Beware of the 160 point check when you buy a used car. I purchased a 2019 Nissan Rogue Sport in January 2024. My salesperson Alejandra Rodrigues was great. When we saw the vehicle the right front wheel was heavily damaged. I would say the past owner had definite issues parking. We requested a new rim be put on. The right rear had been hit though not as bad as the front. When we saw the vehicle they had replaced the rear rim as well. Seeing the condition of the rim would suggest to any good mechanic that the alignment be checked. It did not happen. The steering wheel was off as well. I noticed the steering wheel was crooked and if I let go of the steering wheel it went to the right. I live 40 miles away so I took it to my local Nissan dealer and had it checked. It was really off. It cost me $139.99 and when I called and spoke to service dept supervisor he said the technician did not feel it needed an alignment because he test drove it and no problems. Also said since I didn’t come back to them I was out the cost of their neglect. I was told that there was no warranty when I left because they did the best job checking the car out so why would I drive down there when I wasn’t sure that they would do it for free. BEWARE. If they couldn’t figure out that with the damaged rim that an alignment was needed what else did they not see?

We met the next day and he showed us the car, we test drove it, discussed pricing/financing, and purchased the car all within 2 hours-- incredibly quick and painless thanks to Brian. Brian was friendly, efficient, and highly knowledgeable about the car. We didn't feel pressure and were comfortable with the cost of the car. We've been impressed with the customer service we've received from Brian, as he has been kind enough to follow up in the week after purchase to ensure we are satisfied with the car. I really wasn't in the market for a car for about 6 months, but I was in a car accident just before Christmas. Thankfully, I was OK, but my Honda Civic was totalled. It was time to upgrade to a cross over vehicle. We contacted all Nissan dealers (Albany,NY and Springfield,MA) and Johnson Nissan had the best price. We dealt with Laura from the start, and she was nothing but professional, honest and courteous. She went out of her way to make the process as easy as possible, knowing that it was a traumatic time as well because of my car accident.When I picked up my vehicle, she spent over an hour with me in the vehicle setting up my bluetooth, going through every feature, etc. This really impressed me - I've never had a car salesperson do that before! I have already recommended Laura and Johnson Nissan to friends and co-workers.

My experience was awful for the most part dealerships hate lease buyouts since they make no money from reviews I thought this would be a decent dealership I was wrong they have no experience in dealing with people with challenged credit scores I worked at a nissan for 8 years and saw many credit scores and our sales department always worked to help these people. This dealership made me go in fill out a credit application and told me to go because they did not want to make me wait. They also told me they would give me a call to let me know of the outcome never called and swore up and down they left a message which I never received. They didn't help and dinged my credit 5 times. Beware and take your business elsewhere if you are in my situation.
