He crunched some numbers with his superior and after doing what I like to call the salesman-shuffle relay (back and forth a few times), he came up with a figure that I could work with. Mr. Richards kept in touch with me throughout my buying process, as I did not have the entire down payment needed to buy the car at the time of purchase. He took care of all the odds and ends and even had my car detailed and hand washed on a rainy day, when it clearly did not need to be.
Overall, my experience was amazing. 5 out of 5 stars. I would recommend this dealership, and especially this car salesman, to anyone. My daughter will be buying a new car before years end and Harr will be the first place, and likely the last, we will visit. The entire staff at the dealership was amazing!! It is quite obvious that they all enjoy each others company and working together to make the customers happy and comfortable :)
