Exceptional , Over the top, exceptional! Cannot say enough, the professional, attentiveness and the best customer service I have had at a Ford Dealership. Below zero temperatures and 1.5 hours from home and Scott Sitton and his staff (sorry I don't remember the other names) were able to quickly diagnose and get me back on the road in less than 30 minutes. (Air Filter clogged with snow 2012-Lincoln MKX) When my wife decides that she needs an upgrade we will definitely be shopping your way.

This is an update to my earlier review-"Disappointed..." So I got a call from the service department. They admitted the mechanic overlooked the problem with the sway or stabilizer bar and they got me in at my convenience and took care of the repair. I hate that I have to keep going back to get things done, but once they knew what happened they got right on it. I do appreciate that.

Adam in this particular instance and overall every time I've taken my Highlander in for service is heads and shoulders above every other car dealership I've done business with. My problem was actually all on my shoulders (unrealized at the time) and regardless these guys did at least 3 backflips to take care of it and me. They didn't have to take care of it, didn't make me feel stupid over it and were nothing but graceful handling it. This is my second Toyota bought here and will not be my last. First off, I must say that Chance Hall is the best Service Manager I have ever interacted with at Walser BMW of Wichita!! I have owned a few BMWs and have been going to Walser for 6+ years now for my service appointments. I brought my latest BMW i3 in for it’s yearly service and to get some visual imperfections fixed. The quirkiness of my i3 caused some issues and Chance immediately stepped in being the fine manager he is and got all of the issues taken care of completely. I have had my fair share of interactions with previous Service Advisors and Service Mangers over the years and Chance is by far the best one I have interacted with. He actually cares about the reputation of Walser BMW and he takes pride in the of quality service his team provides. Thanks to Chance, I am 1000% satisfied with Walser and want to thank him for his excellence and coming through for me.
