So, I go to this dealership with an intent of buying a 2009 or 2010 Honda Civic within a month. I walk in the dealership and a sales person (Tim...no clue about his last name) greets me and my wife and walk us to his desk. We talk about what cars he has especially the Civic. We ask to test drive the 2010 Honda Civic LX, he brings the car and off we go. I drove it for about 10 miles. As I was driving my wife starts to ask me about the possibility of getting a sunroof with navigation and may be leather seats also.

Once we get back to the dealership I start asking the sales person (Tim) about sunroof, navigation options he mentions about the DX or something. I ask him if we can just see the car and he says that all he can show is the car I test drove, if I want to buy the car I need to make my decision based on that car.

By now I am like confused and puzzled by this person. He goes on to say how I would look at all these cars here test drive them and go to another dealership and buy a car. I was like, well I will be looking around for sure but that does not mean he cannot tell me or show me what I am asking for. And then the way he starts talking is totally rude and I felt like that we were wasting his precious time. We bid each other good bye. Wish each other a good day.

I then go to their receptionist and complain to a guy over there hoping that it would make a difference. He apologized and everything but I did not feel it was sincere. At this point I am so disappointed and mad, because I was so excited that I will be getting a Civic soon and now I am seriously reconsidering it.

I hope by reading this email you can get a picture of what this dealership represents and what you can expect.
