Corey was great - Greenivy6
I worked with Corey Ragusa at Kelly Nissan. He was friendly and helpful. He made it possible for me to return my leased Versa early and purchase a preowned 2013 Rogue. The car is great and I drove off the lot in it within a few hours. I would recommend Corey to anyone looking to buy a Nissan.
EXCEPTIONAL CUSTOMER SERVICE - Pckrsfan1
My son bought his first car yesterday and our sales person, Clay Holt, was OUTSTANDING!!! He was friendly, helpful, personable and stuck with us through a few bumps in the sale process.
I would highly recommend Mr. Holt and Milford Nissan to anyone looking for a new car or any repeat buyers. Smart, friendly and affordable!! Great service all around!!! Very happy 😊!!!
Amazing experience!!! - ELSAROSARIO
Mounir Bezzari was absolutely a pleasure to do business with! He gave me an amazing experience, and made me feel very comfortable, and confident about leasing my first car. I will definitely refer Mounir to friends and family. The other gentlemen at Nissan Beverly were also very polite, and welcoming.

Stephen Clarke - Outstanding Service! - DJ
As soon as we arrived at Curry Nissan, Stephen Clarke, went out of his way to introduce himself to us and welcome us to the dealership. Once we sat down and began discussing different options, Steve was very detailed and made sure he knew exactly what we were looking for. After getting all of the details, Steve informed us about a 2016 Nissan Rogue. Steve then went and brought the Rogue around from the back, to us, so we could test drive it. Before, we did the test drive, Steve went into specific detail about all the the Rogue's features. While on the test drive, Steve continued to share his knowledge about the vehicle and then discussed the history of Curry Nissan and the one of a kind services and warranties Curry Nissan provides. Once we returned back from the test drive, we discussed with Steve what we could afford and he presented us with a few options we could go with. After about a half hour of negotiation, Steve and the sales manager, Fitz, offered us a deal we simply could not pass up. Steve and the rest of the Curry Nissan family truly go out of their way to do what is best for the customer. If you are looking for a new car, Curry Nissan is the place to go and Stephen Clarke is the sales consultant to see. I HIGHLY recommend Curry Nissan and Steve Clarke to anyone who is car shopping.

We recently purchased a Altima from Colonial Nissan Of Medford. Our buying experience with Vinny Varacalli and other members of the staff at colonial was pleasant, without pressure and very enjoyable. Everything we expected and requested was honored and followed through details. Thanks

Great First Experience - Cherylcdb1018
Bought a certified, used Murano today. Salesman, Vadim, kept in close contact and followed up often as he was looking for what I wanted. He notified me that a car was available to look at. His managers and higher-ups were also courteous, reasonable, and very serviable. They made the buying process clear and easy. Beyond the warranty remaining on my car, Clay offers a free, longer warranty for drive train. Free car washes any time. I'm hoping I love my Murano as much as I enjoyed my Camry.
Best Sales Rep Yaw & Team - Jd
Yaw Atwereboanah made today's transaction and decision making one that I couldn't refused. He's very patient and courteous. Go see him.
Great treatment - Jake
Kevin treated Colleen with such professionalism that she bought a new 2015 Altima. I was so impressed with him that I went back 6 months later and bought a 2016 Frontier from Kevin. Great guy.
They got me in a better car than I was ever expecting! - N.Paquette412
My 2008 Nissan Rogue had died due to a bunch of issues. I was upside down in a loan now for a car that didn't work. I by chance had my car towed to Bertera because of the issues my car was having and it needed to be at a dealership. When I got there I had informed them that I would rather not fix my car and try to get into a new one. While I was expecting a downgrade because of my budget and current situation, these men somehow got me in a newer bigger vehicle within my price range, they also extended the warranty to 100,000 miles. They went out of their way for me and my family to make sure I had a reliable vehicle. I worked wit Jim and Amir and I feel like they were my car angels!
Excellent Sales Department - Colleen/David Parslow
Had a wonderful buying experience recently at Nissan in Westboro. Sales rep, Nicholas Fillman, was invaluable in helping to locate a 2016 in the perfect color for a very reasonable price. Nicholas was very knowledgeable on vehicle purchased, thoroughly explained all the options and details, and answered all our questions. I most definitely give him an overall rating of 5 for the above reasons and also for his professional manner and great attitude!

Experience in Leasing a new vehicle - Rocco
Have always bought vehicles from Sullivan Brothers Nissan in the past. This is the second car we leased. 2016 Nissan Rogue was my purchase, Nick Boutin, Sales and Leasing Consultant was very helpful and made the sale so much easier for me. Knowledgeable about the car and its features.
