Enjoyed this Purchase - Chuck P
I have to buy a car every 4.5 years for my job. I met Guy when I wanted to test drive a Nissan. I got all the information I needed, and when it came time, within 5 days of looking at the car, Guy, and the rest of the staff at Milford Nissan were a great help. I will be going back to this dealer for another car and hope to work with Guy again.
Repairs - EQDESIGN
The collision center did a good job repairing my vehicle. Luna was outstanding at resolving a couple issues that were not perfect the first time around. It is because of his diligence and follow through that I would recommend the dealership.
Gladys is always a joy to work with as well
First time Nissan Buyer - old lady
When the lease on my Toyota was almost up, I came to Marlboro Nissan to check out the Rogue and the Murano. Brian Rogers helped us as we test drove both cars. He was extremely kind, personable, knowledgable and helpful. He did not pressure us at all, encouraged us to take our time and seemed very fair in presenting the deals on both models.
When we came to pick up our new Murano, Brian was very thorough in explaining all of the features and technology in the new car. The car was clean, inspected (!) and ready to go. It was a very easy, pleasant experience!
Great Dealer at a Great Dealership - Courtney C
I bought my car about a year and a half ago. Haven't had any major problems with it, and any time I need to go in to get something fixed the service is great.
The main reason why I'm writing is because of Jim. I can't imagine he has a bad review out there. He was fantastic when selling me my car, getting me a great deal and taking time to show me everything. Even when I come back he remembers me. And I got a two birthday cards and a holiday card. I don't know of any other dealership and person that would do that even a year after having you as a customer. I would definitely recommend Curry Nissan and Jim to any of my friends.
Excellent Sevice As Usual - Jupiter
Country Nissan has kept my car well maintained for the two years I've been bringing it there; I'm grateful that they have such a competent team of people working there. All my interactions there have been positive. Yesterday, Jerry patiently answered all of my questions regarding future maintenance for my 2009 Nissan Altima.
Great experience - Valdemir Demirev
Shak was a true professional and extremely accommodating to me. He spent the time to understand exactly what I was looking for and got me the best deal humanly possible all the while having a pleasant conversation. He was also extremely respectful of my time and did everything with the most efficiency possible. I highly recommend that whoever reads this seeks him out should you choose to purchase a Nissan vehicle. I will certainly work with him again when the time comes.
Dont rule out all delars, due toone dealers unprofesionalism - bobo
After a miserable experience at Auto Fair Nissan in Chelmsford I decided I would never deal with a Nissan dealer ever. I spoke with an Internet person at Auto Fair who told me more than once I can get into a brand new Rouge Leased at $149.00 a month 12,0000 miles per year with less than $2000.00 down. When I got to Auto Fair I met the internet person who than introduced me to a salesperson who also verified what the internet sales person told me. My wife drove the vehicle loved it. We sat with the salesperson who said he would show me options on leasing and or purchase. I told him not to waste his time on purchase for we have not negotiated a final cost. Lets write up the lease for $149.00 a month for 3 years 12,000 miles per year. Well much to my surprise he comes back with figures as follows $406.00 month 3 year lease 12,000 miles per year. Not to mention after I told him not to give me figures on purchase he did it anyway. Talk about adding salt to a wound!!! I asked where the xxxx did you come up with a figure of a difference of $257.00??? He had no answer. Well I don't have to say what happen next. NOW FOR MY DEALING WITH RON BOUCHARD. I first spoke to Mellissa Prochnow. She called me two days after my experience with Auto Fair. She is internet sales at Ron Bouchard who saw my request over the Nissan Internet. I explained my poor experience at Auto Fair. She asked that I give Ron Bouchard a shot, it took a little convincing on her end to get me to come in. I did tell her not to waste my time if they were going to do the same. My wife did not want to go because of the situation that happen three days earlier so I decided to go alone. From the minute I got there I was treated A-1 by professional, courteous, knowledgeable, people. Mellissa introduced me to sales person Austin McCarthy. I have bought many cars through many dealers. Austin is defiantly on the top of my list salesperson. No pressure, answered every question, honest, worked with me. Within an hour we hade made a deal. My wife is happy with the car. Thank you Mellissa, Austin, Ray and all at Ron Bouchard who I dealt with see you in three years for sure

Never planned to leave dealership with a new car upon initial visit. However, staff was very accommodating. Test drive, evaluation of my trade in, final negotiation, and financing process were smooth.

Honest & Trustworthy - Katy
Vadim and the rest of the crew were really genuine in their effort to get us the car we wanted at the price we wanted. My husband and I both felt like the process could be summed up by saying "they did what they said they would, and more."
They got me in a better car than I was ever expecting! - N.Paquette412
My 2008 Nissan Rogue had died due to a bunch of issues. I was upside down in a loan now for a car that didn't work. I by chance had my car towed to Bertera because of the issues my car was having and it needed to be at a dealership. When I got there I had informed them that I would rather not fix my car and try to get into a new one. While I was expecting a downgrade because of my budget and current situation, these men somehow got me in a newer bigger vehicle within my price range, they also extended the warranty to 100,000 miles. They went out of their way for me and my family to make sure I had a reliable vehicle. I worked wit Jim and Amir and I feel like they were my car angels!
