Our visiting Eddy's Everything Chevrolet Cadillac was the best truck shopping experience, ever !!!! This was our third vehicle purchased from this Dealership. We reside in Oklahoma, but found in our search for a truck here was not possible; the dealers were unfriendly, some very unprofessional and downright rude!! (Stuterville Chevrolet, Ponca City, Ok). We went to Texas; similar experience. Reluctantly we went back to Oklahoma, and decided to go to lunch at a Rock-N-Brews in Braman, and met a couple with an "Eddy's Everything Chevrolet/Cadillac, Wichita, Kansas" badge on the tail gate of their truck, like the one I was looking for. We met the couple and they swore about the treatment they received at this place! We went there the next day. I drove home a brand new truck in a matter of a couple of hours!! We went back the following year for a bigger engine and 4x4 feature, and drove home yet another, brand new Chevy Silverado 1500 Trail Boss !!! With all the travelling and camping we enjoy, my wife was missing heated seats, and some refinements. We drove up to Wichita and drove home a beautiful, brand new Chevy Silverado RST !!!! It is perfect for our needs and driving habits; low enough so my wife can get in and out, but lifted enough to clear obstacles and brush! She loves the HEATED STEERING WHEEL!!!!! Our Silverado RST: Rides like a Cadillac, runs like a Camaro!!!!!!! We tell all our friends and family about the wonderful experience and treatment we ALWAYS receive at this amazing Dealership. Chris was our sales associate and made every attempt, successfully to ensure our endeavor was not a waste of time or money. We absolutely love our new truck but can't wait to get back to see what Eddy's Team has up their sleeve next year!!!!!! Eddy's Everything Chevrolet/Cadillac of Wichita Kansas is the best representation of a Chevrolet Dealership, what it should look like and feel like !!! Eddy's nailed it!!!!! Thank you, to all the folks who pulled together to make certain we were comfortable, excited and never once left us wondering if we did the right thing or not. You can do it too; It's easy!!! Stopped in on the last day of the month to look at a truck and ended up purchasing it. It only came with 1 key and 1 fob. I asked that I get 2 keys and fobs and Jordan D. made that happen. Had to wait a month but he followed through. Only took 45 min in service. I wish all of my big purchases could go this well.

These guys don't play any games. Hands down the best new car buying experience I've ever had. They didn't try marking up the MSRP with a dealer added market adjustment. They didn't try adding a bunch of overpriced and mostly useless dealer add-ons as a "required" package. They didn't spend an hour trying to sell me aftermarket warranties or services after I said I wasn't interested. I only spent two hours and twenty minutes between the two visits to the dealership to order, and then buy and pick up my new EUV. Ed, Randy, and Dave did a great job on getting me in, out, and on my way. I'll be back when I'm ready to get my next EV.

Had a car totaled because of hail damage and needed to find another vehicle. I have never been to Jim Clark Chevy, so I thought I would go take a look. Danny met me at the front door and helped me right away to start looking. Drove 2 vehicle and ended up taking one home for the weekend so my wife could see and drive. Went back Monday afternoon and she wanted to try a couple more out. We ended up getting the one we tried first and Danny was great through it all ! Did all of the paperwork with Jarrod and Danny got the car ready for us to take home. It was a Great car buying experience and would definitely go back again.

My family as purchase at least 20 vehicles since 1977 and have always gotten a fair deal or better. All of us have used Clark Chevrolet for service and repairs. Their prices are almost always lower then other dealers or repair shops and they will not do any work or sell you anything your vehicle does not need.

My car is a Braun handicap accessible vehicle that I took for service at Jay Hatfield Mobility. My experience was horrible there! Had my car for 4 days, looked at it 1 day and stated “we don’t know what’s wrong with it, come get it”. Even though they did find a drain on the battery. Picked it up, brought it home and the next day battery was dead again. Syd was rude in the service dept and he was very unprofessional and absolutely no interest in fixing my issue! Since then it was towed to United Access were they are more than willing to keep It until it’s fixed!!

Contacted this dealership for obvious reasons but mostly because I have bad credit. Ricky got in touch with me. Every time he said he was working on something for me he wouldn’t get back to me until a week or more later. I’ve worked in car sales and I know they are slammed with customers at times but not so much that they can’t get back with a customer. He finally told me out of the blue that he was working on something for me. I live an hour and a half away so I told him that I wanted to get most of the deal done before I make the drive and I want to know what vehicle he is working on. He didn’t answer my question and I haven’t heard from him at all. Stay clear of this dealership.

I just purchased a vehicle from this dealership and my salesman was the GREATEST that I have ever dealt with and I have purchased many vehicles but J Lynn Sullivan is the best She called when she said she would, she treated me as if I was right there with them, she was honest about everything concerning the vehicle, she was honest about everything she could do and couldn’t do and delivered on EVERYTHING she promised. I will without a doubt purchased again from here because of her!! She made the entire process simple and when something wasn’t correct she made sure it got fixed and that’s important when purchasing a vehicle online.