Also dealt with Ned Daly, Finance Manager who was extremely helpful in the final paperwork and purchase.
Paul O'Sullivan, General Manager was my first contact, who was extremely helpful and put me in touch with Nick Boutin.
All of the people there are very friendly and hospitable.
Nick made it a special point that if I had any questions in the future I could call him.
Employees dealt with:
Paul O'Sullivan, Nick Boutin, Ned Daly, and Chris Logan.
Great Experience - Kped724
Art was great to work with. He went above and beyond to make sure I was satisfied with my purchase and to do anything he could to help make the process a smooth one. Art is not the typical car salesman I have dealt with in the past. Toby was also great to work with in the finance department.
Used Certified Altima - Korey B
I cant say enough about the 2 people that helped me most in all of this to make my dream come true. Thank you so much Mr. Thiago and Kenia. You guys are awesome. I was unsure that I was going to be able to get out of my lease but with the help of you both I was able too.. there is no words to express how much I thank you. I love this dealership already. you both were honest from the beginning answering all my questions and explaining everything to me. I had a positive experience.
False advertisment - needlehaystack
Be careful about this dealer's advertisement on their web site. I was looking for a used car (Nissan Altima) in the range of 15000. I found a car on their listing for 14999. I thought I can get the price they listed. In the end, it turns out the real price is $400 more, unless you take a car loan from Nissan finance! I wanted to pay in cash in full amount. But they said it is not possible to get the car at that price without going through the loan! By the way, nothing in the advertisement you can find a clause to state this arrangement. In fact, my wife even chatted with their sales person online and was told nothing of this trickery. For the loan, I can opt to hold the load for 3 month and then pay it off without penalty. But that incurs extra $200+ financial cost in the end. Not a big deal. Just feel cheated and left with some bad taste in my mouth. Why people be honest?! Also they charged me $382 for document fee! I don't even remember I paid that much of document fee to close my house!!! Bad, really bad!
sales review - tammytwcats1
I should have taken more time in my choosing my car. I feel I may have been rushed just a little bit being a lady. When I talked to the financial gentleman he told me a monthly payment I wanted and I was signing papers at the end I was told a payment that was around $75 more than promised. And after getting my 2015 Nissan I realized it was very nice but cheaply made. I did learn that the next time I shop for a car someone will come with me and I won't go alone. But overall the people there were friendly.
Excellent - Sr4mynissan
Great people to deal with. Very knowledgeable and very helpful. Definitely would recommend to anyone. My salesman made me feel very comfortable. He was easy to deal with.
attitude matters - azizaj
Although the deal did not go trough as is it was expected on buying first car from Clay Nissan I have to say Fifi is the greatest! she's patient, caring and wants to be the best help he can be, she did not give up, she did not lose her temper, she remained sincere, caring and polite feel and did not make me feel pressured to buy. In this situation, for me, leading a car is best and she explained the benefits of buying versus leasing, she took her time to show me the car I was planing to buy and was overall a huge help.Thank you Fifi. Tony, what a fella great attitude very professional worked hard not only to get me approved but tried hi beast ways to make things go smooth and pleasant. My experience was great, and I enjoy every bit of it everyone of the staff I dealt with was very welcoming and very helpful, excellent and indeed exceeded my expectation with no exceptions. thank you all
Excelente Servicio - Leticia Caro
Poor Service and Lack of care after purchasing vehicle - vans
Disappointed with both the sales and the service department. Upon purchasing my vehicle, I didn't know until the next day when I went to use my Navigation that it did not work from the factory. Also I thought it was odd but my steering wheel was not straight when driving straight. Coastal Nissan is out of my way but I figured I would give them the benefit of the doubt and have them fix it a 2 weeks later when I had a chance on a Saturday to repair the Nav. I made an appointment and was there for 3 hours for them to tell me it needed a new Radio. They had to order they told me and they would call when it came in. They said it usually takes a week to come in. Well I am busy as heck and five weeks later I call and they said let me check. I was put on hold, and they said oh that just came in last night. Bring it in and they will swap it out. I said can you squeeze me in today. I said I have an appointment in an hour. They said you should really leave it with us for a half of day or full day. I said I cannot give up the work truck for a day plus they were over an hour from my home. I asked because of the situation that it was broken from day one and this was not checked for the vechicle prep , can they try to help me out and get it done within an hour. He said they couldn't. I emailed my sales rep (Commercial sales manager) the following, and never heard back.
