I always "sing the praises of LL Bean" whose corporate is in Maine and now I've found an auto dealership that also exceeds the expectations of their customer.

There was a person in a glass enclosed office who looked up at me several times... never got up to offer any help. After about 25 minutes of no help, I finally left. I sent an email to the dealership manager about my experience, I received no reply.
