One of the fog lights burnt out on my car about 9 months after purchasing it. By this time I already knew the service staff at Jaguar of Troy was incompetent, so I went to an auto parts store and purchased a new fog light. All I wanted Jaguar of troy to do was replace the old bulb with the new bulb that was sitting on the passenger seat. When I went to pick my car up, the fog light had not been replaced, the bulb I purchased was missing, there was a piece of the engine sitting on the passenger seat, someone at the dealership stole my Valentine One that was hardwired to the car and mounted on the driver side visor, and there was a HUGE dent in one of the doors.
All you need to know is NEVER EVER purchase a car or get it serviced from these morons! Save yourself the time, money, stress that you will poor into dealing with these delinquents and go somewhere else.
