Finally spoke to a salesperson who promised that he would get some one from service to call be back. I guess the message is they do not need my business. (Sad face).

Annapolis is a real hoke for me seeing as how I am in Virginia, but it IS WORTH THE DRIVE!!!!!!! If you are frustrated at the level of service you receive for your "elastic" economic good - i.e. a "luxury vehicle" (as Mini of Sterling liked to tell me when they were justifying their prices), then come to Mini of Annapolis. At the very least, you can treat yourself to a meal on the bay....
