I started off the day just bringing my car in for an oil change and inspection but in the end it was determined I needed to get a new car. I was able to obtain a new lease and drive off the lot same day without any stress. Alex was great to work with. He listened to what was important to me, addressed all of my concerns and only provided me with options within my budget. My husband and I recently purchased a new Nissan Rogue from this dealership, after visiting several dealerships to narrow down which car we wanted to purchase. Working with Jim was a pleasure and he made purchasing our new vehicle an easy, stress-free process. He was very knowledgeable about the car, where one of the major facets of his sales technique seems to be describing features on the car in detail and letting it sell itself (rather than using a more pressure or guilt-filled style which we encountered in other dealerships), and after our purchase took the time to walk us through different features. I would highly recommend both him and this dealership (including the finance and service department). Also, the car is awesome.

My wife and I went to the dealership to find out about extending the lease on our 2014 Maxima but after alternatives discussed with Calvin, our salesman, and Pierre, the Finance Mgr. related to new offerings just released and then subsequently having a discussion with the GM, John Murray, we decided to enter a new Maxima lease. Calvin and Pierre were very informative and patient with me given the number of questions I had, all of which were answered quite well and John was knowledgeable, helpful and very friendly. All were very pleasant to deal with.

I believe they gave me good advise for what my car needs are without pushing to have it done. I will certainly continue using Bourne Nissan. I purchased my nissan rogue 2017 from Auto Fair. First of all the customer service is very worst and service team is pathetic and worst. For any problem, they will ask you to pay for it. Due to reverse sensor was not correctly, i had accident while reversing but they denied to fix the problem. Even though the suppost to work during reverse parking.

That was before I went to coastal Nissan and worked with Tony in service. He made sure I knew what the issue was, The expense to fix it and the time it would take to fix it. I felt very taken care of and I highly recommend going to Coastal and working with Tony. He was awesome!

boch never responded or even tried too. they did work on my car without fully diagnosing it and I had to bring my car to a bodyshop to do an insurance claim because what they did was one out of 5 things that needed to get done on my car an that one thing was 630 and they tried to charge me another 700 to do more work. I don't got time for back and forth especially when they aren't diagnosing and advising customers the right way. they could've easily told me to just go thru my insurance instead they charged me 630 and now I have to pay 1000 deductible for insurance. the service manager also had the nerve to tell me get my money back through my insurance and that he doesnt give two xxxxx about the nissan survey it doesnt effect him. so you know see what kind of service they are offering i will be posting this to every site online from dealerrater to yelp to google so everyone gets to see how xxxxxx up bochs service is and how they dont care about there customers.

I really wasn't in the market for a car for about 6 months, but I was in a car accident just before Christmas. Thankfully, I was OK, but my Honda Civic was totalled. It was time to upgrade to a cross over vehicle. We contacted all Nissan dealers (Albany,NY and Springfield,MA) and Johnson Nissan had the best price. We dealt with Laura from the start, and she was nothing but professional, honest and courteous. She went out of her way to make the process as easy as possible, knowing that it was a traumatic time as well because of my car accident.When I picked up my vehicle, she spent over an hour with me in the vehicle setting up my bluetooth, going through every feature, etc. This really impressed me - I've never had a car salesperson do that before! I have already recommended Laura and Johnson Nissan to friends and co-workers.
