Last month I bought a new car from Kelly Nissan. I cannot say enough good things about not only the entire process but my salesman Adriano Carlo. From the second I walked into the dealership Adriano was professional and not the slightest bit pushy. I explained to him exactly what I was looking for and he immediately worked with me on getting the deal done. He was completely honest with me throughout the entire process (having bought two cars before, this doesn't always happen). I couldn't be happier with the deal I got and with my new Sentra.

Everytime I go to service my vehicle the experience I have is always outstanding. After being welcomed by Keith yesterday I was able to comfortably wait for my car and take advantage of the free WiFi so I wouldn't miss my meeting for work. Keith then took the time to show me a few vehicles I was intrested in as my lease is coming up soon. Before I knew it my car was ready and I was able to continue my day. Thank you Keith for always making the long trip from providence completely worth it.

I had a terrific car buying experience at Colonial Nissan. I traded in my 2003 Camry XLE for a 2014 Nissan Altima S. Mike was terrific in walking me through the Used Altima options, and explaining the different features of each vehicle. It was my first time buying and Mike was very patient with me. When it came to financing, Matthew, Mike and Tom all worked tirelessly to get to a price that I could afford and I felt was fair. They worked with me on the trade-in value for my Camry, which I appreciated. Gene in Financing was also very helpful in explaining clearly all the elements of what I was signing for. I visited a few other places in the area and was not pleased at all with my experience and the sales tactics which were used on me, but I did not feel that way at Colonial Nissan. I would certainly go back for my next purchase and will refer my friends there, as well. Thanks again guys for such a good first time car buying experience!

Went in Sept 12 17. Got my car that day. Got it registered and inspected 2 days later. Shawn answered any question I had, and worked with me to get the price down. If your buying a new Nissan go here you wont be dissapointed.

I was quoted a specific price to get the two front struts done by Chris the service adviser on my Nissan Sentra. When I went to pick up my car the cost was about $300.00 dollars more then I was expecting. I called and asked to speak with Chris and he was not available so I left him a voice mail to call me back so I could understand the discrepancy in the price. I did hear back from Chris and he is trying to help me out with future service. He saw that the price for the struts were different then what he quoted me and is trying to work something out with his Manager on a discount with a future service job that is needed. Just the fact that they are trying to help me out and make things better means all the difference. Thanks! I appreciate it very much Chris!

Buying my Nissan Rogue sport this past summmer was by far the best car buying experience I have ever had. Thiago made me feel valued and everyone at the dealership worked with me to get me exactly what I was looking for. As a woman coming in alone to purchase a car I was hesitant after past experiences, but not at Nissan I felt like I was treated with the respect that I had not felt I was given at other dealerships. The manager,Carlos never made me feel pressured and that was the best feeling. Even when there was a tiny spot on my car that was nothing one of the employees who was not even working with me ( Fidora I believe) took me down to their car wash to take it off because she knew it was bothering me. Everyone went above and beyond to make my car buying experience such a positive one. I am grateful and would recommend this dealership to everyone I know

I purchased my nissan rogue 2017 from Auto Fair. First of all the customer service is very worst and service team is pathetic and worst. For any problem, they will ask you to pay for it. Due to reverse sensor was not correctly, i had accident while reversing but they denied to fix the problem. Even though the suppost to work during reverse parking.

I recently leased a new Nissan Rogue at Mastria Nissan and everyone was wonderful to deal with from my salesman John Furtado who listened to my needs and took great care of me. He truly made the experience less cumbersome. Also the other staff from Brian who helped with financing, Gary in the business office and Chris who took me through my new car helping me set up my Bluetooth and even helping me empty my car. I would highly recommend them and it was the best experience! They also have the best service dept have brought my Honda there and Helder has always gone out of his way to help me. boch never responded or even tried too. they did work on my car without fully diagnosing it and I had to bring my car to a bodyshop to do an insurance claim because what they did was one out of 5 things that needed to get done on my car an that one thing was 630 and they tried to charge me another 700 to do more work. I don't got time for back and forth especially when they aren't diagnosing and advising customers the right way. they could've easily told me to just go thru my insurance instead they charged me 630 and now I have to pay 1000 deductible for insurance. the service manager also had the nerve to tell me get my money back through my insurance and that he doesnt give two xxxxx about the nissan survey it doesnt effect him. so you know see what kind of service they are offering i will be posting this to every site online from dealerrater to yelp to google so everyone gets to see how xxxxxx up bochs service is and how they dont care about there customers.

I really wasn't in the market for a car for about 6 months, but I was in a car accident just before Christmas. Thankfully, I was OK, but my Honda Civic was totalled. It was time to upgrade to a cross over vehicle. We contacted all Nissan dealers (Albany,NY and Springfield,MA) and Johnson Nissan had the best price. We dealt with Laura from the start, and she was nothing but professional, honest and courteous. She went out of her way to make the process as easy as possible, knowing that it was a traumatic time as well because of my car accident.When I picked up my vehicle, she spent over an hour with me in the vehicle setting up my bluetooth, going through every feature, etc. This really impressed me - I've never had a car salesperson do that before! I have already recommended Laura and Johnson Nissan to friends and co-workers.