Outstanding - Quincydeal
I can honestly say that my experience at Nissan of Bourne was extremely satisfying, Tony went out of his way to make sure my experience was painless and met with great enthusiasm. The team at this dealer was awesome. We got the deal done efficiently and without any aggravation. I was very happy with their professionalism and the fact that they delivered my new ride all the way to Quincy the very next day. (This they did not have to do!!) So thank you Tony and your entire staff !!!
Sales and Customer Service is great. - Joseph F Brown
Sales person Paul Kazarnowicz was very knowledgeable about the vehicle and Manager Dan Heckman customer service was very professional and very friendly. His knowledge as well about the warranty was very impresive on comparing features of warranty helped me a great deal. My wife and I would definately reccomend going there for your next vehicle.
Experience in Leasing a new vehicle - Rocco
Have always bought vehicles from Sullivan Brothers Nissan in the past. This is the second car we leased. 2016 Nissan Rogue was my purchase, Nick Boutin, Sales and Leasing Consultant was very helpful and made the sale so much easier for me. Knowledgeable about the car and its features.
Also dealt with Ned Daly, Finance Manager who was extremely helpful in the final paperwork and purchase.
Paul O'Sullivan, General Manager was my first contact, who was extremely helpful and put me in touch with Nick Boutin.
All of the people there are very friendly and hospitable.
Nick made it a special point that if I had any questions in the future I could call him.
Employees dealt with:
Paul O'Sullivan, Nick Boutin, Ned Daly, and Chris Logan.
Easy Buying Experience - Bob44
Henry is a great salesperson. He was vey helpful is answering all my questions, and explaining everything I needed to know about the Pathfinder that I bought. Working with Henry, I felt at ease, with no pressure. He, and the sales manager, as well as the office staff, did a great job in making this purchase as easy as possible.
This is the 4th vehicle I have bought from this dealership, and I have had nothing but positive experiences. Guess that's why I keep coming back.
super friendly and helpful - keithquigley2016
Everyone at this dealership went above and beyond expectations to make this an easy and enjoyable buying experience would highly recommend Nissan of Chelmsford for your next purchase
sales review - tammytwcats1
I should have taken more time in my choosing my car. I feel I may have been rushed just a little bit being a lady. When I talked to the financial gentleman he told me a monthly payment I wanted and I was signing papers at the end I was told a payment that was around $75 more than promised. And after getting my 2015 Nissan I realized it was very nice but cheaply made. I did learn that the next time I shop for a car someone will come with me and I won't go alone. But overall the people there were friendly.
Really interested in What I want. - HerveLouis
Walked in and spoke to Jeff "Tiny" Theodat but He was very professional and spoke to me a car rather than selling me on a car. Asked me what I was looking for, color, size and all and then found a great fit of my description. Very well versed and knowledgeable about what was important to me about the Vehicle and even though I did not walk a away with a car, I walked away knowing that he's the guy to talk to about Nissan which may come in handy on my car search. I honestly wish he would be my liaison through out the entire purchasing experience but, oh well.
attitude matters - azizaj
Although the deal did not go trough as is it was expected on buying first car from Clay Nissan I have to say Fifi is the greatest! she's patient, caring and wants to be the best help he can be, she did not give up, she did not lose her temper, she remained sincere, caring and polite feel and did not make me feel pressured to buy. In this situation, for me, leading a car is best and she explained the benefits of buying versus leasing, she took her time to show me the car I was planing to buy and was overall a huge help.Thank you Fifi. Tony, what a fella great attitude very professional worked hard not only to get me approved but tried hi beast ways to make things go smooth and pleasant. My experience was great, and I enjoy every bit of it everyone of the staff I dealt with was very welcoming and very helpful, excellent and indeed exceeded my expectation with no exceptions. thank you all
Excelente Servicio - Leticia Caro
Excellent - Sr4mynissan
Great people to deal with. Very knowledgeable and very helpful. Definitely would recommend to anyone. My salesman made me feel very comfortable. He was easy to deal with.
Poor Service and Lack of care after purchasing vehicle - vans
Disappointed with both the sales and the service department. Upon purchasing my vehicle, I didn't know until the next day when I went to use my Navigation that it did not work from the factory. Also I thought it was odd but my steering wheel was not straight when driving straight. Coastal Nissan is out of my way but I figured I would give them the benefit of the doubt and have them fix it a 2 weeks later when I had a chance on a Saturday to repair the Nav. I made an appointment and was there for 3 hours for them to tell me it needed a new Radio. They had to order they told me and they would call when it came in. They said it usually takes a week to come in. Well I am busy as heck and five weeks later I call and they said let me check. I was put on hold, and they said oh that just came in last night. Bring it in and they will swap it out. I said can you squeeze me in today. I said I have an appointment in an hour. They said you should really leave it with us for a half of day or full day. I said I cannot give up the work truck for a day plus they were over an hour from my home. I asked because of the situation that it was broken from day one and this was not checked for the vechicle prep , can they try to help me out and get it done within an hour. He said they couldn't. I emailed my sales rep (Commercial sales manager) the following, and never heard back.
