Walking in I was so nervous. I knew I wasn’t in the best situation. I’ve heard amazing things about junior so it gave me a little bit of hope. Junior greeted me with the most positive encouraging attitude. His love for his job and people, the way he shows his family off really just says it all. Then I met the real deal! Who knew it could get better?!? Caryn made things happen when it really wasn’t possible. She went above and beyond to make it possible to drive away in a safe car for myself and my kids. The dealership had plenty of vehicle's that we were interested in. Hunter Wallace did a great job in showing us several vehicles to choose from. He went over everything regarding the warranties with us. He then directed us to the finance department. Hunter then showed us everything on the car and how to work it. He is very friendly and knowledgeable about the cars. I would highly recommend him to other people looking to buy a Kia. The dealership was very clean, and everyone was very friendly.

Not professional business !!!!! stay away ((Do not))) trade your car in this place. I had the worst experience possible. I trade my car at this dealership with Randel, the salesman. I never got my check with a difference in my car trade. Randel and the dealership management kept sending me back and forth to the secretary of state and giving me wrong and false information about documents they wanted from me, and it ended up not being true. After a week of playing games, I was told that I could get my check today. I called this morning, and they told me to call after 15 minutes. After 3 hours of playing games, I finally got fed up and went to the dealership to get my money. When I got there, they told me they couldn't give me my check because the company's owner had to sign or my check, and it is in Wixom, so I had to wait till the end of the day to give me my money. I told them I would not leave the place without my check, and within minutes, they gave me my check right away. Apparently, no driver or owner needed to sign the check. It was just a game to delay the check. I would never do business with the dealership again.

Our Subaru of Ann Arbor shopping experience was an absolute nightmare. We were left feeling completely disenchanted with the whole car-buying process. We knew we could never set foot in that dealership again. However, our quest for a new car was not yet over. So, the very next day, we set out on a mission to find our dream vehicle. Our first stop was KIA of Jackson. As soon as we test drove the 2023 KIA Seltos, we knew we had found a winner. This car had everything we were looking for - great price, spaciousness, and comfort. We left KIA of Jackson to explore a few other dealerships, but nothing could match the feeling we had driving that KIA Seltos. Without hesitation, we returned to KIA of Jackson to seal the deal with Jerry Marshall. The staff at KIA of Jackson were simply amazing. Unlike our previous experience, they didn't try to deceive us with double talk or manipulate us with lies. They didn't push us to buy a bogus lifetime warranty or mess with our financing. Instead, they went above and beyond to get us the best possible deal, better than our own bank could offer us. Their service department was knowledgeable and always ready to help. They truly made the car-buying experience enjoyable again. We left KIA of Jackson feeling grateful and satisfied. They turned a horrendous shopping experience into a fantastic one. From now on, we will always go to KIA of Jackson first when looking to purchase a car. Jordan was amazing, I had been looking for a 2023 Kia Sportage Hybrid and Oklahoma doesn't have them yet. I called dozens of other dealers from the West Coast to the East Coast and Jordan was the only salesperson that was all over it. LaFontaine Kia of Dearborn didn't have a crazy ridiculous Market Increase on the vehicle and it was within reason. They had what I was looking for and made the deal happen. Jordan arranged for transport and everything was a 10 Star Performance. He was available and still is if I have any questions or need anything at all! Would definitely purchase from him again!
