He was so respectful and always anticipated my needs...like moving my disability placard and EZ pass reader to my new car. And he got me the right trade in on my old car and went to Marlboro to get the 2014 used car that I wanted...a Versa Note SV...in RED! Above and beyond.

I just recently got a new Rogue at Kelly Nissan in Beverly that I love and was very impressed with my salesman Dan Reid and how efficient and professional he was during the process. He knows his products and was willing to explain every detail of the cars and the purchase process clearly. He found the exact car I was looking for on another Nissan lot and had it brought to Beverly. I was comfortable during the purchase and did not feel pressured. The dealership is very nice inside. Although I ended up deciding on a new car I did look at some pre-owned cars with Mr Reid that were very nice. I would recommend this dealership to others and also Dan Reid as a salesperson as he is very low-keyed, professional and knowledgeable about Nissan products.

Today was the first time I bought a car on my own. After much research, I headed to Sullivan Brothers in Kingston MA. The experience was excellent! Friendly help, no pressure. Dennis was happy to help me find the car that fit my needs and budget. It is a large dealership with plenty of stock, and employees. everyone working there seemed happy and were going out of their way to congratulate me. Chris Logan, Sales Manager made a point to make sure I was pleased, to reassure me if I needed anything or had any questions to just call and ask for him.

Worst customer service experience ever - eagrieco
Went to this dealership on June 2nd to look at the 2016 Murano. Met with product specialist Chris Ojatabu. We took the SUV for a test drive. Chris took all my information, asked what I was looking to spend and finance. I told him that today was only a browsing day as I was still looking at other brand vehicles. He understood, took my info, and walked out after 2 hours. For the next two days, I received approximately 10 phone calls from different people at this dealership asking what they needed to do to get me to come back and buy the Murano. So on that Saturday afternoon (two days from my original visit, I went back and negotiated a deal that took another 2 hours... after I told them that all I was interested in was matching an internet offer by another Nissan dealership a few miles up the road. So after 2 hours of me trying to walk out, they finally matched the deal and set me up with financing. They told me they would call me on Monday to let me know when all the paperwork would be ready for me to sign and pick up the SUV. Monday came and went and I didn't receive a call. Tuesday came and at 3pm still no call; I decided to call them. I was told that the paperwork was ready and the car was just delivered. I was confused what they meant the care was delivered. They explained then needed to get the car from another dealership. When I asked how they got the car from the other dealership to theirs; they told me it was driven. I questioned why they didn't tell me that up front, and the manager's response that it was common practice. I said regardless that is was common practice to them, I felt it should have been disclosed to me. The manager disagreed. So at that point I explained that I was not willing to move forward with the deal. The manager became agitated and tried to again explain to me the practice of dealerships and that the miles added to the vehicle would not count against warranty. I explained to him that that was not relevant to me and the bottom line was that I should have been advised of all this up front. He disagreed and proceeded to ask when I was going to come in and sign and I told him that I was not going to go forward at this point due to the non disclosure of information and now his attitude. He then asked what he need to do to finalize the deal. I said he needed to offer me something to make up for the miles added to the car, the non-disclosure of info, and his attitude. He asked what I wanted, I threw out two suggestions that he laughed at... and before anyone jumps the gun: I did not ask for more money off. My request was related to maintenance. The manager said he would check with his manager to see if there was anything they could do to satisfy my ridiculous request and would call me back. Its a week later and I haven't heard from the dealership. Funn... 10 calls to get me to come back, but not one call to update me on an agreed deal. Oh... just so everyone knows who I am speaking about; the manager's first name is Corey. I believe his last name was Robertson. There is only one Corey at that dealership, so I am not criticizing someone in error.
As for me... I reached out to multiple Nissan dealerships the day of the issue and all reached back to me. I told them my situation and deal I had on the table and one dealer matched it exactly and also provided me a better maintenance package. All this over the phone... then went to the dealership to sign papers for no more than an hour and picked up my new 2016 Nissan Murano. So a shout out to Peters Nissan of Nashua NH. I was there because my car was making a humming noise. I got a quick next day appointment. I was late because of the hour drive and they still were able to help me with a smile. Mark my service guy let me know it was both front and back bearings. He put me in a courtesy rental car and was very helpful. Like I mentioned it is an hour drive, but I will be making this my one and only service team because of Mark.

