I had purchased my Ford truck in Indiana and there are Ford dealerships closer to me but I wanted C Wimberley to service my truck based on their reputation, and they did not disappoint. The only reason I giving 4 stars is because it may have just been out of the control of the dealership. My car needed a EV battery and it took almost 3 months to get the battery. Besides that, the customer service was amazing, kept me in the loop as far as the progress of the battery, but I must omit that it was a bit stressful, to have to wait as long as I did.
