When I tell you that the service department team (which includes Jervon Young and Aaron Dawson who is the manager) exhibits the worst customer service in the DMV, it is not an exaggeration to state this. I have contacted the general manager who also has done zero about the poor quality of service that are being offered to their customers. I have had this young man actually come across in such an unprofessional and inappropriate demeanor, that I contacted my attorneys about the interaction. I created a case with Hyundai regarding this; this Sheehy Hyundai of Waldorf has proven to me that they not only don’t care, but you have to make sure that they’re not getting over on you. They have basically convinced me through their interactions that Hyundai is not a brand that I will invest in going forward. I should never have to question if the products that were supplied to me (which was supposed to be a new catalytic converter) doesn’t work after putting it in my vehicle. I’ve been coming to them since July 2023 and my car is still not fixed at all! My vehicle is there currently only because my part is under warranty. They will not give me a loaner and told me that they won’t even look at my vehicle for a full week because they’re “short staffed”.
