Service Director Tim Hardiek is a no nonsense director that relates to the customer. I had a repair that did not go as planned and needed to be readdressed.. After a very civil conversation he came to a decision that was fair and will induce me to return for future visits should my car need repair.

I do wish that they had more loaner cars available for people who can not wait in the service lobby but it was not necessary for me to have a loaner at this most recent appointment so I used the time to speak to sales regarding a new vehicle.

It is quick to make an apt on the app and the service dept is TOP NOTCH! I sat and waited for my vehicle in their beautiful new waiting area and had the opportunity to hear them speak with several customers.