As a returning customer, my first experience at Nissan was pleasant and I was extremely satisfied. Coming back in for a second car, I had the same expectation. Working with a different sales consultant this time around, Maurice Arnett, the experience with satisfactory. Finding me something close to my needs and wants, I ended up with a 2015 Sentra.. He did an awesome job of staying in contact with me to let me know how every step of the process was going.. He took is time going over feature and benefits of the car and truly went above and beyond to Make sure I was happy with my choice. I recently moved and didn't want to make the long drive to my dealership(Balise Nissan cape cod). I decided I'd give coastal a try. Was in 4/22 with 11am appointment. I was having an oil change, and my drivers heat/cool seat wasn't working. I'm brand new too this dealership I had few questions. Those questions were answered with ah jeez I don't know and im not sure. Questions were about the one one rewards program. I was told he would inquire and come find me. Ok great thanks, never came to find me with answers, nor to update me. I was here for 2hrs! After the first hour I got up and looked out the window that views service area saw my car made note of time. I noticed the guys near my lift moving my car, I waited 20 mins. Then I sought out service department, response was oh I was just coming to get you. I know things take awhile but was it too much to update me in the 2 hrs, plus extra 20mins my car sat done! I really appreciated sitting here!
Now it's 4/28 I'm back for the part to fix the seats. I asked when making appointment how long a job. Oh it's easy about hour. Ok great, I got here 1145 I'm currently still sitting here as I write this review 210p Again no ones come to update me, I go in search of service department. They inform me it wasn't what they thought at first. I needed another part, that's great you found the cause, but again some communication would have been nice. Especially when I entered into almost 2 hrs of being here. I'm sorry I guess I'm spoiled by my dealership(Balise Nissan) I won't be coming back here again. The service people were pleasant, but I feel communication could be worked on.

Mark Kline handled my car buying experience extremely professional. Mark is a great down to earth none pressuring, knowledgeable salesman. He went above and beyond to make my experience a good one. I bought my car on a Wednesday but, wasn’t going to be able to register it till the following Monday. Mark took time on Sunday to give me a call and make sure all the final details were all set for Monday, even though his sale services were all done with me. Best salesman I ever dealt with.

The best service I have ever gotten from any car dealership. I visited Glick Nissan, Westborough last week to check a pre-owned Nissan Altima. I was introduced to salesperson Lester (Leslaw Mularski) through a friend of mine. He is very informative, easy to talk to and in short order he showed me the pre-owned Altima and also couple of 2015 Altima’s that were brand new. He helped me giving a good competitive price on all the cars that I liked and made me comfortable with everything. After a test drive I was offered a great price beating the TrueCar price ? on the brand new Altima so without a second thought I have finalized on brand new Altima. The sales manager PETER JORGENSEN is extremely friendly, helpful and working with him was a very pleasant experience. Highly recommend Glick Nissan, Westborough.

I really wasn't in the market for a car for about 6 months, but I was in a car accident just before Christmas. Thankfully, I was OK, but my Honda Civic was totalled. It was time to upgrade to a cross over vehicle. We contacted all Nissan dealers (Albany,NY and Springfield,MA) and Johnson Nissan had the best price. We dealt with Laura from the start, and she was nothing but professional, honest and courteous. She went out of her way to make the process as easy as possible, knowing that it was a traumatic time as well because of my car accident.When I picked up my vehicle, she spent over an hour with me in the vehicle setting up my bluetooth, going through every feature, etc. This really impressed me - I've never had a car salesperson do that before! I have already recommended Laura and Johnson Nissan to friends and co-workers.
