I saw a car that I was interested in advertised on car guru at Milford Nissan. I called to ask if the vehicle was still available and fortunately it was. I arranged with the sales person, Jan, to see the car, and when I arrived it was parked right out front. Jan showed us the car and the handed me the keys and told my wife and me to take it out for a test drive. We decided that we loved the car and the sales process was very easy and the price was very reasonable.
When we picked up the car, it was a used vehicle, not only did the dealer put the car through the normal preparation service but also performed extra maintenance above and beyond what I expected - new tires, brakes and rotors, and windshield wipers.
The entire process was easy without pressure and Jan as well as their finance manager, Jim, were extremely friendly and courteous.
I would highly recommend Milford Nissan to anyone looking for a car.

My experience here was nothing but sensational. I recently graduated college and was in the market for a new car. Since I had little money to put down the salesman mike assisted me in explaining lease options. The lease was perfect for me and the 15k miles/year option helped me feel at ease with my new commute to work. I couldn't be happier with the car and would highly recommend the salesman mike who was very knowledgeable and even had programmed my home and work locations in the navigation system without even asking. My experience was was so smooth and enjoyable. My salesman Miner Sparks was terrific. Attentive , polite, knowledgeable and thoroughly professional. He took just the right amount of time going over cars features before the test drive , answered all my questions and I actually had fun driving around with him. I felt so comfortable and never pressured, unlike the last place I had gone. I decided to buy and was treated extremely well in the trade in and negotiation process. The next step, financing with Jose Soto, was also extremely relaxed. Jose took the time to explain my options, additional warranties that would work for me. I was extremely happy with my entire experience. The next day, manager Jon Chiavelli, was extremely accommodating when I called and wanted the trade in back, because my dghtr, being of driving age, suddenly decided she had wanted it. Even sending me the registration by email to save me a trip when my husband forgot to pick it up after getting the trade in back. Wow! They were truly awesome!

I purchased my Armada new in 2009. I have always had my Armada serviced at Sullivan Brothers. As my truck has aged, the quality and integrity of their service department has not decreased. They treat us like it is still new; friendly and accomodating. They have broken my stereotypical image of the new car service center and have earned my trust, even when the repair is serious and expensive. And I do set a high bar.

BEWARE THEY TAMPER WITH YOUR CAR DURING SERVICE MAINTENANCE - SpeakTheTruth
Every time I take my car for an oil change a new problem occurs in the way it drives, most of the time a new light will come on to let me know something in my car is broken (unaligned once, tires tampered with another time and the third time they messed with my transmission and I literally broke down on the side of the road) this is a car that's under 35k miles by the way and I bought it brand new, they also tried to dodge giving me my car title after I paid off my car with the remaining 10k I owed, the next few days they deleted my online account when I tried to sign in it didn't work, very sketchy, after calling they informed me they had no information for me or a car that was bought... ok nissan.. ok nissan.. after calling and battling them for months upon months, 5 months later they agreed to send my title, only because one out of at least 15 customer service reps PUSHED for this to happen. Not surprising a month later they begin tampering with my car and breaking things on it, the transmission failed and I spoke to corporate who said since its under 35k so it's under warranty... funny as soon as I bring it in they claim it's a different problem a part they need to order and it'll be $300.. mind you, me and the tow truck guy BOTH knowing cars BOTH knew it was the transmission and told them that, so after they get the part in miraculously that SAME 3 DAYS LATER they notice it's the transmission indeed and not that part that was the problem, funny funny you know the warranty supported transmission, no way! lets tack on some random $300 repair to make our money somewhere! Yup, so after we pay them and they supposedly fix all these problems, and "test drive" the car to confirm it, virtually I get my car home and it has the EXACT SAME PROBLEM I BROUGHT IT IN FOR.. it's jerking and on the verge of breaking down.. AND YOU KNOW WHAT THEY DID FOR ME WHEN I CALLED TO ASK ABOUT IT?.. WAIT FOR IT... The guy on the other first questioned why I didn't pick my car up myself, I'm not sure if he knows the concept of 9-5's and driving in traffic but I have one and they close at 5.. so when I answer he then acts like he doesn't know who I am, even though he just identified my car/problem/and that I didn't pick it up personally.. mid-way of me informing him about the situation this guy HANGS UP THE PHONE... literally.. HANGS UP THE PHONE because I'm calling him about a car I paid $18k+ for and broke down after 35k miles and they pretended to fix but didn't.. I'll just leave that there.

I really wasn't in the market for a car for about 6 months, but I was in a car accident just before Christmas. Thankfully, I was OK, but my Honda Civic was totalled. It was time to upgrade to a cross over vehicle. We contacted all Nissan dealers (Albany,NY and Springfield,MA) and Johnson Nissan had the best price. We dealt with Laura from the start, and she was nothing but professional, honest and courteous. She went out of her way to make the process as easy as possible, knowing that it was a traumatic time as well because of my car accident.When I picked up my vehicle, she spent over an hour with me in the vehicle setting up my bluetooth, going through every feature, etc. This really impressed me - I've never had a car salesperson do that before! I have already recommended Laura and Johnson Nissan to friends and co-workers.
