easy communication and no pressure sale, easy to understand dealing terms and procedures, friendly atmosphere. Good experience all around, is good to leave the dealership satisfied.
Low pressure and great information - Margie
I buy a car about once every 8 years and count on it to be both a good deal and high quality. I found the Milford Nissan dealership to be generous with my trade in value, fair and honest. Our salesman Guy Bedau was informative with every aspect of the car. My husband has a 2009 Murano and we learned things about our new Murano that we did not know before! He was extremely helpful when we came to pick up the car - even helping us set up the Bluetooth with our phones . I would definitely recommend this dealership for their honesty and generosity.
Highly recommended - Mzarella24
I've been car shopping for a while now because the jeep I drive is a lease and is up in November but just a few weeks ago I purchased my first brand new Nissan Murano which I couldn't be happier with! The quality of service from Mounir who helped us get the right numbers so that I would be able to afford it on my own because this is the first car that I'm paying for on my own. I'm beyond pleased with his service along with Ray who helped us sign the paper work an get everything rolling so I could get my car 😁. If anybody is looking to buying or leasing a vehicle I highly recommend that you go talk to Mounir because he is very trustworthy, honest and very friendly to deal with! I had the best experience dealing with Mounir !
Daughter's First Car!! - lesperancem
We have had a working relationship with Jim McCall for over ten years. So of course when it came time for our daughter to purchase her first vehicle, we called Jim. He had a Nissan Versa that was perfect for our daughter. Jim was awesome and went above and beyond to make sure that buying her first car, was an amazing experience for our daughter. Our daughter is extremely happy with her car and we were once again very pleased to have worked with Jim.
Great Dealer at a Great Dealership - Courtney C
I bought my car about a year and a half ago. Haven't had any major problems with it, and any time I need to go in to get something fixed the service is great.
The main reason why I'm writing is because of Jim. I can't imagine he has a bad review out there. He was fantastic when selling me my car, getting me a great deal and taking time to show me everything. Even when I come back he remembers me. And I got a two birthday cards and a holiday card. I don't know of any other dealership and person that would do that even a year after having you as a customer. I would definitely recommend Curry Nissan and Jim to any of my friends.
Best experience I've had buying a car. - ZachUSMC
I recently bought a BMW from this Nissan dealership, and by far it was the easiest and best experience I've had with buying a car. I will go out of the way to say the Sales Manager went above and beyond and met all expectactions that come with that job, from professionalism to great interaction with the customer base. Going to different dealerships and looking to purchase a BMW at a younger age can be tough because some places will blatantly talk down to you or talk in a very condescending tone. Although, the sales manager at this dealership will talk to you one on one and I was able to talk to him man to man instead of man to dealer. As a prior veteran he thanked me for my service many times and made me feel comfortable in the buying process. Him, the salesman, and the General manager all worked great together and as a whole would recommend this dealership to my friends/family.
Dont rule out all delars, due toone dealers unprofesionalism - bobo
After a miserable experience at Auto Fair Nissan in Chelmsford I decided I would never deal with a Nissan dealer ever. I spoke with an Internet person at Auto Fair who told me more than once I can get into a brand new Rouge Leased at $149.00 a month 12,0000 miles per year with less than $2000.00 down. When I got to Auto Fair I met the internet person who than introduced me to a salesperson who also verified what the internet sales person told me. My wife drove the vehicle loved it. We sat with the salesperson who said he would show me options on leasing and or purchase. I told him not to waste his time on purchase for we have not negotiated a final cost. Lets write up the lease for $149.00 a month for 3 years 12,000 miles per year. Well much to my surprise he comes back with figures as follows $406.00 month 3 year lease 12,000 miles per year. Not to mention after I told him not to give me figures on purchase he did it anyway. Talk about adding salt to a wound!!! I asked where the xxxx did you come up with a figure of a difference of $257.00??? He had no answer. Well I don't have to say what happen next. NOW FOR MY DEALING WITH RON BOUCHARD. I first spoke to Mellissa Prochnow. She called me two days after my experience with Auto Fair. She is internet sales at Ron Bouchard who saw my request over the Nissan Internet. I explained my poor experience at Auto Fair. She asked that I give Ron Bouchard a shot, it took a little convincing on her end to get me to come in. I did tell her not to waste my time if they were going to do the same. My wife did not want to go because of the situation that happen three days earlier so I decided to go alone. From the minute I got there I was treated A-1 by professional, courteous, knowledgeable, people. Mellissa introduced me to sales person Austin McCarthy. I have bought many cars through many dealers. Austin is defiantly on the top of my list salesperson. No pressure, answered every question, honest, worked with me. Within an hour we hade made a deal. My wife is happy with the car. Thank you Mellissa, Austin, Ray and all at Ron Bouchard who I dealt with see you in three years for sure

New Car Purchase. - Kellm1029
I had an awesome and pleasant experience at Tasca Nissan of Dartmouth. The salesman Saied was beyond friendly, kind, and willing to help in any way possible. The entire process took roughly 3 hours and throughout the test driving, negotiations, and financing multiple people approached asking if we needed anything or if they could get us a water or coffee. I would absolutely come back for another car and recommend anyone else to go there as well.
