We started our day at the Toyota dealership in Lancaster and spent 1.5 hours in a chair filling out paper work after we specified that we wanted to test drive 2 different cars at Toyota. That did not happen..... so we walked out of Toyota and walked down to the Nissan Dealership since we saw a tent car sale and wanted to check it out. Joe Tata approached us right away with lots of enthusiasm and a smile. Asked us what we were looking for and we mentioned we wanted to test drive two Kia cars. He was very friendly, answered our questions, and was knowledgeable about cars. No pressure. He quickly got us to test drive the 2 cars we requested and we bought one of them that day. We are Leominster residents.

Every time I come to Commonwealth Nissan in Lawrence, no matter what it's for, THE WHOLE ENTIRE TEAM treats you like family!!! I recently visited a different Nissan dealership that just opened up closer to where I live for a simple oil change and it was the opposite there. Every employee there was either too busy, not friendly, or even worse, tried selling me on 50 different things that I didn't need or want like a JiffyLube would do and then over charged me at the time of checkout!!! At Commonwealth of Nissan I can HONESTLY SAY that EVERY EXPERIENCE has been WONDERFUL!!! When I first bought my vehicle, there at Commonwealth, every single employee came over to shake my hand, welcome me to Team Nissan, congratulated me on my first vehicle purchase and made me feel awesome.
Today, I visited Commonwealth of Nissan for an oil change and a recall, and was greeted immediately by the whole staff. Oh yeah, did I forget to mention I brought my dog and the employees even made him feel like part of the family too!!! Asking if he needed any water, if they could watch him while I had to cash out, saying hi you name it. Having leased more than a few auto's through the years, I can not recommend this dealership enough. I had a 2014 Pathfinder coming off lease that came down to the last few days. With two quick calls I was able to understand my options for purchase and for trade in. I decided to go with the trade in and then leased a 2016. Chris Benoit was great!Total time invested was approx 1 hour of phone time and less than 2 hours of dealership time. Very easy and I would recommend them to anyone looking for a Nissan

Joe, Nick, and Ann were excellent and listened to my concerns about my previously leased car. I returned my 2013 Nissan Sentra at a little over 26,000 miles. Transmission died on it at 24,000 miles. At that time, I was determined not going to lease another car. I then spoke to Joe (who was new) and he was great in offering his dismay at what happened. We sat down to talk about things and told me about the changes that were made in that type of car. I then told him that this car died on a late winter's evening. I could not get a tow. And, when the car was brought in, my husband was not offered a ride home. After walking home, my husband then had to get a rental for me and after working out all of the details, my car was fixed. I was not happy with customer service at all. And, because I am a late-deafened person, my husband has to help me communicate. Joe was clearly saddened by what had transpired and said it would not happen again.
I then met with Nick Fillman, who has the most bubbly personality, and decided to try another Nissan Sentra after taking a test drive. He also checked to see if the front air bags were safe. I also received a $1,700 incentive and that helped.
Ann, who worked out the finances, was not pushy but very helpful in assisting me to make good decisions about what I wanted as extra.
All three employees were excellent and are the reason why I leased another car from Clay Nissan.

Today was the first time I bought a car on my own. After much research, I headed to Sullivan Brothers in Kingston MA. The experience was excellent! Friendly help, no pressure. Dennis was happy to help me find the car that fit my needs and budget. It is a large dealership with plenty of stock, and employees. everyone working there seemed happy and were going out of their way to congratulate me. Chris Logan, Sales Manager made a point to make sure I was pleased, to reassure me if I needed anything or had any questions to just call and ask for him.

I was there because my car was making a humming noise. I got a quick next day appointment. I was late because of the hour drive and they still were able to help me with a smile. Mark my service guy let me know it was both front and back bearings. He put me in a courtesy rental car and was very helpful. Like I mentioned it is an hour drive, but I will be making this my one and only service team because of Mark.

Bought a 2012 jeep grand cherokee on April 30th 2016. Immediately the breaks began to squeek and when it rained the passengers side floorboard filled up with water. Brought it back less than a month later and was told the warranty I bought didn't cover anything. They didn't try to work with me nor take into account that I had not even had the car for a month. I had to go back again on June 28th because my blinkers stopped working, the windshield wipers won't shut off, the check engine light is on as well as numerous other electrical failures. The service department told me it would cost $200 for a deductible and they could not even fix it unail 2 days later. They didn't seem to care that I have a job and family to support and driving around the city without blinkers is not only dangerous but illegal. Unfortunately it doesn't seem like they're willing to work with me so I'm having to go other routes to fix my vehicle.

Great experience, We had 2 vehicles that we wanted to trade in and get one new vehicle, had been at some other dealerships in the area so decided to stop in Mastria Nissan to see what they had. Upon arriving was greater immediately, introduced to Marvin who would be my salesperson. As I explained what I was trying to do trading 2 vehicles in they immediately got to work. I have never owned a Nissan or drove one and was quite impressed with the Rogue. u went home that night telling my husband about my experience, the employees and the Rogue, he figured it would be like any typical dealership visit. The next day we went back to conduct our deal and my husband was just as impressed as I was. Marvin stayed on top of every detail, Bruce the sales manager has the best personality, along with Brian. I had decided to go to Coastal for my first official car purchase because of the great things I had heard about the staff and the dealership as a whole. While the process of buying a car can be very stressful, working with Lance made it as stress free as possible. He was up front about what we could do with the prices and financing the car. As well as helping me through the process and making sure I understood every step that we were taking. At the end of my visit, I walked away having purchased a car that I loved, could afford, and felt comfortable with. Not a single bit of buyers remorse. I really wasn't in the market for a car for about 6 months, but I was in a car accident just before Christmas. Thankfully, I was OK, but my Honda Civic was totalled. It was time to upgrade to a cross over vehicle. We contacted all Nissan dealers (Albany,NY and Springfield,MA) and Johnson Nissan had the best price. We dealt with Laura from the start, and she was nothing but professional, honest and courteous. She went out of her way to make the process as easy as possible, knowing that it was a traumatic time as well because of my car accident.When I picked up my vehicle, she spent over an hour with me in the vehicle setting up my bluetooth, going through every feature, etc. This really impressed me - I've never had a car salesperson do that before! I have already recommended Laura and Johnson Nissan to friends and co-workers.
