Excellent Customer Service, - ScottM
I always have a positive experience with Gladys Henry. She is always very kind and positive. I also had a very positive experience with Skip Girard. It took Skip no time at all to fix a screw that had come loose from my front bumper.

Great Job! - MassPaul
I had a great experience at this Nissan. I never felt pressured to buy. I came in looking at one particular car a 2015 Nissan Juke Nismo. Jan showed me the car and was incredibly helpful in creating a very welcoming atmosphere. I have just recently moved to Ma and Jan gave me lots of insights into the area. Tony bought me lunch and worked with me to make sure that the car would work under my budget. They gave me a great price on my trade-in and helped secure better financing than what I came in with.
Great place to go!!
They care for everything - Xterra15
I am on my third vehicle purchased through the Ron Bouchard organization across three different dealerships and continue to be impressed at the level of attention they provide each and every time I go in there. Whether it is costly brake job or a quick "no charge" items to my vehicle I get a level of attention that you just don't see in the majority of business you deal with on a regular basis. True professionals whom I will buy from as long as I am able.
I have a great experience dealing with Heri abdelilah he was - Rana1

Shop them first, you'll love them ! - Don and Lisa
My wife and I went to Commonwealth Motors not quite sure what she wanted but knowing it was a SUV. We walked the lots ( many manufactures to choose from, one location ) and ended up going over to KIA and met Jeff who listened to our needs and we decided on a test drive of the Sportage (very nice ) but currently owning a Nissan we looked at the Rogue and after driving it, we knew this was her next vehicle.
Working with the Nissan Team including Jeff Walsh from Kia who stayed with us, this was a great experience and would recommend anyone looking to buy / lease give them a try.
They say shop them last, I'd say shop them first, you won't be disappointed!
Jeff, Franklyn, Braham, Jason, Thank you.
Buying a new car - Diane Vacon
Had a great experience - Turned in lease vehicle and bought new 2017 Nissan Altima. Jim Ward was
our Salesperson. We have dealt with Nissan for many years. Have done 2 leases prior to buying this new vehicle. My husband has had several leases before he purchased his 2016 Frontier last year.
Will always deal with Jim. He listens, and always makes us feel comfortable. He is witty and we always enjoy our visits. He also keeps in touch with us during the year, calling on vehicle anniversaries and we always get Birthday cards. Not many car salesmen treat you like family!!!!
Friendly - rlb33
My sales associate, Miner and the rest of the staff was patient and more than willing to accommodate. They were very knowledgeable about their vehicles, along with the service they were providing.
Great - skater001
Teddy Simons the internet fleet manager, went above and beyond for me, so that I could drive away with the vehicle I wanted. A bit pricey but worth it, vehicles are not cheap. But thanks for a great car shopping experience.
Great experience buying new Nissan - Suraj