Very satisfied! - Tom G.
I experienced a great interaction with Tanya, she was honest and helpful during our call. I would recommend her to anyone looking for a car!
Refreshing - No Pressure - CAM
My salesperson, Vadim Plesca was extremely knowledgeable and courteous. He went the extra mile to make my purchasing experience run smoothly. I love my new Murano, and would recommend Clay Nissan to family, and friends.
Smooth operation - No thanks
I picked my car online & arranged a test drive via email with Nikki. 2 hours later the paperwork was done. Car was perfect. Staff were great. As I'm from out of the area was offered option of rental from home but got a ride. Salesman Tony couldn't be there for pickup but arranged for Billy to deliver the car on my schedule. Still awaiting deposit return and arrival of navigation chip card, but the car is a dream. 2014 Juke with 4850 miles at a great price! I love my new car! Easiest purchase I've made yet. TY Kelly Nissan team.
They got me in a better car than I was ever expecting! - N.Paquette412
My 2008 Nissan Rogue had died due to a bunch of issues. I was upside down in a loan now for a car that didn't work. I by chance had my car towed to Bertera because of the issues my car was having and it needed to be at a dealership. When I got there I had informed them that I would rather not fix my car and try to get into a new one. While I was expecting a downgrade because of my budget and current situation, these men somehow got me in a newer bigger vehicle within my price range, they also extended the warranty to 100,000 miles. They went out of their way for me and my family to make sure I had a reliable vehicle. I worked wit Jim and Amir and I feel like they were my car angels!
Outstanding - Quincydeal
I can honestly say that my experience at Nissan of Bourne was extremely satisfying, Tony went out of his way to make sure my experience was painless and met with great enthusiasm. The team at this dealer was awesome. We got the deal done efficiently and without any aggravation. I was very happy with their professionalism and the fact that they delivered my new ride all the way to Quincy the very next day. (This they did not have to do!!) So thank you Tony and your entire staff !!!
Experience in Leasing a new vehicle - Rocco
Have always bought vehicles from Sullivan Brothers Nissan in the past. This is the second car we leased. 2016 Nissan Rogue was my purchase, Nick Boutin, Sales and Leasing Consultant was very helpful and made the sale so much easier for me. Knowledgeable about the car and its features.
Also dealt with Ned Daly, Finance Manager who was extremely helpful in the final paperwork and purchase.
Paul O'Sullivan, General Manager was my first contact, who was extremely helpful and put me in touch with Nick Boutin.
All of the people there are very friendly and hospitable.
Nick made it a special point that if I had any questions in the future I could call him.
Employees dealt with:
Paul O'Sullivan, Nick Boutin, Ned Daly, and Chris Logan.
Great honest service - Stina61989
I was there because my car was making a humming noise. I got a quick next day appointment. I was late because of the hour drive and they still were able to help me with a smile. Mark my service guy let me know it was both front and back bearings. He put me in a courtesy rental car and was very helpful. Like I mentioned it is an hour drive, but I will be making this my one and only service team because of Mark.
super friendly and helpful - keithquigley2016
Everyone at this dealership went above and beyond expectations to make this an easy and enjoyable buying experience would highly recommend Nissan of Chelmsford for your next purchase
MORE than just satisfied... - Robert Bernard
I have gone to this dealership for a shot time, now, and have always been pleasantly surprised... Tim and Corey have always been friendly, fair, and the prices are great!
Great experience - Cart74
I bought a 2016 Rogue from Mike. He was great. Very friendly and knowledgable. I would reccomend Mike and Nissan 24 to anyone looking for a new car.
Always Moving the goal posts - Movin on
Signed contract means very little. Tried to reevaluate trade-in value AFTER contract was signed. They offered generous price without even seeing the trade in to pressure sale. The next day they started back peddling with additional conditions that were not part of contract and reducing the price of the trade. Plenty of other dealers...avoid Clay.