"Sent 9/19/16 - 12:28pm - Hi Bill. I have had nothing but bad luck with your service department. The navigation has not worked since day one. It does not show your correct location. I made an appointment over a month ago and sat there for 3 hours on a Saturday. It has been 5 weeks. No one called me to say the part was in. I had to call. I asked how long it would take and they are telling me two hours. It is tough for me to give up the van for 2 hours during normal hours. I do not see why it would take 2 hours to swap the radio out. The problem has been already diagnosed. I do like the Nissan vans and plan on buying them for future fleet trucks but not sure if I like the way Coastal has treated me. I just wanted to pass this feedback on to you since you were my point of contact. "
Well a couple weeks went by and we were swamped so I could not bring the vehicle in because we were working 70 hour weeks. I schedule an appointment for this Saturday. I called to confirm they could get the radio done along with the vehicles first 5000 mile warranty. Yes, I went 5000 miles with a brand new vehicle that had Nav that was useless. They said oh we returned that part because it had to be done within 30 days. I was very upset. Still have not heard back from any manager or sales rep. I ended up going to Nissan Villiage this weekend for the oil change. The service rep Kevin was extremely helpful. They took care of the oil change and rotated the tires. He said to me, when rotating your tires we noticed your alignment was way off. I said I thought it was off, and odd the wheel would be turned way to the right when driving straight. He said it was off about 20% on both sides. They fixed it under warranty and diagnosed on their own. Why is it Coastal had the van for 3 hours and didn't notice it? And Nissan Villiage fixed the Nav with an update without ordering and changing the radio out. I was very impressed with Nissan Village and will no longer take my fleet vehicles or new vehicle purchases to Coastal Nissan. We own 6 vehicles and purchase vehicles every year.
Incompetent boobs - TH55
I may represent a minority: I travelled over an hour to purchase a specific car at a good deal from Balise Nissan. As for that, I'm pleased with the purchase -- the car, the price, the trade-in, etc. Minimum amount of haggling drama.
But...when it came to the actual process, they seemed like a bunch of amateurs. First, after agreeing to buy, the salesman let me walk away w/o signing important papers -- like a purchase agreement, trade-in paperwork, etc. [this is supposed to be what they do for a living, so they should know what has to be done at each stage of the process -- no?] So I had to drive back there (RT = 2 hours) to sign paperwork and get official. Irritatingly, I could not do that just anytime, but on a specific day and a specific time, because they "didn't have anyone there at the dealership authorized to sign THEIR paperwork at any other time". Huh??? I asked how many people were authorized to deal with paperwork. Answer -- two. For the whole dealership. Period. And on the day I wanted to come, neither one was present. [does that mean the dealership couldn't sell cars that day????]
When I did arrive to sign the paperwork, there was a long discussion about my address (I get mail at a PO Box) No one seemed to know which address (physical or mail) was necessary on the title, so I ended up signing two versions of every piece of paperwork with an address. After this was worked out, I needed to supplement the final bank check with a small amount b/c they had underestimated the DMV fees by $45. When I looked at the receipt, they had charged me $4500!!! So this had to be corrected. After this visit, I had to drive back a third time to actually pick up the car. But…. This trip was also a waste because they hadn’t registered the car. At first, they wanted to blame backups at DMV. But when I noted that I could see DMV wait times online, they confessed they had been rejected twice because of errors in their paperwork. By the time I finally got my car (they ended up driving it to me), I was wondering if my bargain was worth it. The salesmen were friendly but seemed clueless about paperwork, and the business guy seemed over his head.
I understand that perhaps I shouldn’t have gone so far for a deal, but really.... I did this kind of long-distance purchase about three years ago and only had two visits to the dealer -- one to negotiate the purchase and sign paperwork and the second to drop off the final check and pick up the car. That dealer seemed much more knowledgeable and organized about paperwork and the process and really assisted me in the purchase. These guys seemed like they were doing this for the maybe the first time ever and had no real clue.
I really wasn't in the market for a car for about 6... - Tina721
I really wasn't in the market for a car for about 6 months, but I was in a car accident just before Christmas. Thankfully, I was OK, but my Honda Civic was totalled. It was time to upgrade to a cross over vehicle. We contacted all Nissan dealers (Albany,NY and Springfield,MA) and Johnson Nissan had the best price. We dealt with Laura from the start, and she was nothing but professional, honest and courteous. She went out of her way to make the process as easy as possible, knowing that it was a traumatic time as well because of my car accident. When I picked up my vehicle, she spent over an hour with me in the vehicle setting up my bluetooth, going through every feature, etc. This really impressed me - I've never had a car salesperson do that before! I have already recommended Laura and Johnson Nissan to friends and co-workers.
