Having had a 6 hour unpleasant experience, at a different dealership in West Springfield the day before, my expectations were low to average walking in to Curry Nissan in Chicopee, MA.
Would they work with me? Would I be treated "less than" because I was a woman car shopping alone? Curry Nissan, more specifically my salesperson Jarrod Marshall, not only exceeded my expectations in working with my budget, he treated me like a friend or a family member and I had a very good experience with Curry Nissan.

Walked into Nissan Anthony K. our Sales Rep was there greeting us as we walked in. Off the bat we knew what we wanted and knew what we could pay for the vehicle. After the test drive we walked into the show room and made our deal. No complaints the staff are wonderful. As I did not had a car, Vadim has been particularly available to drive me from and back home during the different steps of the purchasing process. I had a nice contact with Vadim.
Being new around, I appreciate the warranties provided by Clay. It gives me peace of mind.
One of the key was not working. And it turns out that it was just the battery. Of course they changed it for free.
Clay has also been supportive in doing all the paperwork with massDOT considering I do not have a local driving license yet. This make things more complex and Clay handles it in one day.

My 2008 Nissan Rogue had died due to a bunch of issues. I was upside down in a loan now for a car that didn't work. I by chance had my car towed to Bertera because of the issues my car was having and it needed to be at a dealership. When I got there I had informed them that I would rather not fix my car and try to get into a new one. While I was expecting a downgrade because of my budget and current situation, these men somehow got me in a newer bigger vehicle within my price range, they also extended the warranty to 100,000 miles. They went out of their way for me and my family to make sure I had a reliable vehicle. I worked wit Jim and Amir and I feel like they were my car angels!

Have always bought vehicles from Sullivan Brothers Nissan in the past. This is the second car we leased. 2016 Nissan Rogue was my purchase, Nick Boutin, Sales and Leasing Consultant was very helpful and made the sale so much easier for me. Knowledgeable about the car and its features.

I was there because my car was making a humming noise. I got a quick next day appointment. I was late because of the hour drive and they still were able to help me with a smile. Mark my service guy let me know it was both front and back bearings. He put me in a courtesy rental car and was very helpful. Like I mentioned it is an hour drive, but I will be making this my one and only service team because of Mark.

Signed contract means very little. Tried to reevaluate trade-in value AFTER contract was signed. They offered generous price without even seeing the trade in to pressure sale. The next day they started back peddling with additional conditions that were not part of contract and reducing the price of the trade. Plenty of other dealers...avoid Clay.

Great experience, We had 2 vehicles that we wanted to trade in and get one new vehicle, had been at some other dealerships in the area so decided to stop in Mastria Nissan to see what they had. Upon arriving was greater immediately, introduced to Marvin who would be my salesperson. As I explained what I was trying to do trading 2 vehicles in they immediately got to work. I have never owned a Nissan or drove one and was quite impressed with the Rogue. u went home that night telling my husband about my experience, the employees and the Rogue, he figured it would be like any typical dealership visit. The next day we went back to conduct our deal and my husband was just as impressed as I was. Marvin stayed on top of every detail, Bruce the sales manager has the best personality, along with Brian. These guys got the deal done!! We love our Rogue and will not only be Mastria customers again but are also Nissan owners. We would highly recommend stopping by this dealership!!

I drove down to this dealership and yes, I did end up purchasing a car, but once I've decided to purchase the car, the aftercare was terrible.
Yes, until I had a car in my hand, they were helpful. But when the car was ready, first of all, the gas tank was half full. Half full?!?! I went back inside and complained and they took it back and filled it up. After I got home, I realized the 2nd key that they gave me didn't work. I called the dealer and spoke to a business manager, who told me to come back to take a look at the key. I discussed with him how time consuming it is for me to drive there, which would take me 1 1/2 hours round trip just to get the key fixed. He did not back down and I didn't either. So I had to go to the closer dealership the next day to ask them what was wrong. It was only a battery problem. That is such a rookie mistake, again!
After all this, the direct person that I was in touch with did not bother to call me even though it was his day off when I picked the car up. Even after talking to the business manager, he didn't call. Then, finally, 5 days later, he called me on Sunday afternoon and I was quite busy and told him I'll call him back and I never did. Did he call me back? No. Did the business manager give him the message about the 2nd key? No. Did they offer to pay me back with fixing the key? No.
I did not expect this kind of service from this dealership as it had a high rating on it, but I am very disappointed that this had happened to me. I do not recommend this dealership to my families or friends.

Mark Kline handled my car buying experience extremely professional. Mark is a great down to earth none pressuring, knowledgeable salesman. He went above and beyond to make my experience a good one. I bought my car on a Wednesday but, wasn’t going to be able to register it till the following Monday. Mark took time on Sunday to give me a call and make sure all the final details were all set for Monday, even though his sale services were all done with me. Best salesman I ever dealt with.

I really wasn't in the market for a car for about 6 months, but I was in a car accident just before Christmas. Thankfully, I was OK, but my Honda Civic was totalled. It was time to upgrade to a cross over vehicle. We contacted all Nissan dealers (Albany,NY and Springfield,MA) and Johnson Nissan had the best price. We dealt with Laura from the start, and she was nothing but professional, honest and courteous. She went out of her way to make the process as easy as possible, knowing that it was a traumatic time as well because of my car accident.When I picked up my vehicle, she spent over an hour with me in the vehicle setting up my bluetooth, going through every feature, etc. This really impressed me - I've never had a car salesperson do that before! I have already recommended Laura and Johnson Nissan to friends and co-workers.
