me remember why I preferred Ford over other dealerships.
I did not spend as much time with Michael Berg as I did with Reggie Ervin.
However the experience was just as wonderful and he was just as helpful as Reggie.
There is no doubt in my mind which dealership I quill be going for my next car.

This is my 2nd time working with Alex Buker and Ray Skillman Ford in Martinsville, IN. Both times have been very pleasing. Alex was very helpful, asking questions about what I like about each vehicle I was looking at. He got me into the exact Mustang I was wanting at a price that was fair. Next year when our daughter gets a car, Alex will be the first person I see!!!

We were actually on our way to another dealer to look at a truck---stopped for a snack and drove by...Hubby said pull in for a minute. We did---must have been meant to be, bcause they had a truck just exactly what he was looking for. So glad we stopped.

I purchased a used 2013 Fusion two weeks ago from the sales expert Bob Armstrong. I live in Louisville and traveled to Corydon just to look at the vehicle and express interest with no intention of purchasing until the next few days if I did like the vehicle. Bob not only stayed late on a stormy day to wait for us, he took me on a lengthy test drive encouraging me to get the full feel of the vehicle. I had not at that point had a salesperson care about my approval that much. Well, when the time came to "talk numbers" I can honestly say that Bob and the sales manager (whose name I can not recall) worked with us to get us where we needed to be to afford the vehicle. The finance manager, Joi, made me feel very calm and relaxed with the purchase which can be a stressful time for anyone. I mean, spending 17000 is hard on anyone! Joi was friendly and did not force us in any way and treated my husband and myself with complete respect.
I left a couple hours later with the car and deal of my dreams, 100% satisfied. Heritage Ford has a different vibe than any other dealership I have been to or worked for. The only way you will leave unhappy is if you don't like the car, in which case Bob will work to find you one that you do!
I will also add that their coworker Jimmy came to assist me at the clerks office to transfer the title was stuck with me for a couple hours and made the wait delightful. Thank you for walking this rookie throught the process!

I never thought I would be willing to drive 30 minutes from Jeffersontown, Ky. to Jim O'Neal to buy a car. After our experience at this dealership, I would drive hours to have this experience again. I felt like my husband and I were the only customers they had that day. My husband and I wanted to purchase a Platinum Explorer. We had our eye on a certain color and interior. Jim O'Neal didn't have this vehicle, but went and brought one to their lot for us. They spent time showing us all the bells and whistles on the new car. We never felt rushed in any part of the process. They took the time to explain everything and made sure the best options were presented to us. They made sure we got the best deal possible and a fair trade in price. The owner even stayed engaged with us that day. He obviously creates a work environment similar to his beliefs and standards that has kept this dealership around for all of these years.I have recommended them to everyone I know and when it gets time to purchase another vehicle, I am not going to look anywhere else. We had been to Tri-County and Bill Collins Ford. I would not use either of these places. They do not put the customer first.

Currie Motors in Valparaiso, IN, is by far the BEST car dealership I have ever dealt with and I have been buying cars and trucks for over 40 years. I had some pretty serious issues with an F150 I bought from the previous owners and Currie stepped up to the plate and made everything right. The General Manager, Leo Sfikas is one-of-kind, a consummate professional and an individual who genuinely cares about his customers. Unlike other "car salesmen" who treat you like just another "sale," Leo treats you with respect and a friendly manner that simply can't be faked. Dealing with Leo is like dealing with an old and treasured friend. Leo went above and beyond the call of duty in restoring my faith in Ford Motor Company and in helping me locate the new truck I wanted.
The atmosphere inside the Valpo Currie dealership is warm and friendly, no "pushy" hard sell going on there... everyone says "Hi" with a smile and the folks we dealt with were all extremely friendly and helpful.
Our salesman, a fine young man named Justin Pomeroy, is just the epitome of what you would want from a car salesman, knowledgeable, very polite, extremely helpful, not pushy or disingenuous... he really is a great guy who actually goes that extra mile for his customers. Justin made our purchase a smooth, painless process and I would highly recommend him to ANYONE looking to buy a vehicle.

I haven't had a problem with my car til I brought it in to have some recalls taken care of. Now my heater kicks on and off and I've been getting alerts from my. navigation, etc. when they worked on my car it took several days and they didn't give me a loaner so I was stuck without a vehicle. I've never had a dealership do that to me before.