Great Experience - JANE CRIMMINS
We purchased two vehicles from Sullivan Brothers and had a great experience. We would not hesitate to return in the future. Cory, Chris, Mike, Evan and Ian were a pleasure to work with.
Excelente Servicio - Leticia Caro
Great helpful folks with great products. - Stickshift Bill
We actually couldn't strike a deal at this time, but Fidora was absolutely great to work with. When the 2018 redesigned Frontier comes in we might be in business. I know exactly who to call!
Cape Cod is not Boston. Buying a car here is actually a pleasure, and the test drives are relaxing. Do your homework on line and buy down here.
Real people and real deals too.
Great Experience with Nick - jlorenc90
Nick Fillman was a pleasure to work with. He is very accommodating and friendly. I bought an Audi A3 from him at Herb Chambers in Westborough, MA. Highly recommended.
Dishonesty! - DJ2420
I thought I would share my unpleasant experience with this dealership 4 weeks ago. I would say it's rare to come across someone flat out dishonest, but I did. (I'm giving this dealer one start because zero isn't an option.)
I found a used 2014 Tacoma online late on a Friday night located at Station Chrysler Jeep in Mansfield. The dealership was already closed so I waited until 9:00 the next morning to call. Shortly after 9:00 I contacted the number listed which turned out to be Nissan 24 in Brockton (I didn't know this at the time). I spoke to Ali Lewis and explained I was driving far, over an hour, and wanted to verify the vehicle was available. She confirmed it was, but I've been down this path before where the computer and what's actually on the lot are different so I asked her to get in the vehicle and make sure it was a non-smoker and to walk around the vehicle to ensure there weren't any major scratches. I partly do this for the obvious, but also to have a human physically touch the vehicle. She called me back about 10 minutes later and said "a manager got in the truck and it's a non-smoker and he said the condition outside is good". I responded that "good" in car terms is actually bad. Describing condition is very subjective so I was going to see for myself anyway. It was also pouring rain at this point so I asked Ali if she could pull the truck inside. Rain makes looking at the condition of a car very hard as it hides any imperfections in the paint. She said no problem and that she would have it brought into the service garage.
So I changed my plans, drove an hour in the pouring rain and pulled up to Station Chrysler Jeep. Didn't see the truck outside, but I also wasn't expecting to since it should be inside. I walked in and spoke to a very nice salesman and explained I talked to Ali an hour prior and I was here to see the vehicle I saw on line. He told me Ali doesn't work at that location, she's at an affiliated dealership, but he would go grab the keys. 10 minutes later he comes back with no keys. The salesman and the sales manager could not find the keys nor did Ali contact Station to confirm the truck's existence. The salesman and proceeded to walk the service bay, no vehicle, and the entire lot in the pouring rain, no vehicle. All I got was soaked.
The salesman went back to track the vehicle down which at this point I fully assumed was at Nissan 24 in Brockton. Much to my surprise, that was not the case. The 2014 Tacoma I traveled to see over an hour in the pouring rain had been sent to Adessa (dealer car auction) in Framingham 2 days prior. As you can image, I'm pretty upset at this point and proceeded to call Ali at Nissan 24. After getting her voicemail 3 times, I called the main number to the dealership and Ali was on the other line. I waited for about 15 mins on hold and repeated this twice. After waiting on hold multiple times, leaving messages and calling probably a half dozen times over the course of the afternoon, I never once got a call back. I don't use this word lightly, but I was lied to. Talk about a dishonest person. Did she hang up the phone with me that morning and wait 10 minutes before calling back? What would be the purpose? I'm looking to buy an off brand Toyota that a Jeep dealership wouldn't have an abundance of. I really have no explanation.
The saga actually continues believe it or not. Station told me they could get the truck back since the auction has not occurred yet. We agreed on a price, assuming it was everything I wanted in the condition I wanted, and I put down a deposit. The dealer even offered to drive it to me to see since I wasted a half day and gas to see a truck that didn't exist. After 4 days of getting the run around, I get a call the truck sold online the day before the auction. Technically, I bought it 3 days prior and had a purchase document in hand so maybe I could have pushed harder since it was not available for sale at the auction. Not wanting to deal with the shady sister dealership anymore, I pulled the plug and got my money back. Miserable overall experience.
I tried to elevate to Ed Kardon, Executive Manager/Owner of the dealership, via email and a phone message, but never got a return call or email. Being in the customer service business where honesty and integrity are paramount I would have thought he would be interested in my mistreatment. I'll never do business with Nissan 24 in Brockton or Station Jeep in Mansfield. They both had no respect for me or my personal time.
Great! - Dandi42
There was a dispute about a particular service that was being recommended by service technition for the 25,000 service on my 2015 Rogue that had actually already been done as part of my 20,000 service. Tim the service representative checked on this and apologized and said that he was unable to determine why this had happened. He said that they would perform the service involved today at no charge. In addition, he said that there would be no charge the normal 25,000 service either. This is great customer service.
Best Sales Rep Yaw & Team - Jd

Change of opinion. - Lmd0137
After a bad review, the dealership immediately contacted me to resolve the problem and clear up any confusion. Service was friendly, even when I was frustrated.
Worst customer Service - Kumarappan.s
I purchased my nissan rogue 2017 from Auto Fair. First of all the customer service is very worst and service team is pathetic and worst. For any problem, they will ask you to pay for it. Due to reverse sensor was not correctly, i had accident while reversing but they denied to fix the problem. Even though the suppost to work during reverse parking.
No Response to Internet Inquiries - 1Sunbum
Found a new vehicle that met the criteria I had. Filled out their "get ePrice" form at least 3x on different days and no response, no "ePrice.". Like, wow, not responding is supposed to motivate me to go there? Fooey.
3rd nissan from here - Marcy

Liars - Mrose77
We ordered a 2017 NV 1500 van from here in the beginning of April. We were told it would be here in 12-16 weeks. After multiple messages left we were finally told that the van was never ordered at the end of June and they tried to sell us a more expensive van. When I went in to get my deposit back, the sales person Bill couldn't give me a straight answer as to what happened. I waited for 45 minutes to speak to the general manager who refused to speak with me and said he would call me later that day. I never received a call back. I worked in the car industry for many years and am absolutely floored that a customer would be treated like this.
I really wasn't in the market for a car for about 6... - Tina721
I really wasn't in the market for a car for about 6 months, but I was in a car accident just before Christmas. Thankfully, I was OK, but my Honda Civic was totalled. It was time to upgrade to a cross over vehicle. We contacted all Nissan dealers (Albany,NY and Springfield,MA) and Johnson Nissan had the best price. We dealt with Laura from the start, and she was nothing but professional, honest and courteous. She went out of her way to make the process as easy as possible, knowing that it was a traumatic time as well because of my car accident. When I picked up my vehicle, she spent over an hour with me in the vehicle setting up my bluetooth, going through every feature, etc. This really impressed me - I've never had a car salesperson do that before! I have already recommended Laura and Johnson Nissan to friends and co-workers.