"Sent 9/19/16 - 12:28pm - Hi Bill. I have had nothing but bad luck with your service department. The navigation has not worked since day one. It does not show your correct location. I made an appointment over a month ago and sat there for 3 hours on a Saturday. It has been 5 weeks. No one called me to say the part was in. I had to call. I asked how long it would take and they are telling me two hours. It is tough for me to give up the van for 2 hours during normal hours. I do not see why it would take 2 hours to swap the radio out. The problem has been already diagnosed. I do like the Nissan vans and plan on buying them for future fleet trucks but not sure if I like the way Coastal has treated me. I just wanted to pass this feedback on to you since you were my point of contact. "
Well a couple weeks went by and we were swamped so I could not bring the vehicle in because we were working 70 hour weeks. I schedule an appointment for this Saturday. I called to confirm they could get the radio done along with the vehicles first 5000 mile warranty. Yes, I went 5000 miles with a brand new vehicle that had Nav that was useless. They said oh we returned that part because it had to be done within 30 days. I was very upset. Still have not heard back from any manager or sales rep. I ended up going to Nissan Villiage this weekend for the oil change. The service rep Kevin was extremely helpful. They took care of the oil change and rotated the tires. He said to me, when rotating your tires we noticed your alignment was way off. I said I thought it was off, and odd the wheel would be turned way to the right when driving straight. He said it was off about 20% on both sides. They fixed it under warranty and diagnosed on their own. Why is it Coastal had the van for 3 hours and didn't notice it? And Nissan Villiage fixed the Nav with an update without ordering and changing the radio out. I was very impressed with Nissan Village and will no longer take my fleet vehicles or new vehicle purchases to Coastal Nissan. We own 6 vehicles and purchase vehicles every year.
Incompetent boobs - TH55
I may represent a minority: I travelled over an hour to purchase a specific car at a good deal from Balise Nissan. As for that, I'm pleased with the purchase -- the car, the price, the trade-in, etc. Minimum amount of haggling drama.
But...when it came to the actual process, they seemed like a bunch of amateurs. First, after agreeing to buy, the salesman let me walk away w/o signing important papers -- like a purchase agreement, trade-in paperwork, etc. [this is supposed to be what they do for a living, so they should know what has to be done at each stage of the process -- no?] So I had to drive back there (RT = 2 hours) to sign paperwork and get official. Irritatingly, I could not do that just anytime, but on a specific day and a specific time, because they "didn't have anyone there at the dealership authorized to sign THEIR paperwork at any other time". Huh??? I asked how many people were authorized to deal with paperwork. Answer -- two. For the whole dealership. Period. And on the day I wanted to come, neither one was present. [does that mean the dealership couldn't sell cars that day????]
When I did arrive to sign the paperwork, there was a long discussion about my address (I get mail at a PO Box) No one seemed to know which address (physical or mail) was necessary on the title, so I ended up signing two versions of every piece of paperwork with an address. After this was worked out, I needed to supplement the final bank check with a small amount b/c they had underestimated the DMV fees by $45. When I looked at the receipt, they had charged me $4500!!! So this had to be corrected. After this visit, I had to drive back a third time to actually pick up the car. But…. This trip was also a waste because they hadn’t registered the car. At first, they wanted to blame backups at DMV. But when I noted that I could see DMV wait times online, they confessed they had been rejected twice because of errors in their paperwork. By the time I finally got my car (they ended up driving it to me), I was wondering if my bargain was worth it. The salesmen were friendly but seemed clueless about paperwork, and the business guy seemed over his head.
I understand that perhaps I shouldn’t have gone so far for a deal, but really.... I did this kind of long-distance purchase about three years ago and only had two visits to the dealer -- one to negotiate the purchase and sign paperwork and the second to drop off the final check and pick up the car. That dealer seemed much more knowledgeable and organized about paperwork and the process and really assisted me in the purchase. These guys seemed like they were doing this for the maybe the first time ever and had no real clue.
I really wasn't in the market for a car for about 6... - Tina721
I really wasn't in the market for a car for about 6 months, but I was in a car accident just before Christmas. Thankfully, I was OK, but my Honda Civic was totalled. It was time to upgrade to a cross over vehicle. We contacted all Nissan dealers (Albany,NY and Springfield,MA) and Johnson Nissan had the best price. We dealt with Laura from the start, and she was nothing but professional, honest and courteous. She went out of her way to make the process as easy as possible, knowing that it was a traumatic time as well because of my car accident. When I picked up my vehicle, she spent over an hour with me in the vehicle setting up my bluetooth, going through every feature, etc. This really impressed me - I've never had a car salesperson do that before! I have already recommended Laura and Johnson Nissan to friends and co-workers.
