Recently I had a tire issue and had went back to the tire company I purchased from ( a very well known tire store) who believe it or not.. Couldn't find the slow leak.. I had a good friend who recommended Bachman Volkswagon and I took their advice! I was treated like family from the first call to getting promptly in.. They found that I had a nail inside the wall of the tire within a short time.. I knew I was going to need new tires soon, so went ahead and got all 4 done.. I was so impressed with their prompt professional service, I'd gladly recommend my family and friends to them with no hesitation!

Friendly, Respectful this is how I would describe Don Jacobs service dept. Brian gives customer service that is lacking in so many businesses today. Brian makes it a point to know u and your car. Brian gives personalized customer service. I am forever a VW Don Jacobs customer.

Service manager refused to do an alignment which I... - segfault
Service manager refused to do an alignment which I specifically requested, claimed the reason my car was pulling to the right was a leaking tire on the right side, which they patched. Failed to do a tire inspection which was required as part of the 20,000 mile interval service on a Jetta. Had they done this they would have noticed feathering at the inside edges of the tires, indicating an alignment problem. After I made another appointment to get an alignment, they billed me for an alignment without performing one. Tim French, the owner of the dealership, eventually refunded the money I paid them for the alignment after I presented an invoice from another alignment shop showing that the car had not been aligned at Montgomery Imports.
They made little to no effort to resolve the chronic rattles and engine knock in my Jetta. Another dealership eventually found a bad intake manifold changeover valve as the cause of the engine noise and put foam under the VIN plate to fix the rattle.
