Whenever I had need for service for my Mini Cooper Clubwoman, major or minor Mark Ravin, Service Manager, Coordinator, Superman, came to the rescue. He is always confident, reassuring and never, ever condescending. Mark knows me and he knows my car. I always feel that he puts me first. I’ll wait for my car or Mark arranges a loaner for me.
