Radiator light on - MYMARIAP
Justin got me in quickly, and was very thorough when explaining that the light wasn't the radiator warning. I had just purchased this car from Jake Sweeney and was just getting to know it. The light was the indicator on the trip dash, where you can scroll through via wiper handle to see all kinds of information. And it was defaulting to the temp of the engine reading.
They were quick and thorough and polite. Just what I like!
Great Experience! - Cat Fan
We bought a 2013 VW Beetle. This was our first purchase at Bachman. Thane Christenson was great to deal with and very helpful. Would buy from again.
DO NOT BELEIVE WHAT YOU ARE TOLD FROM THIS DEALERS REP's!!!! - Jeff Drinnen
Called Dealer last week while on Vacation to purchase a Beetle for my wife. Price quoted was fair. Was going to trade my wife's CRV. I explained to the dealer every issue with vehicle, slight accident no sheet metal repair or paint just the rubber bumper replaced by Insurance Co., current mileage, VIN # of vehicle no tears or stains in the interior, no dents or scratches on paint, while also sending pictures of the vehicle. The CRV has been serviced regularly by Rusty Wallace Honda in Knoxville Tenn. The salesman (Gabe) told me over the phone that my car would bring 11k if in good condition and 9k if rough. I understood that perfectly. I even reiterated this with Gabe my car was worth 9k if rough and 11k if in good condition. We arrive home on Sunday from vacation and my wife was so excited to get her new car that she drives the 3 hrs to Lexington today (Monday) to finalize the trade. WELL not so fast Chico...................once she arrived at the dealership today our car suddenly brings no more than 9k on trade no matter what condition its in. Salesman told me he did not say it would be worth 11k if in good condition. My wife was forced to return home without her new car. If I say something to someone I am prepared to back it up as gospel. I expect those that tell me something to do so also. If in fact he would have told me that our car would bring no more than 9K on trade I would not have wasted my time or my wifes time.
Long story short is do not believe what the employees of this dealer tells you. It will not be what you get. If in fact I had traded given the false info we were given what else would we have been lied to about? Guess that is the bright side not trading with this dealership. Off to find my wife a Beetle at another dealership.
I bought a new Jetta GLI - Hairgirl01
Our experience here was great. Very stress free. We got the car we really wanted... At the price we wanted. Our finance time after we agreed to buy was around 30 minutes... Really great customer service. Dale Webster and Tim Roberts were a big help and very friendly
Service manager refused to do an alignment which I... - segfault
Service manager refused to do an alignment which I specifically requested, claimed the reason my car was pulling to the right was a leaking tire on the right side, which they patched. Failed to do a tire inspection which was required as part of the 20,000 mile interval service on a Jetta. Had they done this they would have noticed feathering at the inside edges of the tires, indicating an alignment problem. After I made another appointment to get an alignment, they billed me for an alignment without performing one. Tim French, the owner of the dealership, eventually refunded the money I paid them for the alignment after I presented an invoice from another alignment shop showing that the car had not been aligned at Montgomery Imports.
They made little to no effort to resolve the chronic rattles and engine knock in my Jetta. Another dealership eventually found a bad intake manifold changeover valve as the cause of the engine noise and put foam under the VIN plate to fix the rattle.
