I had missed owning a truck and my car had served me well, but it was time to retire my eco cruiser and return to the world of driving something with a little more machismo. I saw the Frontier that I'd wanted online, I emailed an inquiry and the rest was magic. The Salesman / Truck Bro for Life that I had the pleasure of dealing with, was Mr. Jan Janiak. Jan was awesome. I'd had a less than satisfactory car buying experience at Bertera Nissan a few years before, so I was ready to do the car buying dance... no salsa or waltzing necessary, this was the most laid back easy, informative car buying experience that I'd ever had. Jan answered every question that I had about the truck, the warranty, the meaning of life... we had a good time. He was respectful, and definitely made me feel comfortable with my purchase. The dealership was on the ball with getting my registration taken care of, the inspection, and really going through the truck to make sure everything was just right for me and the Frontier to begin our life together. I love my truck, and I had a great time buying it. I totally recommend this dealership, and I definitely recommend talking to Jan.

So after writing one bad review against Norwood's Boch Nissan I got calls and emails from the BDC team to give them another opportunity to make a deal. This time I got the numbers confimed in an email from one of the BDC Managers to avoid my last time's pathetic experience where the sales rep gave a confirmation over call but both the sales rep and their sales manager denied in person. BDC manager booked an appointment with the same sales rep in Boch Nissan but this time they had their General Sales Manager as well in the deal. After waiting for almost 1.5 hrs, GSM called us and rudely denied the confirmed numbers saying they can't make a deal as they were not able to match the CONFIRMED numbers from one of their BDC managers only.
I want to bring to everybody's notice about their rude and unprofessional behaviour where they waste customer's valuable time and lie over phone about the deals. This is not the first time I faced the same issue with Norwood's BOCH NISSAN but the SECOND time.
Another example of cheating or not providing full information is where the sales rep/GSM suddenly increases the upfront fees and other charges to $1350 approx. Wherein the numbers again CONFIRMED over email by BDC manager was $599 that included registration fees($135), sticker fee($35) and documentation fee($429).
On top of all this mess, their GSM was highly rude and threating us instead of being apologetic that it happened all over again!!
After all these incidents, I expected an apology atleast. It was like a mental harassment for me to go there again and again and face such an offensively impolite behavior
Stay away from Boch Nissan and their Sales manager and general manager!

I am a single mother of 2 small children who was just looking for a good car for me and my children. I spent every last dime i had and traveled an hour just to get there to buy what i thought was a good car for us. I picked the car up and it had a rejection sticker but was promised it was just a drive cycle needed to be done. On day 39 of owning this vehicle the head gasket blew. I called them to see if there was anything they could do and they refused to help me in anyway, claiming it was my fault for leaving with a rejection sticker on. They are just a bunch of crooks looking to take advantage of anyone they can. I will not be recomending them to anyone and will be taking my case to small claims court.

I really wasn't in the market for a car for about 6 months, but I was in a car accident just before Christmas. Thankfully, I was OK, but my Honda Civic was totalled. It was time to upgrade to a cross over vehicle. We contacted all Nissan dealers (Albany,NY and Springfield,MA) and Johnson Nissan had the best price. We dealt with Laura from the start, and she was nothing but professional, honest and courteous. She went out of her way to make the process as easy as possible, knowing that it was a traumatic time as well because of my car accident.When I picked up my vehicle, she spent over an hour with me in the vehicle setting up my bluetooth, going through every feature, etc. This really impressed me - I've never had a car salesperson do that before! I have already recommended Laura and Johnson Nissan to friends and co-workers.
