Once I arrived in the tow truck, I was accompanied by Matt waiting outside, with the rental already in the parking lot, running and warm ready for me to drive alway. After I provided the insurance information to Matt, I only heard from him once to tell me that my car was ready, 3 days earlier than she had inticipated.
Once I arrived today, Matt brought me directly to my vehicle which looks better now than it did when I bought it last year brand new. It was fully detailed and shining clean. After gathering my receipts, I was on my way.
The customer service that this company provides is remarkable and unbelievable. I'm extremely happy with their services!