Excelente Servicio - Leticia Caro
HappyRogueOwner - NewRogueOwnee
Great experience, We had 2 vehicles that we wanted to trade in and get one new vehicle, had been at some other dealerships in the area so decided to stop in Mastria Nissan to see what they had. Upon arriving was greater immediately, introduced to Marvin who would be my salesperson. As I explained what I was trying to do trading 2 vehicles in they immediately got to work. I have never owned a Nissan or drove one and was quite impressed with the Rogue. u went home that night telling my husband about my experience, the employees and the Rogue, he figured it would be like any typical dealership visit. The next day we went back to conduct our deal and my husband was just as impressed as I was. Marvin stayed on top of every detail, Bruce the sales manager has the best personality, along with Brian. These guys got the deal done!! We love our Rogue and will not only be Mastria customers again but are also Nissan owners. We would highly recommend stopping by this dealership!!
Disappointing - ronda2112
I drove down to this dealership and yes, I did end up purchasing a car, but once I've decided to purchase the car, the aftercare was terrible.
Yes, until I had a car in my hand, they were helpful. But when the car was ready, first of all, the gas tank was half full. Half full?!?! I went back inside and complained and they took it back and filled it up. After I got home, I realized the 2nd key that they gave me didn't work. I called the dealer and spoke to a business manager, who told me to come back to take a look at the key. I discussed with him how time consuming it is for me to drive there, which would take me 1 1/2 hours round trip just to get the key fixed. He did not back down and I didn't either. So I had to go to the closer dealership the next day to ask them what was wrong. It was only a battery problem. That is such a rookie mistake, again!
After all this, the direct person that I was in touch with did not bother to call me even though it was his day off when I picked the car up. Even after talking to the business manager, he didn't call. Then, finally, 5 days later, he called me on Sunday afternoon and I was quite busy and told him I'll call him back and I never did. Did he call me back? No. Did the business manager give him the message about the 2nd key? No. Did they offer to pay me back with fixing the key? No.
I did not expect this kind of service from this dealership as it had a high rating on it, but I am very disappointed that this had happened to me. I do not recommend this dealership to my families or friends.
Incompetent boobs - TH55
I may represent a minority: I travelled over an hour to purchase a specific car at a good deal from Balise Nissan. As for that, I'm pleased with the purchase -- the car, the price, the trade-in, etc. Minimum amount of haggling drama.
But...when it came to the actual process, they seemed like a bunch of amateurs. First, after agreeing to buy, the salesman let me walk away w/o signing important papers -- like a purchase agreement, trade-in paperwork, etc. [this is supposed to be what they do for a living, so they should know what has to be done at each stage of the process -- no?] So I had to drive back there (RT = 2 hours) to sign paperwork and get official. Irritatingly, I could not do that just anytime, but on a specific day and a specific time, because they "didn't have anyone there at the dealership authorized to sign THEIR paperwork at any other time". Huh??? I asked how many people were authorized to deal with paperwork. Answer -- two. For the whole dealership. Period. And on the day I wanted to come, neither one was present. [does that mean the dealership couldn't sell cars that day????]
When I did arrive to sign the paperwork, there was a long discussion about my address (I get mail at a PO Box) No one seemed to know which address (physical or mail) was necessary on the title, so I ended up signing two versions of every piece of paperwork with an address. After this was worked out, I needed to supplement the final bank check with a small amount b/c they had underestimated the DMV fees by $45. When I looked at the receipt, they had charged me $4500!!! So this had to be corrected. After this visit, I had to drive back a third time to actually pick up the car. But…. This trip was also a waste because they hadn’t registered the car. At first, they wanted to blame backups at DMV. But when I noted that I could see DMV wait times online, they confessed they had been rejected twice because of errors in their paperwork. By the time I finally got my car (they ended up driving it to me), I was wondering if my bargain was worth it. The salesmen were friendly but seemed clueless about paperwork, and the business guy seemed over his head.
I understand that perhaps I shouldn’t have gone so far for a deal, but really.... I did this kind of long-distance purchase about three years ago and only had two visits to the dealer -- one to negotiate the purchase and sign paperwork and the second to drop off the final check and pick up the car. That dealer seemed much more knowledgeable and organized about paperwork and the process and really assisted me in the purchase. These guys seemed like they were doing this for the maybe the first time ever and had no real clue.
I really wasn't in the market for a car for about 6... - Tina721
I really wasn't in the market for a car for about 6 months, but I was in a car accident just before Christmas. Thankfully, I was OK, but my Honda Civic was totalled. It was time to upgrade to a cross over vehicle. We contacted all Nissan dealers (Albany,NY and Springfield,MA) and Johnson Nissan had the best price. We dealt with Laura from the start, and she was nothing but professional, honest and courteous. She went out of her way to make the process as easy as possible, knowing that it was a traumatic time as well because of my car accident. When I picked up my vehicle, she spent over an hour with me in the vehicle setting up my bluetooth, going through every feature, etc. This really impressed me - I've never had a car salesperson do that before! I have already recommended Laura and Johnson Nissan to friends and co-workers.
