Recently I had issues with missing keys to my civ both sets we lost and I called the dealership about getting them replaced. They explained what needed to be done and made arrangements to get the problem solved.Middle of this problem my husband was in the hospital in serious condition. It took many days to get back with them to work out arrangements it was with help and patience that the keys (fob) were matched with the civ. they worked with me on the price. They couldn't have given bette service!!

Repairs fixed - halcyon

Had some warranty repairs that need to be taken care of and the dealership was great. They did have to order a part so I had to come back again (but not their fault) and everything was completed. Friendly, knowledgeable service people and they gave me good estimate of how long it would take for the repairs to be completed and they were on target since I was waiting each time.

When I got my car there was one issue on driver side window. I went there and they fixed it. But later on I couldnt open or close passenger side window, from driver side master switch and I got some recalls letter from Honda. I wanted appointment from O Donnell Honda service for my recalls, they didn't give me. So I had to find another Honda service. Today I went there, and they found the problem and fixed it.when O'Donnel service fixed driver side window they did not update the software, and I had to pay 300$ for fix passenger side window issue.

service dept will not take appointments. Their web site allows you to schedule your appointent, day & hour, but it is first come first service. So don’t buy your car here. We can’t get a recall completed from them for 2 years now.

Terrible dealership. My niece bought her car from here 5 months ago. 3 weeks ago she had to take it in and they said it would cost her 2k to fix. After she paid them, she called to check on when it would be ready for pick up and they said they couldnt find it!! how do you lose a car?! eventually they called her back and said it was taken to another shop but it will be ready in 2 days. she picked it up on Friday the 25th and today the 28th! it is not turning on!!! how can a new car have this many issues?! the GM has been very nasty to my niece and they do not care. DO NOT SHOP HERE.

They use OEM parts. The work is great. Super friendly service. You’re kept updated throughout the process. I picked up my car and was like “WOW”. I don’t know what they use to clean the outside but my car don’t look that good when it was brand new. I wish the had a detail service. I’ve had to use them a few times and am always happy. I won’t use anywhere else.

After visiting Norris Honda and Firestone regarding a repair, I chose Graff's, as they seemed more confident about doing the job than Firestone and much less money than Norris Honda. Honda said they charged so much because their mechanics were certified - I asked because I knew the job did not take much time and the parts were not that expensive. Anyway, the job was done well by Graff's and within my budget. I recommend them.

My Pontiac Grand Am was involved in a fender bender in which my trunk lid was bent and my rear bumper was punctured. Hanagan's was recommended to me as an inexpensive and high-quality auto repair shop. I was impressed with the quick and friendly service. Even when I had to return to have a followup repair (they had repainted my entire trunk lid and a little bit of the paint had come loose from where the trunk closed), they did the work quickly and cheerfully--no cost. It's never fun to have your car in the shop but Hanagan's at least makes the experience as stress-less as possible

I've been going to this dealer for years. Mr. Franz Pichardo has always been pleasant, professional, honest and tries his best to give his customers the best prices he can. My vehicle has lasted a long time because as far as I can tell, they do the work as it should be done. When I leave their establishment after having service done, I feel confident I won't have any problems. And I haven't. I'm sorry many people haven't had positive experiences there, but unfortunately it depends on who you deal with. Ms. Jeannie who schedules the appts. is great too.
