I walk in the dealership and a sales person (Tim...no clue about his last name) greets me and my wife and walk us to his desk. We talk about what cars he has especially the Civic. Once we get back to the dealership I start asking the sales person (Tim) about sunroof, navigation options he mentions about the DX or something. I ask him if we can just see the car and he says that all he can show is the car I test drove, if I want to buy the car I need to make my decision based on that car.

By now I am like confused and puzzled by this person. He goes on to say how I would look at all these cars here test drive them and go to another dealership and buy a car. I was like, well I will be looking around for sure but that does not mean he cannot tell me or show me what I am asking for. And then the way he starts talking is totally rude and I felt like that we were wasting his precious time. We bid each other good bye. Wish each other a good day.

I then go to their receptionist and complain to a guy over there hoping that it would make a difference. He apologized and everything but I did not feel it was sincere. At this point I am so disappointed and mad, because I was so excited that I will be getting a Civic soon and now I am seriously reconsidering it.
